About: I have had several dogs ever since I was young, and I continue to care for my two dogs when I return home from university. I am in charge of feeding them, taking them outside, and bathing them, when necessary. I am tentatively planning to reapply for my summer retail job, so my schedule may vary. My summer break will begin soon, so I will not be working immediately, so I will have plenty of time every day for pet care. My family has a fenced yard with plenty of space for a dog to run around. We also have two Labrador retrievers who love to play with other dogs.

About: I just graduated with my bachelor’s science of nursing! I have tons of experience within the health care field and with animals. I am CPR certified and I can administer medications! If they want company there is other small dogs that are friendly upstairs. If not they can be downstairs without any other animals.

About: Hi, thank you so much for stopping by to read through my profile. I have loved and taken care of friend’s and family’s dogs for years. Big, small, medium, even tempered, wild, mellow- I absolutely love them all. I have a 12 year old lab, who has slowed down a lot. She is my everything. I find something about raising a dog from a young pup to an aging one, so very special and rewarding. If your dog is fast paced or likes to smell every blade of grass, I’m game. Rain, shine, or snow, I’m available. I’d absolutely appreciate it if you gave me the opportunity to spoil your dog, not just walk or watch. I understand these are your babies. My house is set up well with a fenced in back yard and lots of attention and love offered. Let me know what questions or concerns you might have! I work Monday-Friday, I am usually free in the evenings and off on Thursdays typically. I’m free on most holidays(so keep that in mind).** I am free on most weekends. ** My job is flexible, 12 mins away, making it easy to drop by my house throughout the day. My house is open and I have a great fenced in area. Your dog will be spoiled rotten over here. Lots of pets and attention. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, growing up with dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and many other furry and feathered companions. I firmly believe that a house isn’t truly a home without a four-legged friend. Over the years, I’ve provided pet care for family and friends, caring for up to five dogs at a time of varying breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I also have experience caring for cats, including both indoor and outdoor pets. My background is in nursing, which has given me valuable experience with responsibility, attention to detail, and caring for animals with special medical needs. However, my love for animals has always been just as strong as my passion for helping people. My family and I recently relocated from St. Louis, Missouri, to St. Jacob, Illinois. My husband and daughter share my love for animals, and our home is currently filled with the company of our three beloved cats. Earlier this year, we said goodbye to our sweet dog, Roxy, after 17 wonderful years together. Her absence has left a noticeable void in our home, and we miss the sound of her sassy little feet following us around. While we take our time deciding when we’re ready to welcome another dog into our family, I’ve decided to return to pet sitting and expand my services. Caring for animals brings me joy, and I would be honored to provide loving, dependable care for your pets while you’re away. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, medication administration, or vacation care, you can rest assured your pets will be treated like family. I'm currently a stay at home mom and can offer plenty of flexibility for your pet's care needs whether that is drop in visits, walks, or boarding. We live on a 2+ acre lot with lots of room to run/walk around the property. We do not currently have a fenced in yard so dogs would need to be on a leash to ensure their safety while staying with us. We have lots of walking paths in our area that we can offer for exercise. If your dog likes a quiet place to rest, we have used our laundry room as a quiet area for pets.

About: What sets me apart from others is that I have fostered many dogs and cats in the recent past. I have 5 animals of my own including 3 dogs and 2 cats. I have a special interest and love for animals and will always provide the best care. I also have a lot of training on dog body language and am currently in school to be a dog groomer! I’m currently self employed. So I have plenty of time to play, walk or care for your sweet babies. I hope I can be considered! I pride myself in my knowledge and skills when it comes to animals and if I am doing a stay in visit I’m confident I can follow any and all directions I’m given. I love dogs so much and sometimes more than people :o) I have been a paralegal for 17 years. I enjoy being a paralegal but I love animals more. I am trying to earn income doing something I truly love. I will treat your fur babies just like my own. I will make sure they are safe, properly provided for and loved on the whole time.

About: I have grown up in a household with dogs, mainly the medium to large sized breeds. I have experience with all sizes of dogs though, as I have taken care of a variety of sized dogs for friends, family, and neighbors. I have taken care of cats and dogs when needing medical care - especially giving meds and minor wound care - and also have groomed and walked many types and sizes of dogs. I love making sure the pets are healthy and happy. I have volunteered at an animal shelter to help with the care of animals - providing play time, meds, and grooming of both dogs and cats. I'm currently a full time student at SIUE and I'm in the MFA art studio program. For summer 2026 semester my schedule is Mon-Fri for a few hours in July. For fall I have classes Monday through Friday for a few hours at a time. Weekends I'm generally free. For drop ins and walks, I'll work with you to figure out the best time(s) based upon my schedule and distance from campus. During house sitting, I can provide food, medicine, play time, walks, and many other services. I also am willing to assist with house related things - bringing in mail, taking trash out for trash pickup, etc - just let me know and we can work it out. For walks and drop ins, in addition to the service, I can provide some house related services (like bring in mail and packages) upon request. I am available to help with the pets at the clients home. I can either stay at your place or go home at night, which I can work with you based on your needs and comfort. I have experience with gated and non gated yards (so needing to leash the dog when taking out for the potty), gates for inside the house, and crate training. Often I will have my own leash with me so that if anything happens, I'm prepared. As for walks, I often work with the dog(s) to see what triggers them and avoid as much as possible. I know not all dogs are friendly with other dogs or people so I am aware of my surroundings and provide appropriate distance to avoid people and dogs as best as I can.

About: I have had between 2-4 animals in my house since I was a kid. I have been pet sitting animals from kittens/puppies all the way up to 16 years old for the past 4 years consistently. I am good with helping animals take their meds and will interact with animals at their pace. I am currently working a part time job and starting full online classes so I can get my masters. This means that I will be free most of the time and will be able to make my schedule fit around my clients needs. In my clients home I will make sure to follow instructions given to me, ensuring I am familiar with all details to give the animals the best care. I will take any animals that enjoy walks for those in the area or to a park if they need to get energy out, play with them outside, or play with them inside. I follow a routine for feeding and for any meds they might have to take, while also checking to make sure they have full and clean water daily. If I am cat sitting I will make sure to check and scoop the litter daily as well if needed.

About: As a lifelong dog owner and current dog mom myself, I love all pups! I'm an early childhood special ed teacher who's looking to love on some fur babies this summer. Whether your dog needs a serious power walk or a chill potty break and snuggles, I've got them covered! I'm comfortable with basic command reinforcement, can stick to mealtime routines or a quick brush-out if needed! I'm happy to treat them as my own! :) I have not had cats before but am happy to feed or give your kitties some love as well! I'm a special education teacher on summer break which means my availability is flexible! I will be off of work beginning May 26th. I do have my own pup at home so I prefer to do check ins and walks as needed! Because I like to stay active with my own family, friends and pup during the break, I do require at least 48 hours of notice for bookings. I am generally available between 8am to 8pm. Since I have my own pup, I'm only doing house calls! Your dog will get my full attention in the comfort of their own neighborhood. I will make sure to check pavements before a walk and make sure collars/harnesses are firmly attached before we head out. You'll get plenty of photo updates!

About: At 17 years old I worked at a professional pet care industry that included training, daycamp, boarding and grooming. From there I went to the very same company’s dog training academy where I graduated at top of my class. After, that very same company hired me on to be a Personal Trainer at their facility where I worked for about 2 years. I am a certified professional dog trainer that can add my services into the care you are looking for! I have full availability. Drop in visits and/or walks will work better with my specific scheduled but I can do other options with enough notice. This question is very depending on if you are interested in training services. If you are, it will be a very structured, bond building, and teaching stay. For regular care, I think play and mental stimulation is important for a dog when the owners are out of town and they have no outlet for energy.

About: I have had cats & dogs since I was a child. Now I have a cat who loves dogs and neighbors bring their dogs over to see how they react to a cat. I am a retired vet with nothing but time to worship animals. I visit the dog park even though I dont have a dog & carry treat in case I meet a dog I have a yard with a fence, two bedrooms & a comfy couch all are welcome on. I live near a dog park & several parks for roaming.

About: I have been dog sitting and caring for pets since I was 10 years old. I have a huge passion for animals and have been volunteering at my local humane society for the past few years. I have animals of my own and am actually about to add a new puppy to my pet family! I am willing to walk, bathe, and feed your animals and make sure they get the care they need while you’re away! I am actually a full time college student and am looking to give pet care in between my classes during the week. I would be available on T/Th all day. On M/W/F I am available anytime after 12pm to come care for your pets. I am looking to be doing home visits rather than dog boarding because I am currently living in an apartment and do not have the space needed to provide quality care for your pets. I am willing to do drop in visits and in the past am used to doing that type of care for my clients.

About: I have had my own pets since I was a young child. I have taken care of many of my friends, family, neighbors, and church members pets over the years. I love dogs and kitties and believe they deserve to be well taken care of. They depend on us to be good to them and are at our mercy. If they are mistreated they can't say anything. This makes it that much more important to be good to our pets. I am not currently working so I have a lot of free time. I have 6 grown children who are on thier own. Two in college, the rest with their own families. I have one friendly lab mix who loves playmates. A fenced in yard, doggie door, and all hardwood floors so accidents are not tragic! I am within walking distance of our city bike/walking trail for long doggie walks.

About: I have a canine first aid training and 13 years of experience working at boarding kennels and agility competitions. Dog walking and canicross competition. . I am currently stay at home mom setting up my veterinary physiotherapy business. I am very outdoorsy and active person. But I can also switch off and relax. Whatever energy your pet needs. I am more than happy to provide it. I am very flexible and willing to work out whatever suits you and your pet the best. We have fenced yard and one friendly spayed female dog Willow. We also have two cats and a baby. Dogs have to be friendly. Our yard is 0.5 acre, loads of room to roam. Recently we removed our old swimming pool so now there is even more space for the animals to run. Your pet will be always supervised. If your pet stays at my house you need to provide their food. I would also recommend to bring their blanket or a favourite toy to help with the transition. If your pet is used to sleeping in a crate please bring your crate too or let me know ahead so I can make sure my crate is available. I can provide treats, blankets, bowls and toys. All pets sleep inside the home.
