About: I have had several dogs ever since I was young, and I continue to care for my two dogs when I return home from university. I am in charge of feeding them, taking them outside, and bathing them, when necessary. I am tentatively planning to reapply for my summer retail job, so my schedule may vary. My summer break will begin soon, so I will not be working immediately, so I will have plenty of time every day for pet care. My family has a fenced yard with plenty of space for a dog to run around. We also have two Labrador retrievers who love to play with other dogs.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, growing up with dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and many other furry and feathered companions. I firmly believe that a house isn’t truly a home without a four-legged friend. Over the years, I’ve provided pet care for family and friends, caring for up to five dogs at a time of varying breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I also have experience caring for cats, including both indoor and outdoor pets. My background is in nursing, which has given me valuable experience with responsibility, attention to detail, and caring for animals with special medical needs. However, my love for animals has always been just as strong as my passion for helping people. My family and I recently relocated from St. Louis, Missouri, to St. Jacob, Illinois. My husband and daughter share my love for animals, and our home is currently filled with the company of our three beloved cats. Earlier this year, we said goodbye to our sweet dog, Roxy, after 17 wonderful years together. Her absence has left a noticeable void in our home, and we miss the sound of her sassy little feet following us around. While we take our time deciding when we’re ready to welcome another dog into our family, I’ve decided to return to pet sitting and expand my services. Caring for animals brings me joy, and I would be honored to provide loving, dependable care for your pets while you’re away. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, medication administration, or vacation care, you can rest assured your pets will be treated like family. I'm currently a stay at home mom and can offer plenty of flexibility for your pet's care needs whether that is drop in visits, walks, or boarding. We live on a 2+ acre lot with lots of room to run/walk around the property. We do not currently have a fenced in yard so dogs would need to be on a leash to ensure their safety while staying with us. We have lots of walking paths in our area that we can offer for exercise. If your dog likes a quiet place to rest, we have used our laundry room as a quiet area for pets.

About: What sets me apart from others is that I have fostered many dogs and cats in the recent past. I have 5 animals of my own including 3 dogs and 2 cats. I have a special interest and love for animals and will always provide the best care. I also have a lot of training on dog body language and am currently in school to be a dog groomer! I’m currently self employed. So I have plenty of time to play, walk or care for your sweet babies. I hope I can be considered! I pride myself in my knowledge and skills when it comes to animals and if I am doing a stay in visit I’m confident I can follow any and all directions I’m given. As well as when walking your furry family member. I will take any and all safety precautions.

About: I have a canine first aid training and 13 years of experience working at boarding kennels and agility competitions. Dog walking and canicross competition. . I am currently stay at home mom setting up my veterinary physiotherapy business. I am very outdoorsy and active person. But I can also switch off and relax. Whatever energy your pet needs. I am more than happy to provide it. I am very flexible and willing to work out whatever suits you and your pet the best. We have fenced yard and one friendly spayed female dog Willow. We also have two cats and a baby. Dogs have to be friendly. Our yard is 0.5 acre, loads of room to roam. Recently we removed our old swimming pool so now there is even more space for the animals to run. Your pet will be always supervised. If your pet stays at my house you need to provide their food. I would also recommend to bring their blanket or a favourite toy to help with the transition. If your pet is used to sleeping in a crate please bring your crate too or let me know ahead so I can make sure my crate is available. I can provide treats, blankets, bowls and toys. All pets sleep inside the home.

About: At 17 years old I worked at a professional pet care industry that included training, daycamp, boarding and grooming. From there I went to the very same company’s dog training academy where I graduated at top of my class. After, that very same company hired me on to be a Personal Trainer at their facility where I worked for about 2 years. I am a certified professional dog trainer that can add my services into the care you are looking for! I have full availability. Drop in visits and/or walks will work better with my specific scheduled but I can do other options with enough notice. This question is very depending on if you are interested in training services. If you are, it will be a very structured, bond building, and teaching stay. For regular care, I think play and mental stimulation is important for a dog when the owners are out of town and they have no outlet for energy.

About: I have 14 years of dog handling experience. I have participated in my local 4-H dog care and training group for 10 years and local FFA ( Future Farmers of America) chapter for 4 years. Between 4-H and FFA, I have received many awards for my dedication for dog care. Within the years, I have interacted with different temperaments from reactive to calm. I am currently working towards a degree in Animal Health. I currently have an internship at a local farm. I have a weekly routine set up, that does not interfere with my internship; and your dog is able to have the best experience. Taking care of pets require routine, animals thrive with the stability a routine provides. Pets also need enrichment, which can be play sessions, clean areas, attention, and walks. A pet- proof home helps with safety and well- being of the pet.

About: Hello, my name is Eden. I grew up around both cats and dogs of different breeds and sizes, so I understand that every pet has its own personality and needs. As a full-time college student, I’m used to staying organized and following schedules, which helps me provide consistent and reliable care. From walks and playtime to simple companionship, I’ll make sure your pet is well looked after and comfortable. i am currently a full time college student but am available anytime Monday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday! i do not currently have a job so the only thing taking up my time would be school! i am more than able to walk dogs when needed. I understand feeding schedules when given. I am not able to watch any pets in my own home as i do live on campus, but I am more than willing to adapt to whatever instructions I am given in a clients home.

About: I have had my own pets since I was a young child. I have taken care of many of my friends, family, neighbors, and church members pets over the years. I love dogs and kitties and believe they deserve to be well taken care of. They depend on us to be good to them and are at our mercy. If they are mistreated they can't say anything. This makes it that much more important to be good to our pets. I am not currently working so I have a lot of free time. I have 6 grown children who are on thier own. Two in college, the rest with their own families. I have one friendly lab mix who loves playmates. A fenced in yard, doggie door, and all hardwood floors so accidents are not tragic! I am within walking distance of our city bike/walking trail for long doggie walks.

About: I have taken care of multiple dogs of all sizes. I have taken them on walks, play catch, given meds, and willing to do whatever you need for your pup! I am doing this for some extra cash so my schedule is very open. Willing to work with you and try my best to accommodate! I like to make sure the pet is comfortable with me especially when their person is gone so I like to com by and meet you and the pet before your trip! I try my absolute best to stick with their routine and make sure I’m getting all of their needs met. I have dealt with high energy pups to pups with a lot of anxiety. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was around 12 or 13 years old. I would take care of neighbor's, and family member's animals. Such as walking them, feeding them, giving them the love and care that they receive everyday from their owners. I am in college so my schedule is very consistent! Two days out of the week I have 8:30am classes and then the other 3 days my classes start at noon. I am very flexible however, all of my classes end at or before 5pm. So I am available early morning, late morning, afternoon evening, depending on the day! Just reach out and I’m sure we can make it work!! I will respect your home, and follow said rules in your home to be able to give your animal the best care it deserves. ♡

About: Plenty of walking trails in the Edwardsville/ Glen Carbon/ Maryville area! I can stop in once in the morning or once in the evening for walkies. I can walk your pup with harness on. I can also work with dogs the pull on the leash as well if needed! I would just need the training treats supplied Once I get on your routine, absolutely no issues! I love a detailed note, story, or quirks about your dog. Just let me know what service you are looking for; walks or potty breaks!

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was about 7 years old (dogs and cats). I have a German shepherd who can be be stubborn, but it has taught me how to deal with animals like her and to have patience. I am currently working part-time with a very flexible schedule, so my availability will be quite convenient for those who are needing dedicated care takers. If staying over night, you will not have to worry about your pets being bored. I am very passionate about making sure the animals get some active, play time.

About: I've always pet sat for my friends and family. I started when I was in high school. I sincerely just love animals and it makes me happy to help others being around pets. I just do Doordashing in my free time. So I can work the two apps around each other! I started Rover last year but stopped to try other things instead and take care of my health more. I'm currently down 110lbs and ready to take care of your beautiful animals! I have my two cats right now. About: Hi my name is Diane, and I have been caring for dogs, cats, fish and birds most of my life. I will care for your precious babies just like my own. They will receive professional care, love, attention and affection. This is my full time job, if you can call it that. It's a blessing. I have a nice yard and field for walks, and a large covered deck for outside play time in severe weather. I only take one family's pets at a time. So, your babies will get plenty of quality attention and companionship. My home is pet friendly and all safety precautions have been implemented. Your companions will be kept separate from my own for the safety of both parties. I am also comfortable and experienced taking care of special needs pets that might require medications to be administered or other accommodations. I now have a bedroom designated for cats.
