In my home, pets have access to a securely fenced backyard with plenty of shade for supervised outdoor time. I share my home with one senior dog and three cats who are accustomed to other animals. Depending on your preferences and your pet's personality, they can socialize with my pets or be kept completely separate. I understand that not every animal enjoys company, and I'm happy to accommodate whatever makes them most comfortable. When caring for pets in your home, I treat your space with the same respect I would my own. My mornings are 10-15 minutes to feed, refresh water, and scoop the litter while my coffee brews. Evenings take about 15-20 minutes for dinner, a second scoop, and playtime — my cat is most active at dusk, so a quick wand-toy session helps her settle for the night. Weekly tasks like deep-cleaning the box or brushing take me 30 minutes total. Once I tied it to habits I already had, it became routine and keeps my cat calm and happy. I care for my pets by keeping their routine simple and consistent. Mornings are food, fresh water, and quick clean-up. Evenings are dinner, play or walks, and checking that everyone’s settled. I stick to their schedules, handle meds when needed, and stay on top of vet care so they stay healthy and happy.

About: I have taken care of dogs (family, friends, coworkers, personal) for over 10 years. My lab-mix Cooper is extremely well behaved and loves making new friends! I am working part-time from home so I have ample time on the weekends and evenings to care. Also have opportunity for walks early in the morning, if needed. I have a large fenced in backyard, doggie door for easy access to outside and have a love for dogs. I will treat every visitor like my own.

“Don’t look any further! Leila and Carlos are the best sitters you will find and the best people too! I am a travel nurse and needed a sitter for my dog while I was at work. Leila made me feel so comfortable and was so flexible with pick up and drop off times. Her and her family welcomed Mookie into their family like he was their own. Mookie got so excited every morning to go to daycare and I think he would’ve stayed there all night if he could’ve! By the end of my assignment Mookie was a part of their family! Leila sends pictures all day and is great with communication. Mookie went from being shy around other dogs to getting excited to be around them and play! Leila is very professional and will keep all dogs safe. She goes above and beyond and is truly passionate about animals. Mookie became best friends with her little girls who are amazing with animals too and so loving. We will come back to Florida just to visit them! Highly recommended!!”

About: I love all dogs and they love me. I have own dogs my entire life, of all sizes. I have experience in obedience training and dog grooming. I offer a safe and pet friendly home with a large fenced in back yard. We take 2 walks daily and weather permitting will be outside as much as they want. I am retired. There are no other people in the home. Taking care of your pet would be my first priority. I am available most days, nights and weekends. I live in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. My back yard is shaded, has a pool and is fenced in. Inside the dog is free to feel at home.
