About: I've owned and taken care of pets my entire life. Family and friends have relied on me to watch their furkids for many years. I'm semi-retired and have the time and love to look after your pets. I have experience taking care of horses and chickens as well. I am semi-retired and have plenty of time to walk, play with and love on your pets. I love just hanging out and snuggling, or going for long walks. Our yard is completely fenced in, and there are great trails from our house for walking and exploring. We have two small dogs, two cats and two kids under eight. We are a loving home where are pets are part of the family.

Especially if yours doesn’t travel well and aging. I provide overnight services in my home accepting 1 “guest” only so they can have the attention and pampering along with Coco. Guest is 8 pounds or under and has a non-aggressive disposition. Will walk Will meet prior to booking. Will medicate if provided current prescription bottle with directions. Can pick-up and drop off Minimum 1 night up to 7 (exceptions considered) Your place: All visits, number and size of pups as well as your location are considered after an on-site meet and greet. Please note: Due to a high amount of cancellations, please note there is a 7 day notification period to receive complete refund. I am 100% retired and a dog lover. I will provide your fur babies with all my attention, love and care! Please see my reviews from past clients. Your fur baby will be treated as if my own. Not all dog owners understand the attention and care they need or how close we are to our sweet babies.

I would love to start taking care of new clients in Albuquerque. I especially love taking my furry friends for fun-filled long walks or having an impromptu photo shoot at your home to show off your pet. I'm comfortable with young, active pups and kittens as well as senior dogs and cats who require medication or other extra care for individual needs. I believe in creating a personalized experience for each animal, based on their preferences, activity level, and health. When I housesit, I am happy to include additional services beyond pet care, such as bringing in the mail and packages, watering plants, bringing the garbage and recycling cans around, and alternating lights to ensure it looks like someone is around while you are out of town. I have many years of experience walking dogs and pet-sitting overnight in my former hometown of Austin, TX, as well as in the Washington, DC area, with many highly satisfied repeat clients. I would be happy to have a meet and greet with you and your dog or cat (or rabbit or birds) to discuss more details! I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I have a flexible schedule. I am available throughout the day and on weekends and holidays. If you'd like me to provide some socialization for your small dog while I'm walking them, we can see if our pets get along first. I only care for one household's pets at a time. Let me know the pet rules for your home (if fur babies can sit on the bed or what else might be off limits to them). I am very careful to properly harness dogs when taking them outside. Your pet will never be left unattended while in my care.
