“I felt extremely happy and felt like my furbaby was in excellent care . Would highly recommend , felt like it was a great experience for my Olive who loves to run a lot !”

“Taco had an amazing stay at Bridget's. She and her entire family took care of Taco like their own despite him being a big boy . Bridget was so consistent with giving me updates and sharing pictures. Me and my husband are thoroughly pleased with their service and we will definitely send Ta o back to them anytime there is a need . Thank again for taking care of our boy!!”

“Sarah took such great care of my dog. I was bery nervous to leave her and sad the place my mom booked in St Augustine did not accept dogs. I think my dog had a great time and was loved with Sarah. I wish I lived nearby to use her more.”

“Dani did a great job with our pups. They seemed really comfortable in her home and all the doggie toys that she provided for them. We will definitely leave them with her again!”

“Marina was an excellent choice to take care of my Louis ! Louis had a fabulous time as she sent me pictures and videos daily while I was on my work trip and they brightened my days. I felt that he was in such good hands and I have to mention that this was my first experience with Rover.com and I will be using Marina again in the future!! Beth and Louis St Augustine !?”

“Once again, great as always! Always feel so comfortable bringing Link to stay here! So kind and helpful! Link always gets plenty of playtime, walks, and attention here & gets treated so well, I can’t say enough good things😀 wouldn’t want him staying with anyone else!”

“So we needed Christine again, and she was awesome again. We had a delay due to this government shutdown with our flight and could not get home for an extra day, she was able to keep the dogs an extra day, no issues. She also sent tons of pictures over thier stay, saw that our 1 dog had a loose molar and informed us immediately, she is very observant and very caring to our dogs. If you ever need a sitter and she is available, hands down she is your sitter. I dread using another sitter if she is not ever available.”

“Tracy is a wonderful caretaker. This was Rosie’s first time with her. Tracy really focused on my dog, and spent time with her to make sure was happy and having fun. She left me a lot of updates to reassure me throughout the day. I know my dog was well taken care of and had fun at her home.”

“Rebecca and Michael were awesome. They took extremely good care of our 2 chihuahuas this past weekend. They sent several pictures over the weekend and kept us in the loop over the stay. If you are looking for a sitter this is definitely a safe and reliable caring sitters.”

“Nycole has great communication with the owner and understands the nuances of dog behavior. Our shy but Waldo stayed with her for a two night/three day stay. She is patient and follows our dogs queue’s terrifically. She definitely “gets” dogs various personalities, traits, and behavior's.”

“Brad was an amazing dog sitter! He was reliable, kind, and clearly cares a lot about the dogs he watches. I felt completely comfortable knowing Jay was in good hands, and it was obvious how happy and well cared for my dog was when I got back. Brad kept me updated, followed all instructions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely trust him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable and caring dog sitter.”

“We had a great experience with Labresha! Our dog clearly enjoyed his stay and came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Communication was excellent, and we felt comfortable knowing he was in good hands.”

“Amelia was great, she sent lots of pictures and a video, Gracie (our dog) seemed very relaxed with their family and dogs. Her yard is fenced so it was a safe environment and it appears she took Gracie for multiple walks. I would use her again.”

“Boomer had an amazing time with Kristen!!! We received pictures daily on Boomers progress. We feel very confident that we will be using Kristen for our Boarding when and if we need to leave town or have an emergency again. Her care of Boomer was amazing.”

“First time using Roseanna and I've already put a request in for another visit. My dogs did great and I got lots of pics several times a day - always reassuring. She has the energy needed for my active retriever and also very caring to my temperamental aussie. I love family environments for my dogs. Thank you, Roseanna!”

“Laura was absolutely amazing!! She took wonderful care of our two mini dachshunds! Right away, we felt comfortable with her and knew that she would give them excellent care and attention on their over night stays!! My husband and I will go out of our way to make sure we use Laura again if needed. We have two senior babies, and one is very special needs. She gave her all her medication, food, and extra attention. She made sure that they were comfortable and kept them right on their normal routine! If I could give her 10 stars I would! Thank you so much Laura and family!”

“Lisa and her loving family were the best we could have hoped for!! Our Marley is a rescue we adopted about 8 months ago; she is almost 4 years old and spent most of her first three years in a crate; had terrible separation anxiety! We were going to be away for over two weeks and could not leave her in a conventional pet care facility where she would be alone at night! Lisa and her family provided the home away from home we needed; without Lisa we could not have enjoyed our vacation! Thank you Lisa and family!!”

“Danielle and family took such great care of Oscar. He spent his days going on walks, playing outside, snuggling/cuddling, and hanging with his new best Nyla. He can’t wait to see his friends again. Danielle was amazing with Oscar and is a great communicator sending photos/videos and updates.”

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
