“Iliana is caring, kind, and responsive. She's very accommodating with scheduling and logistics before boarding (doesn't mean you could abuse her kindness!). Main reason I chose her is that she has abundant experience taking care of dogs with separation anxiety and stays at home a lot of time. I'm so glad that my anxy baby could enjoy the company of her family and Iliana’s friendly puppy. My dog is a massive attention seeker and Iliana knows how to handle it well. Her puppy is also very well-behaved and could be separated by fence if your dog doesn't like hanging out with other doggies. Drop off and pick up were super smooth and she was quick with text responses all the time. Would highly recommend!”

I have a big & powerful dog who is doing her best to be good & calm, but does not always nail it! He was AMAZING with her!! I could tell that she felt totally comfortable and loved the whole 2 weeks I was gone. He walked her a lot and was very understanding about her special attributes & need to destroy toys. She slept in bed with him & was allowed on the couch, which was really comforting for her. I booked him the day before I left town and he was professional, pleasant & flexible with timing. He obviously has a great connection with animals & is an overall lovely person to communicate with on the daily (he sent pics & videos everyday). This is the first time I have picked her up after being away that she is genuinely happy & chill. Def book him!! I have recommended him to my whole family & all of my loved ones who own dogs. About: Growing up I babysat my neighbors dogs all the time and after moving to NYC I became a dog walker! Now I prefer to stay with them at home where your pups will get lots of care and cuddles and be at ease with their new bestie! Me! I work from home currently! On Saturdays, I'm available after 4:00 PM. I can also do evening visits, but I wrap things up by 10:00 PM. I know routines are really important to pets, so I'll work around whatever schedule your pet is used to, like midday walks, afternoon play sessions, or evening check-ins before bed. Consistency is very important! I only provide care in your home because I believe that pets are more comfortable in their own environment, with their own things and smells. I'm really careful with doors or any gates and will always make sure to double check every exit to make sure your pet stays safely inside. I will treat your home the way I'd want mine treated, I will clean up after myself, wash any bowls I use, and leave things tidy. I'll also send any updates/photos at every visit so you can see how things are going. I will also save your vet's contact info, just in case of any emergency. I always like to be prepared for anything.

About: I’ve been loving and taking care of animals since I can remember! I mostly watch after my 2 month old kitten suki, and my 12 year old chihuahua mix samantha! I just graduated highschool and i’m looking for a job, but with no refferals or experience its been extremely hard for me, but when I heard about rover it was the best thing i’ve ever heard of, considering my deep love for fur babies <3 First, I always ask the owner what type of schedule they have their fur baby on so I can better care for their needs! I ask what boundaries they have, favorite thing to do, what type of personality the fur baby has, i do absolutely everything to make sure that the lucky animal i’m watching after is absolutely comfortable with me
About: I have an 18-year-old senior pup who is still as active and playful as when he was a puppy, and I have been his main caretaker since we adopted him when I was 10-years-old, so I have plenty of experience caring for dogs and prioritize keeping safe and happy! We also had other dogs growing up, so I am used to caring for multiple dogs, dogs of various ages and sizes, and dogs of all energy levels. Specifically, as my doggo has aged, I have a lot of experience with medicine routines, slower walks, attention to health details, and all other requirements of caring for senior dogs. In college, I would housesit for families with all kinds of pets (including rabbits, geese and chickens!) and this helped me pay part of my school costs. However, I enjoyed caring for other's pets so much, I have continued to do so for years after college! I love getting to know new furry friends and making sure they are happy, exercised, well-fed, and enjoying themselves while their parents are away! I am currently working part-time, and often only for a few hours in the evening, so I have lots of time and flexibility to care for you pup, prioritizing being available for prime walking hours in the sunshine! I am willing to work around my part-time hours to meet your dog's routine needs. I am willing to care for the dogs in your home so they are comfortable in their own spaces and can generally keep their normal routines. I am flexible and willing to follow any instructions about your space that you provide.
About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 15 years old. In my home country, I worked as a veterinary assistant and gained experience caring for dogs of different ages, including puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs. I can help with feeding, walks, playtime, basic training, hygiene, and giving medication if needed. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully and pay attention to each dog’s personality, comfort, and safety. I love animals and will care for your dog with patience, kindness, and responsibility. I currently work only two days a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. The rest of the week, I have a flexible schedule and enough free time to provide pet sitting, walks, feeding, playtime, and loving care. I do not have a yard, but there is a park near my home where I can take pets for walks and fresh air. Inside my home, your pet will be cared for in a safe, calm, and comfortable environment. I always make sure pets receive attention, love, and proper care. I will follow the owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding, walking, playtime, and any special needs. My goal is to help every pet feel safe, relaxed, and loved while they are with me.
