About: I’ve taken care of many types of animals over the years, from turtles, hamsters, up to horses and cows. I have 2 cats of my own, and also regularly take care of my mom’s dog. I love animals and would love to get to know you and your pet! I work remote, and can usually sneak out for a bit during the day. As long as there is some flexibility with drop in visits, i should be able to make up to 3 visits a day work for both cats or dogs (or other pets!). I have a fenced yard and 2 indoor cats, as well as my mom’s dog who i take care of regularly. I am an animal lover and care for animals deeply. About: Growing up, I always had pets around my home. From a docile miniature Dachshund to an excitable (perhaps… crazy?) German Shepherd, I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and personalities! I love both over-excitable pups and older dogs who need extra support and care. In the past, I have spent time volunteering with Mastiffs to Mutts Rescue to transport rescue dogs from their foster homes to their forever homes, so I have experience handling very large dogs! I currently have two gray tabbies (a bonded pair of sisters) and grew up with other feline friends. I understand the kind of care they need when their favorite humans are away, whether they are skittish or brave adventurers! I'm currently a music teacher in Washington County, so I am tend to only take clients over holidays and throughout the summer months. I am also available on most weekends with at least 2 days notice. I live in a small home with my own cats, so I am not available for pet-sitting in my own home. However, I have experience pet-sitting and house-sitting and take extra care when in someone’s home. Security and safety of your pet and home is my first priority. I am more than willing to share updates and photos of your pet or home with you to ease any worries you may have while away from your furry friends!

We were very happy having Mamie (Mary) care for our two cats! She is a great communicator, particularly when it comes to letting you know how it's going with your pets. We have a cat who is recovering from an injury and we could tell from meeting Mamie - and later from her updates - that he was in good, attentive hands! She also had to play hide-and-seek a bit to keep up with our more timid cat, but she caught onto his patterns. We're glad we were able to book her and would highly recommend!
We have used Tessa previously and were so happy that she was available to drop in on our cat while we were away. She communicates well and sent us some great feedback about how our guy was doing, as well as pictures. We plan on using her again in the future!
Caralyn was absolutely amazing!! She took excellent care of our two cats while we were away. She’s a great communicator, and sent us daily updates on how the girls were doing. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
