When she came over, she let us know as soon as she arrived and afterward sent a detailed update with photos. She told us when she fed Oliver, what games they played, how he behaved, and even shared thoughtful observations about his personality. I really appreciated how attentive and engaged she was rather than simply stopping by to let him out and feed him. Most importantly, I came away from the experience feeling incredibly confident trusting Isabel with Oliver. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she watches and takes the responsibility seriously. All of her amazing reviews make complete sense after experiencing it firsthand. Isabel is a 10/10, and we would absolutely book her again. I highly recommend her!”
