“Savannah is amazing! I asked to watch Ophelia 3 hours before I had to go to work and she got back to me within an hour and let me bring Ophelia over even though it was last minute! Not only is she flexible and reliable but she took beautiful care of my pup. Despite Ophelia’s excitement to see me she still was clearly very fond of Savannah and wanted to say goodbye. I think I’d be doing my own dog a disservice to not allow her back to Savannah’s house. THANK YOU SO MUCH, SAVANNAH! Ophelia and I are so happy to have met you. :)”

“Amazing communication. Lots of photos. Very sweet. Tired puppy at end of day.”

“Annicka is an amazing petsitter with our little baby Bentley.”

“I was a little skeptical about boarding, only because I’ve never done it before. Colter and his pup made my dog, Pilot, feel comfortable. Pilot was able to play with another dog, which he seemed to really enjoy. He was exhausted after his stay, as he’s a little older than the other dog. He was definitely well cared for during his stay. I would book with Colter again.”

“Lauren really loves animals and it shows. I’ve never met anyone so kind and caring with their pets. This is the best pet sitting experience I’ve ever had by far and my dog seemed really happy. I’ll be using Lauren exclusively from now on. Thank you so much Lauren 🩷”

“Steve is amazing with our old girl and our new rescue pup. I feel so much more comfortable with them with him than with a larger play/day care. 1000% recommend!”

“Minyi sent lots of videos and kept me updated on how Felix was doing! She answered all of my questions and made me feel good about leaving Felix with her!”

“Teddy spent one night at Luke’s place and had a blast playing with his dog. Luke was very helpful and flexible with pickup and drop-off times! We would definitely leave Ted with Luke and his family again.”

“Carissa was awesome. Great updates throughout day and dogs well taken care of.”

“Magen did really good job! I got pictures and updates. My dog came back to home super tired after playing all day 😁”

About: I grew up on the family farm surrounded by dogs and cats and all kinds of animals - caring for them was part of my life. That lifelong connection led me to volunteer at a local dog and cat shelter where I've gained even more experience with pets of all temperaments and needs. I treat every animal like family and I willl give your pet loving care whether it's for a quick walk or an overnight stay. I have a very flexible schedule so I can fully prioritize pet care. My days naturally revolve around the animals I am caring for and I enjoy creating routine that suits their needs. My home, farm in the woods, is calm and pet friendly space where animals can relax, go for walks or play. In client's home, I'm respectful of their space and routines, I communicate with the owner, send updates and make sure the pet has all my attention.

“We are very happy with Katie! Sampson just loves her, we think she’s pretty great also. Will definitely be requesting again.”

“Rudy seemed to love his day spent with Natalia! She was great about communication and seemed super sweet! Looking forward to using her again soon.”

About: I've always had a dog growing up, but I got my first dogs that were just mine as puppies about 13 years ago. A St. Bernard and a Golden. I eventually acquired an ex's highly anxious German Shepherd, who was the same age. I've lost them all to old age in the past year or so, so I absolutely love caring for others' dogs! I work from home and have a fenced in yard, as well as experience with crate training and females in heat. I feel like this service benefits me just as much, it more than, you and your pets! All I ask for is transparency about any possible issues (aggression, etc.) so I can work with them. I work exclusively from home, so I can attend to all of your pets' needs. This is my first year NOT having dogs in the house, and I frequently keep my "nephew" (my brother's dog) I have a fenced in yard, no longer have any pets, unfortunately. My home is large but still dog-proofed, so I can restrict pets to a certain floor or area as needed.

About: I am an outdoor buddy who loves hiking so walking dogs is my daily pleasure! I have many years of experience in taking care of dogs from an early age. Come play with my Schnoodle! I volunteered at a local animal shelter before and adopted my dog from shelter as well. I work from home all weeks and will give full attention to all dogs. Limiting the number of dogs I can take care of is also a sign of showing responsibility to them. I offer dog-walking, daycare, boarding services. If you don’t mind, I will send photos/videos while they are staying with me. I have a pet and human-friendly Schnoodle at home working with me. Her duty is to play with other puppies to create great memories. My community has a large grass area near my place within 30 seconds. Also a cool trail within 2 minutes. It's the perfect place to host your pets!

About: I'm especially good with timid animals, and I love making them feel more at ease. I have a soft presence and a lot of patience. I'm good at reading dog language. I'm super responsible, so you can count on me to follow your dog's preferred daily schedule and to send you updates. I work from home, in a neighborhood that's pleasant for dog walking, and we have a fenced backyard. I grew up with small dogs, wanted to be a vet. I've cared for my current doggo for 9 years. I work from home, and my time AWAY from home is flexible. I can definitely be here as your dog is getting used to our home. About your dog's experience in our home: My home office is on the main floor, and I'm aware of all activity in my small-ish house. Your dog can rest on the sofa, futon, rugs, or the big dog bed--or in a kennel if they prefer. I have a fenced yard with room to run. Our friendly 10-year-old, 35-pound boxer mutt, Kiri, enjoys playing with small dogs. But she's not at all pushy. :-) About caring for timid animals: I had a deep, deep bond with a very timid cat, and I just have a super soft spot in my heart for them. I had a shy young kiddo. One of my "day jobs" is a coach for introverted people: I help people honor their introversion, including their need for quiet, calm, and solitude. About my profile photos: I'm the one in the family who takes the photos, so it's nearly impossible to find a photo of ME and Kiri. :-} I include some photos of our house and yard (kids' faces blurred) to give you a sense of our space. Kiri is part of our family. She hangs out in the common spaces with us, and in the backyard. We take her to the dog park or on daily neighborhood walks. The first 3 photos are at dog parks. The rest of the photos show our house and yard.

“Buster had a great time and was well taken care of. I will be using Cindy the next time I need to go out of town again.”

About: I've been taking care of all kinds of babies since I was a little girl. From bottle feeding bunnies and kittens to reptiles and horses. I usually always have some kind of a rescue at my house whether it be a foster dog or a some off the wall duck someone brought to me. I take care of them all as they were my own. My true passion is training though! My father has always trained his bird dogs as well as others and I've just always enjoyed seeing what different breeds can do/pick up on. I work remote and part-time at that, so I have plenty of time to tend to your fur baby. I have a fairly open schedule so I can be pretty flexible to fit your needs! I have a large yard (it's being fenced but is not currently) my 2 dogs and cat would love to play with your baby. We enjoy long walks or just snuggling on the couch. I'll treat yours as my own.

About: For all those new to Rover, book with me and use promo code BRITTU51095 to get $20 off your reservation! I absolutely love caring for animals. I have a 1 year old golden retriever and a 6 year old beagle. We enjoy daily walks in our neighborhood or venturing out to a local dog park. We will love on your pup like it was our own! I work from home throughout the week. My schedule allows me to be available to give your pet attention and frequent potty breaks throughout the day. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly fur babies that play really well with other dogs. I have a crate available if needed and a dog bed so that your pup is comfortable.

About: Emily (with the help of her son Vaughn) offer loving, reliable pet care with lots of playtime, walks, and cuddles. We treat every pet like part of our family. We’re a homeschooling family home all day, so your pet gets constant love, walks, playtime, and companionship. Caring for animals naturally fits into our flexible, pet-friendly routine. We have a large fenced yard and pets are allowed on furniture. Vaughn would probably sleep in bed with your pup if allowed or requested! He is an animal guy and loves playing fetch and going for walks.

Maggie L.
“I’m happy to recommend my friend Maggie for pet giver position. She’s amazing with animals and genuinely loves them. Maggie has a dog of her own, Pepsi, whom she has cared for over the past three years. When Maggie first adopted her, Pepsi was shy girl and tend to be nervous around people that she is mot familiar with. But now, thanks to all the love and care Maggie’s given her, Pepsi has turned into the sweetest, most friendly little angel and warms up to strangers quickly. Maggie’s also looked after my dog, Buddy, a few times, and they hit it off immediately. Buddy felt totally comfortable with her when they first meet, even when i am not around. If you’re looking for someone kind, patient, responsible and love animal with all her heart to look after your pet, Maggie’s the one!”

“This is a family that loves pets. They have hosted a menagerie of animals over the years and care for them with the utmost love and respect. I have seen them raise mammals, reptiles and birds. Each one with the most thought out housing and food choices. She has raised he kids to have a great love for animals and it shows. I have a rescue cat that I have had for a couple years now.
