About: I've been around animals my entire life, living in a veritable zoo with cats, dogs, reptiles, fish, hamsters, and siblings. While I've helped care for my parent's pets since I was a child, my first fur-baby is Sully, a 75lb German Shepherd/Black Lab rescue that my wife and I adopted in 2016. Since my primary work is at home, I spend more time with Sully than anyone else! I currently work a full-time job in online education, and I am also responsible for care-giving for my son at least two days per week. I plan for pet-care to be a part-time job where I travel to your home to walk and/or spend time with your pet. I am open to dog boarding if your dog ends up being a good fit and is introduced to my son and dog. I have a fenced-in yard for play, and I'm also a short walk from Woods Hollow Nature Preserve in Ballston Spa. I am out with Sully every 3-4 hours for a walk, potty-break, or to play ball.
About: I’ve had animals since I was a young girl. As a child we had cats. As a young adult I worked for a grooming, daycare, and boarding facility for 16 years. The only reason I stopped working was because of the birth of might twins.I also volunteered for a pet rescue, a pet shelter, and of course owned my own dogs, cats, and hamster. I’m a mom of 7! About: Hello, my name is Alie and my #1 passion is animals! In search of my calling in life, I have found myself working for a pet grooming salon in my hometown, Milton, NY! I spend my days Tuesday-Saturday bathing and grooming neighborhood dogs then go home to love on my own German Shepard/Belgian Malinois mix and Tabby cat! Meet & Greets are a necessary part of the booking process to ensure everyone's safety over the course of a booking. All bookings that include a dog are required to have a one-time complimentary Meet & Greet prior to booking. Dogs are careful about the humans they trust, espcially with their parents gone, so I'd like to make friends with you present! Other bookings that only include cats are not required to have a Meet & Greet prior to booking but you are more than welcome to request one! Any additional Meet & Greets that are requested beyond the initial complimentary Meet & Greet will be booked at the drop-in rate listed on my profile. At the first visit, slow and quiet are the name of the game, I take my time going about their routine so they can get used to me! After my tasks are done, it's my goal to make them as comfy as possible by offering them their favorite toys and treats at their own pace. By the end of the booking, my aim is to be your pets new best friend and your go-to sitter!
