About: I love all pets of all types and sizes! I’ve helped family and friends with dogs and cats to spiders and lizards. I have 2 cats of my own with special dietary restrictions so I have knowledge on animals with dietary and medical restrictions as well! I work part time from home so I’m always free to watch pets! I love to spend time with animals on my downtime! I have plenty of room in my schedule to take care of your little ones! Pets in our home are allowed to be comfortable where they choose. But I also understand that some pet parents have certain rules to their home and I respect that. If there is certain training to be done I will support those decisions I.e no couch sitting, no walking in the kitchen, no leash pulls, no sitting on countertops
“Alexandra is wonderful!! She’s the perfect person to take care of my pup, from snuggles to playing to knowing dog first aid and how to handle reactive dogs like mine. Thank you so so much Alexandra! We will def be using you again. Phoebe loves you ?✨”
About: I’ve got two fun dogs of my own and I’ve been watching family pets for my besties and siblings as long as I can remember. Whether you have a puppy or senior, a quiet cuddler or rowdy player I am equipped to accommodate any age or energy level. I strive to adhere to expectations of each owner so if you crate train or prefer your pets don’t sit on furniture, sit before they eat etc. feel free to disclose those preferences and we will be sure to keep up those practices while you are away! I work from home most days so I have a ton of flexibility to take walks and breaks throughout the day as needed. I like to walk before work, during my hour long lunch break and in the evenings. I work from home most days and go into the office from 9-2 on Wednesdays. If I am boarding your dog, I’m never gone more than 8 hours at a time and my dogs use a doggy door to our fenced in back yard. However if you prefer your pet to be crated or more frequent check ins these can be discussed as we determine if we are a good fit for one another. If I am watching your dog in their home I typically come by 3 times a day for minimum of 30 mins each visit (unless requested otherwise).
About: With a lifelong love for animals, my pet care journey began in childhood, nurturing a diverse family of parrots, a rat, a cat, two dogs, and a rabbit. From the age of 10, I took charge of walking, training, and bathing my dogs, as well as caring for my grandmother's cat during her hospital stays. Friends entrusted me with their pets, and my brother's dog found a second home with me during his vacations. Currently, I'm dedicated to the daily care and training of my two Border Collies, Elsa and Luna, engaging them in obedience, agility, disc dog sports, and herding activities. This hands-on experience has honed my skills, and I'm on the path to becoming a certified dog trainer. My genuine passion for pets drives me to offer not just care but a loving and enriching experience for your furry family members. Entrust your pets to someone who understands the true meaning of companionship. As a college student with predominantly online classes, I have the flexibility to care for pets throughout the day. I prioritize their needs, ensuring they are walked, played with, and attended to every two hours. This includes potty breaks and enriching activities to keep them happy and healthy. Our home, situated on the border of Raytown and Lee's Summit, provides a safe and comfortable environment for pets. We have a spacious 0.5-acre backyard enclosed by a fence, equipped with agility gear and a variety of toys for dogs to enjoy. Beyond the backyard, I'm enthusiastic about taking dogs on walks, training sessions, and exploring trails and parks to keep them physically active and mentally stimulated. My commitment to understanding dogs goes beyond basic care; I've invested time in learning about their body language, effective training methods, and ensuring a balanced diet. You can trust that your pets will receive personalized attention, love, and the highest standard of care in our home. In addition to our spacious backyard, we offer a dedicated room where your pets can feel at home—whether they prefer the comfort of a crate or the freedom to roam. Their safety and comfort are paramount in our pet-friendly space. Your pet's well-being is my top priority. With a deep understanding of dog body language, training, and diet, I create a secure, loving space in our own house on the border of Raytown and Lee's Summit. Our 0.5-acre backyard, complete with a fence, agility equipment, and an array of toys, ensures a stimulating and safe environment. I'm committed to maintaining a trustworthy relationship with both you and your furry family members. Whether crated or given room to roam, your pets will experience a home away from home that prioritizes their comfort, safety, and happiness.

About: I've had pets for ages, cats & dogs. Right now I don't have any, home is lacking! I have a special heart for smaller dogs! Right now, I'm working from home part time. So am pretty flexible watching your pet. My preference is to have your pet here in my home. I have a large fenced in back yard, dogs seem to love roaming in it! I prefer to crate at night and have always crated my dog when leaving home. I find dogs seem more secure when crated.
