On weekends, I have even more time for longer adventures, extra snuggles, and attention. Your pet’s routine becomes my routine, so they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you’re away. We have a large yard and lots of walking trails nearby to take your dogs on walks. My kids LOVE all dogs and like to help care for them, giving them lots of attention and exercise.

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and have owned guinea pigs, hamsters, geckos, fish, frogs, hedgehogs, chinchillas, rats and lizards. I am able to work with all different types of animals and have worked with both senior dogs and puppies before. I am passionate about animal care and have researched it throughout my life which allows me to better care for your pet! I rescued a very sick gecko and brought him back to life by hand feeding and daily baths to heal him. I have also taken care of a sick guinea pig who was very old, until he was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. I work during the day, 5-6 days a week during summer months (allowed a mid day break for potty breaks), with more flexibility during the school year. This will allow me to offer your pet, whatever care it may need. I have weekend and weekday availability. I live in a home with a big yard, unfenced so I am more than happy to take your pet on walks! I have no other pets in the house, so if your pet doesn’t like other animals, that will not be an issue.

About: I volunteered at an animal shelter for two and a half years. My family has had many pets and I was always their primary caretaker. Currently, I have had my dog for 8 years and my husband and I recently adopted our cat Buster together. I have also had experience with smaller animals like guinea pigs and rabbits. I am able to walk, bathe, brush, clip claws, feed, exercise, and play with cats and dogs of all ages. I am a teacher so I am available mostly during evenings for drop in visits and walks. During common break times such as Spring Break or summer I would be available for overnight house sitting. Weekends are usually fully open! I am experienced in keeping animals safe and healthy. This includes playing and exercising with them, making sure they get food and water, and cleaning after them.

About: I currently have 2 dogs and 2 long haired cats. Being a registered nurse I have a lot of experience giving medications to humans, but also animals. I have some grooming experience given my cats need for it. I have extensive reactivity training in dogs as one of ours has struggled since she was a puppy. I would love to make your fur-baby feel loved and cared for while you have the peace of mind while on vacation or work. I am currently a registered nurse, so my schedule is very open and I can shift things around as needed to help out! I do not work a straight routine, so have many open spaces. I would gladly watch your animals in your home so they continue to have the comfort of their natural area and no added stress of being somewhere they do not know. I will gladly follow whatever rules or schedule you set up!

About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. About: Hi there! My name is Michelle and Ive been a pet owner since I was a child. My family always had dogs, cats, pocket pets, and the occasional tarantula. Im the niece of a large animal veterinarian whose clinic I volunteered at after school and summers. Currently my husband and I are owned by a Labrador Retriever and an English Setter. We are active with a national English Setter rescue, which is where our beautiful boy came from, and run volunteer transports of dogs on their way to foster or forever homes. *** Due to personal reasons, for House Sitting bookings I sleep at my own home. I will arrange my arrival and departure times at your home, to whatever your preferences are. I usually arrive around 6am and leave between 9 and 10pm, but thats variable based on your pet's routine.*** Im semi-retired! My routine is whatever it needs to be from day to day. Im a firm believer in being flexible to meet the situation's needs. Each pet is different. Some are couch potatoes, some want to hike the Alps, but all need mental stimulation and tons of hugs. Playtime, walks, treats and any other interactions you, as the expert on your pet, request of me, are part of the services I offer.

About: My mom had rescue dogs and cats my entire childhood, and I always helped care for them as her oldest daughter. My mom adopted dogs big and small - as big as a golden retriever, and as little as a chihuahua, and often cared for multiple cats at a time. I grew up in California, where my family pets live with my parents - three dogs and two cats. My cat Momo moved to Eau Claire with me. My parents are planning to retire here, which will be a big move, especially with so many animals, so when the time comes, I’ll be helping move their pets. After living in Eau Claire for a month or so, I house and pet sat for my cousin while she was working on a project out of town for a few months. I bonded with her German Shepherd, Lobo, through long walks and runs, and fell in love with her tiny cat Duchess. Later that winter, while I was still doing the long-term pet sit for my cousin, one of her friend’s rescued a cat who had been abandoned. Due to her living situation, she couldn’t take it in immediately, so Lobo and Duchess had Zia as a guest living with us for a month or so. Beyond helping out my family, I have friends whose animals I help care for on occasion too. One friend reaches out when she needs to go out of town, and I will do check ups or come stay with her needy and sweet cat-named-Kitty. Another friend and I meet up to walk downtown with her cutie little dog Lotta. I record all my walks and runs on Strava, and enjoy posting photos and videos of my furry companions, so if I walk with your pup, I would be happy to share photos if you ask! Last summer, I looked after my co-worker’s chickens and garden for a 3-day weekend, so I’m open to learning how to care for other pets beyond cats and dogs too! I work part-time at the flower shop and my schedule varies week to week based on their need, but I have lots of free time between weekdays and the weekend - I always have a free Sunday. I can easily arrange my schedule to allow for plenty of time between walks, play time, or check ups with animals. I will be brand new to Rover and open to meeting pets’ needs and routines as their human typically would! Right now, beyond my cat Momo, the only other animals I care for are my cousin’s dog and cat when she’s traveling and needs me to fill in, and I care for them as she would - from feeding routines to play time, walks, and cleaning.

About: I've been around different pets since I was small. I have a turtle, cats and a dog myself. I'm well aware of how to care for all animals, from dogs to cats to reptiles. I'm more than willing to put in the time to gain the trust of your furry friends! During the school year, I have classes during the week but I'm usually free after 2. About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was about 8 years old with my own labs! This extended into caring for family, family friends and eventually neighbors and the occasional stranger’s dogs as I got older. Care has included walking, feeding, administering oral medication, bathing, and plenty of play and cuddle time. I’ve even worked in a doggy daycare previously! I’m comfortable around dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds. I am a current Master’s student commuting to UW-Stout Tuesdays-Thursdays, and work part time at a childcare facility on Mondays and Fridays. I would be available for a variety of afternoon or evening walks, potty breaks, or mealtimes! I would also be available on weekends for more in-depth care, stays and adventures. I live in an apartment that allows dogs, and am close to a variety of outdoor walking trails. Play time and cuddles are a free for all, but I tend to have specific areas for eating and sleeping for my dog. I am however comfortable with dogs on furniture, crating, or anything in between!

About: Hi there! I’m Destiny & have owned an array of furry friends over the years. I have never NOT had a pup and have owned many different breeds. Currently I own cattle dogs- an Aussie named Marley and Heeler/Collie mix named Sadie. They are 4, I trained them myself & they are extremely well behaved and socialized. I offer boarding, day care, dog walking, and can bathe your pup before returning them home to you. I can also pick up and drop off when needed. I can also house sit and pup sit if that is your need/comfortability as well. I am up for & encourage meet & greets before bookings if you would like to meet myself, the pups and/or see the house and our setup before hand! I work during the normal school year as a nursing instructor. I am off during the summer and am home FULL TIME to dedicate ALL of my time & attention to the fur babies! I promise your baby will be tuckered out, loved on and well fed (to your instructions of course!) Boarding at my home: safety is my top priority with animal to animal interaction and human to animal interaction. If pups need more alone time/privacy, they can be housed separately from my dogs at all times as we have multiple access points from our home to our fenced in yard and gate sectioning in our house. I do walks daily with them and am outside with them as well for the majority of the day. Our fenced in yard has a dog pool and I have BUCKETS of toys for them to play with! If your pup leans toward the spicier side & is more protective when it comes to their toys, food, or water please let me know and separation accommodations can be made, no problem. All breeds are different and each pup is different. I can also give medications topically, orally, injections etc. I can provide hourly updates through text, video call, phone calls, whatever you would like! At minimum I send a daily update. In your home: as a nurse, safety is always my top priority. I am also extremely clean and organized. I can maintain your daily routine with your pup so they don’t miss much while you are away. Again, meet and greets I encourage so you and especially your pup are comfortable meeting me and being in your home. I’ll be their make-shift auntie while you are away! Whatever update/care you want them to have, you got it- even FaceTime dates so you don’t have to miss them much.
