About: My name is Nicole. I have been an animal lover since I was old enough to know what animals were. Between catching potato bugs, feeding the spiders in my windowsills, and moving worms off of sidewalks, I’ve always had a particular connection with the animals that most people don’t understand. As soon as I was old enough, I marched off to the Sonoma County Animal Services to volunteer. From there, it was love at first bark. When I turned 18, I immediately went to animal care as my first real job and was lucky enough to work at Rohnert Park Animal Services for several years. I opened my home to many different rescue critters including snakes, tortoises, rats, lizards, and birds. I rescued my first dog and she is still my best friend to this day 10 years later! Over the years, I was blessed to foster many different exotic animals and worked with the Sacramento SPCA through the pandemic. Shortly after, I made a huge cross-country move and ended up in Louisiana working with all kinds of critters at Northshore Humane Society. From there, I ended up back in my hometown of Sonoma County. Throughout all of these changes, the one variable that never changed was my love for animals and passion for making sure they were safe. Through my 8+ years of shelter experience I have worked with the most feral of feral cats, wildlife brought in shoeboxes, all sizes and shapes of dogs, and so much more. I have met and befriended many pets that were reluctant to be befriended and worked with virtually every breed of cat and dog on the planet. I am fear-free certified and have extensive experience with medication management, basic first-aid, canine CPR, and basic training for both dogs and cats. I am experienced with walking large breeds including reactive dogs and can handle heavy pullers (I have TWO huskies!). I have also volunteered with the Bird Rescue Center of Sonoma County and have a special skillset with exotic animals. My two personal rescue dogs are half husky and bully breed which are two of the most misunderstood dog breeds, so there will be no breed discrimination from me. My favorite furry friends are often shy, tricky to befriend, or nervous. Making a scared baby comfortable means the world to me and I love the challenge. As stated above, I also have extensive experience caring for exotic pets including rats, mice, birds, snakes, tortoises, turtles, fish, lizards, invertebrates, and spiders. I am perfectly comfortable with your exotic pet’s diet and am familiar with feeding snakes and other reptiles frozen-thawed rodents. The only animals I won’t consider petsitting for are species that are illegal to own or venomous. If I had to summarize my truest passion, it would be making sure that every single animal feels safe and comfortable. Even if they’re not perfect, they all deserve kindness and patience. We don’t expect perfection from humans, but we so frequently expect it of animals. So if your pet is a little bit quirky or one of those types that gets dismissed as “scary” or “mean”, you’ve found a person that will give them exactly what they need to feel loved and cherished. Because no pet is perfect, but they are perfect for you. My promise to you is that I will do my best to be your baby’s new BFF. No pet sitter will truly replace you, but I will make sure that I’m the second-best thing. I work from home as an administrative assistant for my husband's guitar studio, so I have a flexible schedule to meet your specific needs. I have access to a reliable car and am happy to do multiple drop-ins so your buddy is comfortable all day long. My motto is that ALL animals deserve humane, kind, and compassionate care. My 16 years in animal shelters has gifted me with experience handling virtually every type of pet of all different shapes, sizes, personalities, and needs. I am certified in fear-free training and utilize positive reinforcement only. I'm passionate about cooperative care and ethical handling no matter the circumstances. I understand that every pet is different and will learn how to make your best bud feel comfortable, safe, and loved.

About: Since I was a child I have taken care of the family dog. They are like family to me. I have worked at a dog spa since May of 2025 so that I have experience on handling dogs. I can bathe your dogs and brush them but not groom them. I love animals like family. I also take care of my sister’s golden retriever when she’s away on trips. I work Tuesdays-Saturdays from 10am-6:15pm so on my work days I can house sit your pets, take them for walks and take care of them after work and my days off I’m available anytime. I have a cat at home who is spoiled. Every day she gets groomed, loved and cuddled with. She couldn’t be more happier. I even have a filtered water fountain for my car to drink out of I clean every two weeks. I enjoy cleaning her food bowl every morning and give her dental treats to make her gums and teeth healthy. When it comes to clients pets I’d do the same as if they were my own pet very loved and spoiled. When I had my family dog she was very loved and spoiled as well. Every day do walk her, brush her, feed her and cuddle with her making the happiest dog she can be. All animals I treat equally.

About: I began my seriously joyous devotion to animals at the age of 11, as an SF ZOO volunteer in the barnyard, where I learned to care for a variety of animals, from miniature horses to coyotes to parrots, and more. I have continued to attract rescuing wayward beasts of all kinds, providing them with excellent love and care. I am a natural nurturer, the animals feel at home with me wherever we are. I have worked as a cat, dog and multi-pet sitter for many years, up until now, only through personal referrals. I am a kundalini yoga teacher, craniosacral and polarity therapist. My son is grown and I have a very flexible schedule. I love to get out with the dogs for long walks and if they don’t mind the car, we might get to the beach. I love nature, the outdoors and finding out how best to care for your animal so that they don’t miss you too much. When I am hired for a pet-sit, this is my focus and priority. I can schedule all my other work around it. I have a lovely minimalist home for your pet, a small garden and plenty of leashed walking in the woods space for regular exercise. If a dog is ok with car rides, I’m happy to take them to the beach.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats my entire life, and I also grew up raising chickens and quail. I have 1 dog/cat loving dog named Rupert and 1 cat named Panda. I’m a registered nurse during the week, so I’m very comfortable administering medications and injections. I’ve previously house-sat for a diabetic dog and have experience providing attentive care for senior dogs and cats with medical needs. I have a special place in my heart for rescue animals and have dedicated a lot of time to training my own dog, Rupert. I’m committed to providing compassionate, reliable, and high-quality care—and I look forward to treating your pets like part of my own family. I work full-time as an RN, with three 12-hour shifts each week, which gives me two weekdays off and every weekend free. I spend a lot of my time walking my dog, Rupert, and if your pup is friendly, I’d love to include them for walks and positive socialization. If your dog prefers their own space, that’s absolutely fine too. I’m just as committed to providing calm, one-on-one attention and have plenty of experience caring for dogs who aren’t especially social. I have a fully fenced yard and a friendly, dog- and cat-social dog at home. My cat is comfortable around dogs, though he can be a bit selective with new cats. Pets are welcome on the furniture and even the bed—this is a home-away-from-home environment. If your pup prefers their own space, that’s no problem at all. I have multiple dog beds throughout the house and plenty of room for a crate if that’s what they’re used to. I’ve dedicated a lot of time to training my current dog, Rupert, and I’ve only ever owned rescue animals, so I understand the patience, structure, and consistency they need to feel safe and thrive. For walks, I always come prepared with freeze-dried treats to reinforce positive behavior and make the experience fun and rewarding.

About: I've grown up taking care of both cats and dogs. I love animals and look forward to helping you care your your precious pets. In the past I have worked as a pet and house sitter for a couple families. I always enjoy any time spent with animals. I have flexible schedule making me available to care for your fur babies! I live in Guerneville, but frequently go to Sebastopol throughout the week. So mainly looking to work for ones in these areas. But open to adventuring in to further surrounding areas if its a good fit for us both! Currently I am not able to board pets in my home because I am renting. About: Ive grown up with dogs my whole life grew up in a familiy full of dog trainers and canine canpanion dogs. Broad experience with diffrent breeds. I prefer afternoons and weekends. About: I have experience caring for multiple dogs at a time, including caring for three dogs in one household and two dogs in another. I was responsible for their daily care and making sure they were safe, fed, exercised, and comfortable. Managing several dogs at once taught me how to stay patient, attentive, and organized, even when they were energetic or had different personalities and needs. I genuinely enjoy being around dogs and would treat every pet in my care like they were my own. I only have a college class twice a week for only one hour of my day and I have a part-time job that is only certain days of the week. Rover will be the perfect fill-in for all that extra time that I have, and I will always put my customers first. I live in a very mellow neighborhood where there are also many dogs around me where people are walking their dogs and having them on leashes, I live in an apartment that is very dog friendly and I will spend all of my time taking the dog or taking it out on the grass, we do have a dog area at my apartment.
