“Kelly is the absolute best! We’ve used her multiple times for both drop in visits and house sitting. She has always taken great care of all our animals and able to give meds no problems. She has gone above & beyond and we will absolutely use Kelly again-highly recommend!”

“Ali has been our catsitter many times now so I thought it might be time to leave another great review. She is so reliable, and always sends us informative reports and the cutest pictures of our guys. They can tend to be on the shy side but they’re always so happy when she comes to visit (obvious from the photos) so it makes us feel much better when we have to leave them. Ali is also so helpful if they happen to make a mess or when anything else random happens at the house that she can help with!”

“Ashley was amazing. She was prompt and very loving to our sweet girl. We had short notice but she made it work. We appreciate her and will use her in the future.”

About: I’m a Registered Nurse with a strong passion for animal care. I have experience working with a wide range of pets, including those with special needs. Whether it's administering medications and injections or simply providing attentive, compassionate care, I’m committed to supporting the health and well-being of your pet, whether they have fur, feathers, or scales.! 🐾💉💖 I work flexible daytime hours Monday through Friday, which allows me to offer early morning check-ins, afternoon walks, and evening care. Please note that Rover’s morning time slot is set from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, but I’m specifically available from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM during weekdays. I’m also available all weekend long to give your pet the attention and care they deserve! I share my home with two senior dogs who enjoy sunbathing and cozy naps, so I understand the importance of meeting each pet’s unique needs. I'm experienced in caring for multiple animals with different routines and preferences, and I make sure every day includes a balance of walks, interactive play, and downtime for cuddles and relaxation. I also have hands-on experience with special needs pets and am comfortable administering medications, including injections. I focus on creating a calm, reassuring environment—especially for animals who may be nervous or require extra care. Whether your dog thrives on long walks, a lively game of fetch, or quiet time on the couch, I’ll tailor their care to match their personality and routine. You can feel confident knowing your pet will be treated with the same attention and affection I give my own.

About: I have had my own pets since I was a young child. I have taken care of many of my friends, family, neighbors, and church members pets over the years. I love dogs and kitties and believe they deserve to be well taken care of. They depend on us to be good to them and are at our mercy. If they are mistreated they can't say anything. This makes it that much more important to be good to our pets. I am not currently working so I have a lot of free time. I have 6 grown children who are on thier own. Two in college, the rest with their own families. I have one friendly lab mix who loves playmates. A fenced in yard, doggie door, and all hardwood floors so accidents are not tragic! I am within walking distance of our city bike/walking trail for long doggie walks.

“Ronnelle did a great job taking care of our cat. We will definitely ask her back again.”

I provide a safe and clean environment while showing love and affection for pets while their family is away. I care for a cat and four birds in my home every day. I routinely pet sit cats and other small animals such as hamsters and guinea pigs. Though I don't own a dog, I interact well with them and see them often. I enjoy going on walks with small and medium dogs and I love spending time with them. I provide basic care for nutrition and litter box maintenance in my home. I regularly socialize with the pets in my home. I am very comfortable handling cats, birds, and small and medium sized animals. In my clients homes, I spend an adequate amount of time with pets to make sure that they have the attention and care they need.

About: I have several years experience in animal care. I have worked at two different doggy daycare/boarding facilities and two animal hospitals. I can care for pets that need medications and special instructions. From walking, playing, bathing, and cuddling, I can handle cats/kittens, dogs/puppies and if requested can care for horses as well. Currently have several pets of my own, 7 dogs, 10 cats, 5 horses and 8 ducks. I currently work from home on my own schedule which means I am open anytime throughout the day to stop by for potty breaks, playtime and feedings. I have both dogs and cats of my own and understand how they are more family than pets. I go outside with them during potty breaks and make sure they have all of my attention.

About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life. I started Tall Tails so I can have a chance to spend time with more animals! I specialize in dog walking, but can also feed/water, poop scoop the yard, clean their crate, check in, etc. if you have any other requests, just ask! 😊 I currently work M-F as an Administrative Assistant. I have a flexible schedule, but needed there from 8:00-2:30. I’m completely free on the weekends. I’m very detail oriented, so routine and punctuality are very important to me. I take on all the responsibilities for my pets and the pets I look after. I offer them love and attention, and whatever else they may need!

About: I’ve always grown up around dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and etc. A dog is more than just an animal, they are a part of the family. Im a dental assistant and love helping people achieve the confidence to smile again. Im 22 years old and still live with my parents so this is a great side hustle to save money to move out eventually. At home we have a basset hound named Maggie that’s three years old, an Australian Shepard named Ranger that is also three years old, a Yorkie Shih Tzu named Trixie that is about 15 years old (yeah I know she’s basically deaf and blind but old girl is still kicking it), and then two cats that we rescued on the side of the road named Stormi & Klondike! I also have chickens & ducks! Let me dogsit your fur baby 🥰 I’m currently working at a private dental office located in Staunton, IL Monday-Thursday. Usually when I dog sit for a family friend or just anyone in general I stay at their house with the dog(s) so they feel comfortable in their own environment. My work hours are as followed; Monday & Thursday: 7-4pm (lunch 12-1pm) Tuesday 8-6pm (lunch 1-2 or 2-3pm) and Wednesday 7-1pm. I am a reliable and a caring person to watch your fur babies! I usually stay at the clients house so the pet is in a familiar environment and won’t get over stimulated. Every dog is different and so I usually meet the clients and/or the dog(s) so they are somewhat familiar with me and aren’t frightened by a stranger while their loved ones are away.

“Amanda is excellent. Not only is her communication top notch but so is the care and attention to detail she had for my cats/my asks (her 1st sitting was for 18 drop ins over 10 days). My pets loved her too, she is clearly an animal lover, they came right to her on the 1st visit. I highly recommend her.”

“Thanks Riley!!! We so appreciate you!!”

“Brogan was wonderful! Very prompt and gave me so many updates!”

About: I have had dogs since I was a kid. I have trained dogs for general obedience, advanced obedience, trick training, and hunting. I also have a bachelors degree in Animal Science. My late personal dog was usually the star of the show anywhere we went because of all of his tricks and obedience. I currently have my own young dog I am training as well as two adult dogs. I love dogs, but I can’t take them ALL home according to my husband...so this is a chance for me to be around and work with many different dogs! Not only would your pet be getting the care and attention they need, but I can also train them while they are in my care. I am okay with getting to know and walking any dog, including reactive and hard to work with dogs. All dogs can be good dogs! I currently work full time in construction, but I am attempting to be able to work with animals full time instead. As of right now I am available most evenings and weekends. I have a large fenced yard. The fence is a 5 rail wood fence that has 6” gaps between boards. However, I always keep a close eye on the animals and do not leave them unsupervised. I have kennels with indoor and outdoor areas. I also have room inside my home for crates. When I am home the dogs would be in the house or in the yard with me as I do farm chores.

About: I have a natural instinct of care and admiration for all animals! What sets me apart from other sitters is is the level of care, attention, and genuine love I bring to every animal I look after. I have four pets of my own, 2 dogs (Marley & Thunder) and 2 cats (Bear & Sassy), and I love them with all my heart. I have all the time in the world! I am a college student home for the summer, so I am available any time needed. Any times ranging from 7am-9pm. Depending on the day, I will accommodate to your pets schedule! I would supply for them everything they needed, whether that be food, water, medication, or just simple play time! I would assist in their exercise such as walks/runs, etc.

“I can’t recommend Laura enough! From the moment I met her, I could tell she was kind, responsible, and genuinely loves animals. She took incredible care of my dog, Max, while I was away. She kept me updated with cute photos and videos every day, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was in such great hands. Max absolutely adored her, and I could tell he felt right at home with Laura. She made sure he got plenty of playtime, walks, and snuggles. I really appreciate how thoughtful she was about his specific needs and routine. It’s clear that Laura is not only experienced but also truly cares for the pets she watches.”

Cynthia G.
“We call Cindy - Snow White! Animals gravitate to her and she is so kind and nurturing. She takes special attention to make sure any pets in her care are comfortable, fed and have fun! She’s a life long fur momma to dogs and cats and is always meticulous with their care. I’m a first time dog mom and she has watched my pup a few times and she treats him like her own! I was so worried and had so many details for her. And she made sure to listen and calm my nerves and takes care. Would recommend Cindy time and time again! #1 Pet Sitter”

Charlotte H.
“Charlotte has been a responsible caregiver for our cats since 2021. Initially we had two cats. For the past year-and-a-half there have been three cats to care for when we go away. She gives them food and water and scoops the four liter boxes in our house. She takes time to pet and play with the one of our three who comes out for attention. She gives her lots of love. Charlotte sends us pictures each day while she is at our home. I highly recommend her as a pet caregiver.”

Myranda C.
“Calling Myranda an animal lover is an understatement. She adores all animals and treats her own as if they’re her children. She’s the type of person to stop traffic and save any animal on the road. When my own dogs have escaped the yard, she helped me search for them for hours until they were found. If you can trust anyone with your pet, it’s her.”
