About: For the last five years, I have worked at zoos, shelters, and sanctuaries with a variety of animals! In the past I have owned reptiles, and I currently own one dog and three cats. Additionally, I usually have at least one foster animal in my care at all times. I understand that each animal is an individual and will adjust my behavior accordingly. I am happy to be active if your dog is a runner, or a couch potato if they're more of a snuggler! I have experience providing medication and special diets. I am currently working with my dog to decrease his reactivity and my cats on harness training! I am more than happy to do any enrichment or training you request with your furry friend! About: Growing up, I have had animals in my family so I have taken care of animals at a very young age. I also use to work at a doggy daycare during college where I would watch and take care of 70+ dogs per shift! I’m currently unemployed for the next 5 weeks as I make my move from Madison to Milwaukee! I will be living in Milwaukee starting August 5th and will be available all times of the week! Once I start my corporate job in September I will be available on the weekends! I love interacting and being active with dogs, I live in a pet-friendly apartment with a huge area of green space they can walk around in! About: I have been around animals for most of my life - from dogs to cats to gerbils, I love them all! Growing up I had both dogs and cats, and feel comfortable with any size animal. Throughout my family dogs’ training when I was younger, I was very involved and learned a lot. I have also watched pets for friends and family members in the past, including feeding, walking, and just spending time with them. I understand that each and every pet has different personalities and energy levels, and I am able to easily adapt to such. I work night shift, so my work and sleep schedule is usually flexible and complimentary to normal working hours of others! About: Hello! I am so excited to connect with + walk your dog! I have experience dog walking + sitting. Last year I went to Bali and dog sat for a wonderful couple and I have volunteered at the Humane Society numerous times! There, I got the chance to walk many different breeds of dogs, big and small. I am very gentle + loving with animals of all kinds. I can also be very stern when needed depending on the dogs temperment. I personally believe a dog is an important part of any family and should be treated with the upmost respect and loving care just as any human. About: I have been pet sitting since the age of 13. I have been dog sitting since then and now have my own cats. I have cared for kittens- adult cats and puppies-senior dogs. I am a full time teacher so on weekdays, I am available after 3:30. On weekends, I am available at any time. I am willing to stay overnights at houses, do house visits, and do walks with the pups. Typically, if I am just checking in, I will make sure there is food and water, everything is clean, the pup/kitty is heathy, and spend some time with them. The amount of time and how things are done will also depend on the frequency and job situation.

Melissa was great - she came on short notice and took our two dogs out for a nice long walk. One of our dogs is very reactive and in behavioral training and Melissa was very patient with the instructions and got them home safe and tuckered out even after a wild turkey encounter. 5 stars!
Katie was fantastic! She walked our dog Lola on short notice and was incredibly accommodating. She was punctual, kept great communication throughout, and you could tell she was genuinely excited to spend time with our dog. Highly recommend Katie and will definitely be booking with her again!
