We are set on 40 acres in a historic old mill with a brook, private hayfields and trails to explore. Your pup is getting mostly constant care while they are with me. They are not just left alone like with many other sitters or in a sketchy kennel. My dog hangs out with me like family all the time. Your pup will just be joining our pack. They have lots of acess inside and and plenty of room to play and relax. All dogs and people only drink filtered well water here and its always available and fresh. I have the ability to separate if anyone needs a break. Crates are welcome and encouraged for stays. I have a medium to large crate available if needed. About: I'm a responsible, communicative, and kind graduate student with over a decade of experience caring for dogs. I've worked with rescue pups and dogs of all ages—from 8-week-old puppies to 13-year-old seniors. I treat every dog like my own, with patience, love, and lots of attention to their unique needs. My current schedule is very flexible, and I will be in town for most of the summer so I can hang out with your pup whenever! Once the fall starts, I’ll be in classes again but will have flexibility throughout the day and particularly on the weekends. Your dog’s safety and comfort is my utmost concern! I completely understand that your dog is like your child, so you want to make sure that they are safe and in the best care possible. Because of that, I will defer to your rules about where your dog can go, when they can be off leash, etc. You know them best, and I trust you!

About: I grew up on a farm and have taken care of a variety of animals. I worked in veterinary medicine for 8 years and spent two years in high school working for a dog and cat boarding facility. Currently a medical student, I have a lot of flexibility. I’m able to complete morning, midday, and/or evening walks. I am often available on weekends. I have a fenced in porch and can take dogs out on leash. I live close by to the rail trail and in a very walkable neighborhood. I can administer topical, oral, and subcutaneous medications.

About: Hi! I’m Jill and am very experienced with doggos! I work full time in dog rescue and am looking to take on rover clients to help support that work. I have experience with all ages/sizes/breeds/temperaments! I am certified in Animal Behavior Management and love catering your pet’s activity and enrichment to their personality. Before working in dog rescue, I was a wildlife biologist for 10 years and still very much enjoy spending time outdoors and hiking - especially with dogs! Before that, I worked at a doggy day care and veterinary clinic. Animals have always been a central part of my life and I take the responsibility of their care very seriously! I work in animal rescue which allows me a somewhat flexible schedule. If I have a pet booking, your animal’s needs will be my first priority! I care for pets in the way they would like to be cared for. I love getting to know an animal and catering my services to them.
