This was only her second time staying with Kathy, but as soon as we pulled into the neighborhood and then again when we went up to the door, Amby was happily pulling and excited to get inside! She was excited to start playing with Bosley as soon as she got in the door, and then Kathy sent me several pictures throughout the day of Amby having a good time and snuggling. It’s always great to find someone you can trust to take care of your dog, and I would absolutely have Amby stay with Kathy any time!”

About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life and currently live on a peaceful 3-acre farm with chickens, rabbits, ducks, and goats—so I’m very comfortable around pets of all kinds! What sets me apart is the calm, loving environment I provide and the personal attention each pet receives. I’m home full-time, so your pet will never be left alone for long. I’m also very detail-oriented and follow each pet’s routine closely—whether that’s administering medication, helping with crate training, or giving lots of belly rubs and cuddle time. Every animal I care for is treated like family. I truly love what I do, and I always go the extra mile to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Living on a peaceful 3-acre farm also gives me the perfect setup for outdoor time and exploring safely. At my home, I provide a clean, peaceful environment with plenty of space to play and relax, both indoors and outdoors. I care for a small number of pets at a time so each one gets the individual attention they deserve. My 3-acre property is quiet and surrounded by nature, and pets are always supervised during outdoor time to ensure their safety. I follow each pet’s routine closely—whether it’s feeding schedules, administering medication, or special instructions—to make sure they feel secure and loved. I also keep open communication with pet parents, sending regular updates and photos for peace of mind. I treat every pet like family, creating a calm, loving space where they can feel at home while you’re away.

The backyard is securely fenced with plenty of room for the dogs to play, and Lisa’s home is meticulously kept. From the photos she sent, I could see they were very happy while staying there! We haven’t left them with anyone since Cosmo joined our family and we are so happy to find Lisa. Not only is she conveniently located to us, reasonably priced, and a star sitter with Rover, but our dogs seemed to enjoy their time away. Yay! Thank you, Lisa!”

About: Your dog will feel pampered, spoiled and loved, and will be treated like a member of our family during their stay. I have had dogs all of my life, usually two or three at a time. I know how to take care of puppies and seniors alike, and every age in between. I am a dog rescuer, and a foster mom whenever possible. I will take dogs up to 20 lbs. only. Each dog has a personality as unique and as individual as people. Their likes, dislikes and habits will be catered to as closely as possible during their stay. Let's schedule a meet and greet to decide if we are a good fit. Drop off and pick-up hours are 10 am - 6 pm. Outside of these hours will be $10, or feel free to reserve an extra day. Fee includes per night, for 24 hour period. Anything past an extra 2 hours will be billed at 1/2 day. Day care covers a 10 hour stay; every hour over is $10. Requirements: >neutered >proof of up-to-date vaccines >flea/tick prevention >friendly with other dogs >food I am home full-time. Errands would never be more than 1-2 hours. Potty breaks are 0-2 hours throughout entire day, up until late in the evening. I require a Meet & Greet with any new client to make sure they get along with my two sweet dogs. They will always be supervised when out in the fenced yard. They can stay in, play or cuddle on the couch - whatever their heart desires. Please bring your fur baby's food, favorite toys, treats, beds, a harness, and a collar with up-to-date tags, including their name!

“Lydia was a wonderful caretaker for my dog, Roman. She was very easy to communicate with and very prompt in responding to any questions that I had. She was also very flexible with the times for pick up and drop off as I was traveling in my RV and sightseeing and so it was difficult to know for certain what time I would be there to drop him off. She kept me informed all day of how he was doing, sent me pictures of him. Her dog Yoda was a sweetheart, and I know that my dog was very happy to have a friend. She took him for walks and to play at the dog park, and he was very calm and happy when I picked him up the next time that I go to Saint Augustine I will definitely , be hiring her to care for him again!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. My favorite job was managing a dog daycare. I’m very comfortable with larger dogs and managing multiple dogs. I work from home with a flexible schedule. I can fit my schedule to meet your families needs. I have a fenced in yard for plenty of supervised play and potty break. I have a fenced in yard for your dogs safety. We have 1 year old friendly golden retriever who would love to make a new friend. We also have two children (7&8) who would love to love on your babies.

I’ve had all types of animals but at the end of the day, I’m a dog girl at heart 🐾 I understand that most animals thrive on routine and schedule and I look forward to becoming a regular part of your pets routine ❤️ I’m the owner of a pet related business and have the flexibility to move things around, as needed, to care for your fur babies when you are not available. I understand that animals are typically most comfortable in their own home which is why I enjoy offering house sitting services. I also understand that sometimes that is not an option for people so I accommodate by offering boarding services out of my home as well! I like to fully understand their typical routine and stick to it as closely as possible to keep your pet at ease in your absence. I also love to hike and adventure so if that is up your pups alley, we will be sure to have some additional fun while you’re gone 😁

About: I have been in love with dogs since the first time I laid eyes on my aunt's dog at four months old, and refused to sleep without her. I remember trying to train dogs from age six and on. I am now a professional dog trainer and kennel technician. I have experience in socializing, potty training, aggression rehabilitation, and pet first aid. I truly enjoy being around dogs, boosting their confidence, while also teach them manners. Not only can I walk, check-in, board, or house sit for you and your pup; but I can also work on leash, obedience training, and separation anxeity. I will take care of your best friend as I would my own. If you need someone to take care of your fur baby when you can't, I'll be there. I am a full time mom of 3, full time teacher, full time student, part time coach, and part time dog trainer. With having so much on my plate I’m unfortunately not willing to go any further than 10-15 miles from my home at this time. When your dog is in my care I make sure they get the same attention and care I would give my own dogs. Our day depends on your dogs typical routine and energy level. Exercise, playtime, and tons of love.
