About: Ive taken care of friends and family dogs for over 20 years. I spent 16 years as a Vet tech in veterinary medicine. Ive had many dogs over my lifetime and trained them as well. Ive experience with small and large dogs. I'm currently working full time Monday through Friday 8 am to 430p. I'm available evenings and weekends for pet sitting or boarding in your home or mine. I have a fenced yard and no pets or kids in my house currently. I'm capable of giving medications if necessary. Playtime in fenced yard and inside home. Short walks around the block or on the bike trail near my home.

“Andrew is a godsend. We've had him to sit for our Rhodesian ridgeback and our Staffy twice, for 4 days and 10 days, respectively, and we have both times come back to 2 happy and healthy dogs, who looked at us like we had only been gone a short while. They had neither gained stress weight nor become too skinny, and we could tell Andrew had been diligent taking them out frequently. He had mixed in their favorite food toppers and given them their medicine as we asked. He is a kind person, and you can tell he thinks deeply about things, and people's and pets' feelings. He even swept and tidied up, got our mail from our mailbox, and had our packages all neatly inside. He is as the proverb says, a good traveler who leaves no mark, leaving our house exactly as, if not better than, he found it. I can't say enough about the peace of mind Andrew has given us, especially the second time, since we already knew we could trust him. We were able to go to Disney World and have a truly magical time because we knew he was caring for our dogs and our house as we would have done.”

I helped my mom run a cat rescue for over 8 years (that includes waking up every 2 hours to bottle feed, giving medication, handling moody kitties, cleaning up constant messes, etc). Since then, I've been trusted to pet sit for friends, coworkers, and family members. I have more experience house sitting with cats than dogs, but I love all pets equally and would be so happy to meet them! I offer overnight stays/house sitting, drop-ins, and dog walking. I am currently pet sitting full time. I am available on weekdays and weekends however early or late as needed, and for as many drop-ins as needed. My schedule is very flexible! The care and safety of your pet is the most important thing to me. I make sure to keep human food out of reach along with plastic bags, cords, or other potentially harmful items. “Kassia was great! She was available pretty last minute (huge procrastinator here). I didn’t want to board my dogs as they are rescues and I didn’t want them to feel abandoned. Kassia was available to make frequent trips to my house (one of my doggos has a tiny bladder) for an extended weekend. She was quick to respond and she was able to visit the day after first communicating to meet my dogs. She texted me pics of my boys while I was away to let me know they were okay. I left a lot of notes on medicine and vitamins they take and she left notes back to let me know what she gave them and when. I highly recommend her.”

About: I’ve grown up in a house with 2 cats and 2 dogs my whole life and often house sit for my friends dogs. I’m used to big dogs and also high energy dogs being that I have one of each. I am mostly free during the week as being and only online college student where I work a part time job of only 2-3 days a week at most with it being pretty flexible I have a fenced in back yard with 2 friendly dogs that all love to play. Love talking the dogs out for walks and what not. I take my two everywhere I can with me.

About: I have always loved animals, and have grown up with dogs since I was born! I have been volunteering at local shelters since I was in 7th grade because I can’t get enough of animals. In high school, my family had 5 (decently sized) dogs so I am well versed in taking care of many high energy dogs at once. No dog could surprise me because my dogs have probably done it already. I am a film student at DePaul so my schedule is very wonky compared to other students. I often have large gaps between classes and a lot of free nights, where I spent most of my time writing for my major! Seeing animals throughout my day makes my mood so much better so pet care would make my life a lot lighter in some ways! I am a very fast learner so whatever makes you comfortable or your pet comfortable, that is what I will do! I want your pets to feel loved and cared for, so if that is playing with them, cuddling with them, whatever it may be, I’m there. And whatever quirks they may have, I can adjust to that too. Same for homes, I always expect people to respect my home and the same goes for yours!
