About: I've had pets for ages, cats & dogs. Right now I don't have any, home is lacking! I have a special heart for smaller dogs! Right now, I'm working from home part time. So am pretty flexible watching your pet. My preference is to have your pet here in my home. I have a large fenced in back yard, dogs seem to love roaming in it! I prefer to crate at night and have always crated my dog when leaving home. I find dogs seem more secure when crated.

About: Hi there! Fellow pet owner and animal lover here. I have had pets my entire life, and loved animals so much that i went to school to learn more about them! Dogs, cats, and more are welcome! I have personally had 5 dogs and 8 cats, and have experience working with and taking care of so many other species. I have been pet sitting for family and friends since I was in high school, and did it throughout college, and still do it for friends and family. About: Hi! My name is Joelle & I am an avid dog lover with experience with many different dogs & pets! As a volunteer at KC Pet Project, I spend two days a week caring for dogs of various breeds, sizes & temperaments. I am a dog-walker & also take a dog out once a week with their dog day out program, oftentimes with dogs on their at-risk list. I have been a volunteer since July 2025 & have learned so much since joining! Aside from my hands on experience as a dog-walker to rescue dogs, I also have my own rescue dog, Shelton. Shelton is a big boy weighing in at 75lbs & we go on at least one walk (typically 2) a day! I am a homemaker looking to make some extra income, so my schedule is very flexible! Late mornings, afternoon or early evenings are almost always available. I have a fenced in yard at home! My dog is somewhat dog-selective, as I’ve noticed he gets along great with small male dogs and female dogs of any size. Large male dogs typically aren’t a great match. He loves to wrestle-play, and we do have a crate for him as needed.

About: My mother has been a veterinarian for almost 30 years now, and we always had dogs in the home I grew up in, so I have learned a great deal about caring for them. Recently, I got to dog-sit my Aunt's two dogs while she was out of the country for several weeks, and I realized how much enjoyment it brings me. She knew me well enough to know that I only use positive reinforcement training. I am also experienced with dogs that are shy, aggressive, and in training. Contact me now to see if I am the perfect fit for your dog! Currently, I have a flexible schedule each week and can stop by your house for 30-60 minutes each morning, afternoon, and/or evening. Let me know the times you're considering at least a week in advance, if you can. I can come to your home to feed and medicate your dogs if needed. I enjoy playing and giving walks as well.
