“Sarah was PHENOMENAL! My pup is easily frightened so I was worried about having someone come in to take him out for his daily breaks. She was very patient with him and gave me detailed updates throughout the day. I am so glad I chose her to take care of my baby while I was away. I will definitely using her services again very soon !”

“Thank you so much for taking such good care of Hades while we were out of town. It gave us both so much peace of mind knowing we had someone who was stopping in to visit and keep him company while we were gone.”

“Mikayla did a great job working with all three cat personalities. Even one of my female cats, who can be skittish, was out and about with her during visits. Mikayla was also awesome when we ran into a logistical issue with the home access. She was immediately responsive and made time to go back and spend time with my cats because the logistical issue made the scheduled time shorter. I so appreciated her care and attention to their needs.”

“Phoebe goes above and beyond. Blown away by her attention to detail, customer service, and thoughtfulness in general. My very anxious and active dog really likes her and that makes me feel so happy.”

“We can travel with less stress knowing that Autumn is checking in on our cats. She handles their special needs and is attentive to their different personalities. Our cats are a handful, but Autumn has it under control.”
“I booked Hope to care after my two cats, while I took a 5 day trip. She came over for a meet and greet a few days before I left and the cats were receptive to her very calm demeanor. That's a big plus when you introduce a new person to your pets. I have a cat with diabetes and needs insulin shots, twice a day. He can be uncooperative with others giving the shot, but she was successful on each occasion. I received timely updates after each of her visits and positive messages, which give assurance that all was ok back home. I was extremely happy with her care and will definitely hire her again.”

“Suzanne was excellent with Riley (second time she watched him). Unfortunately, he got sick as soon as we left town and she advised us immediately, we suggested changing his diet, and she was kind enough to clean up after him. She was patient and kind and we greatly appreciate her concern, support, and care for Riley!”

“Sophia was so great with Senna! Super responsive to a last minute request. Came home to a happy puppy each day! Had absolutely no issues, but was confident she would be able to handle anything and/or reach out to me. Also an excellent photographer!”

About: I have grown up with dogs and since middle school have pets sat for many pets including dogs, cats, and birds. I am currently a dog walker volunteer at the Humane Society of Missouri where I have walked and enriched all breeds of dogs. In addition, I have walked all ages of dogs from puppies to senior dogs. I am a big dog lover and can’t wait to help out in anyway I can! I have flexible hours outside of school class times and am happy to come in anytime to walk or drop in. I’m very patient, kind, and would happy to meet and greet before taking care of your pets! Reach out with any questions you may have. I currently work part-time and am a college student. During the week, I have early morning (6-8 AM), late afternoon and evening availability. I have all day availability on Saturday. My schedule will change soon once summer starts where I’ll have all week availability in the afternoons and evenings and Saturday and Sunday availability. Safety and trust are two very valuable qualities and I strive to meet those every time I meet a dog. I make sure to read dog’s body language, and understand their behavior and temperament. I am more than happy to walk dogs around most neighborhoods, drop in and care for your dog, and pet sit overnight on weekends. I love to walk and run around the Saint Louis County Area and parks around STL such as Forest Park and Tower Grove. I will make sure to meet all the needs of your dog, care for and love them, and take them on any adventures they want to.
“Hayley is great with Hopper and takes good care of him when i have to be away. She keeps good communication so i know what’s going on which I love! I’ve used her service multiple times now and will continue to do so when I need someone trustworthy and great at what they do!”

“Alex was fantastic with my dog, Nate! Nate can be somewhat unruly with other dogs. Alex was keen on listening to how Nate's been trained and (IMHO) had the calm demeanor that people and dogs like Nate want in a dog walker. He also communicated well and followed through on everything he signed up for. Thank you, Alex!”

“Anne Sophia did a great job caring for my cat while I was out of town, and she kept me fully apprised of how things were going with photos and comments. Upon my return, it was good to see that my cat, Mr. Myles, was calm and happy; his litter box, food and water area were immaculate too. I would highly recommend Anne Sophia for your next trip or getaway! She is fabulous!”

“Danielle was wonderful! She took great care of my dog, and had no problems with both the instructions for her and for the house. (the last sitter didn't follow instructions, and set off the burglar alarm) She also sent several photos with each visit, and was excellent with communication. Heidi and I will definitely contact Danielle in the future!”

About: I volunteer at the APA animal shelter where I walk and play with all types of dogs. I have also taken care of a wide variety of animals including lizards, fish, kittens (2 weeks old), puppies, and turtles! I’m currently working part-time at a restaurant so I have plenty of time to spend time with your animals and make sure they are well taken care of! I give all pets love and affection with different pets needing different things! For dogs I love to take them for walks and give them lots of belly scratches, and for cats I love to play with them and if they like, pet them!
Hi-Pointe pet parents share their Rover experiences
Nicole has looked after my cat twice now and she has exceeded my expectations both times. He loves her! She sent me great pictures of the fun they had together and made my time away from him much easier with the peace of mind he was being loved on. Thank you Nicole! -Frankie and Enzo

Hope did a wonderful job taking care of my cat and making sure she was as comfortable and happy as possible while I was out of town. I didn’t have to worry about my cat getting her medication because Hope was confident and responsive with updates. Highly recommend!!

Devon was great with our senior cat! She helped feed and medicate her, scooped litter, etc while also spending some quality time to help make her less lonely while we were gone. She sent pictures and updates daily, asked clarifying questions to ensure the best care was given, and even made recommendations for care when she noticed a change in our cat’s digestion. Highly recommended!

Amrutha was so wonderful with my little guy! Her updates and care are just so phenomenal, she put my mind at ease leaving my cat alone for five days! She is incredibly kind and thorough—always going above and beyond with everything—from communication to pet care and everything in between!! Genuinely one of the best!!
