About: I’ve been a dog owner since I was born. Since 2019 I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds- big, small, puppy, senior and special needs. I’ve volunteered for the Humane Society and fostered through WAAL. My family has had 3 foster fails! I am a natural caretaker when it comes to animals and guarantee I will treat your pet as my own. I am a cautious pet owner who does well at reading the signals of an animals and anticipating their behavior and needs. I do not work in the summers, so I can care for pets full time. From May to August, I’m free all day every day, most days. From August to May, I work 8-4 on weekdays. I live in an apartment so sadly I cannot offer boarding at this time. My partner is available to watch our dogs while I watch yours at your home.

About: I’ve helped care for a wide range of animals some being as young as a week old to being over 14 years old. I have loved caring for hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits and the average house cat and dog. I have some free time with college classes being over for the summer and my student worker position that doesn’t require much of my time. So I would love to fill that time doing something I would love. At home I have a friendly and energetic blue heeler that loves to play ball and a senior orange tabby cat that is sweet but on his own time. I love caring and playing with them and any of my family and friends animals.

About: I’ve been a dog lover for as long as I can remember, all my favorite stuffed animals as a kid were of dogs. Since then I’ve made it my mission to pet and be near as many dogs as I can. I’ve been dog sitting since I was 12 (it would have been sooner if I was allowed to enter strangers houses at 11) I don’t coincider being with your dog a job, it’s a hobby for me! About: As a dog owner myself, I’ve had experience with dogs all my life. I currently have a german shepherd of my own that I’ve trained and took care of since he was a puppy. In the past, I’ve been a sitter for all sizes of dogs, and have grown the knowledge of understanding when dogs need to go outside, be fed, etc. I am currently babysitting once-2x a week for a family and looking to fill my week days. I am available Mondays, Tuesday afternoons, Wednesdays, and Thursday mornings. Things may change, so feel free to ask if I’m available! I usually know my schedule a week in advance. When it comes to dog sitting, I usually go outside and play with the dog(s) and let them run around as much as possible. I also don’t know if the dog(s) tend to escape or run away so it’s always good to keep an eye on them. When it comes to walking the dog, I like to keep them on a leash and have them close to me. I try not to let them pull me, and stay alert to other people or animals around who may be on a walk as well.

About: I have cared for both small and large breed dogs. 1 dog in my care required medication 2 a day. I have not met a dog that didn’t like me. I am retired from the main stream work force and have plenty of time to devote to your fur babies. My schedule is flexible for day visits or extended periods. I am able to stay with your fur babies in your home. I believe this keeps the animal safe and secure without the additional stress of their parents leaving them.

About: I have grown up with small and big dogs along with cats. I’ve also volunteered at an animal shelter helping to walk dogs, so I have gone through training. I am a student, so I will typically have time some mornings and most afternoons on weekdays. I will have time all day most weekends. I will walk dogs as far as they need or are used to! I might aim for around 2-3 miles per walk, but on a super hot or cold day that might vary.

About: I grew up around and taking care of animals, on a farm outside of town. Since living on my own I’ve been very dedicated to my own dog’s care, and have helped several friends and family members care for their animals. I’m a full time graduate student, who works primarily from home. With most of my work being remote, I end up with lots of chances to take care of my own dog, and with time to assist others with their animal’s care. The health, safety, and comfort of animals in my care is always my primary concern. Not only carefully monitoring animal body language and behavior, but also being cognizant of the environment and any other factors that might come into play when animals interact with each other and with me.
