About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I'm currently working a full time job, however I still have plenty of time to watch your fur babies!! If anything changes I will let you all know ASAP!! I have two very friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can crate your dog if needed, or I can separate my dogs from your dogs if needed. I also have toys for them to play with so they won't get bored.

About: I currently have 2 dogs and 2 long haired cats. Being a registered nurse I have a lot of experience giving medications to humans, but also animals. I have some grooming experience given my cats need for it. I have extensive reactivity training in dogs as one of ours has struggled since she was a puppy. I would love to make your fur-baby feel loved and cared for while you have the peace of mind while on vacation or work. I am currently a registered nurse, so my schedule is very open and I can shift things around as needed to help out! I do not work a straight routine, so have many open spaces. I would gladly watch your animals in your home so they continue to have the comfort of their natural area and no added stress of being somewhere they do not know. I will gladly follow whatever rules or schedule you set up!

About: I know what it takes for a dog to have a wonderful time! Too many dogs spend their days stuck in a kennel, and it breaks my heart. I also believe that it helps a dog to stay in familiar surroundings. I offer in-home pet-sitting, not just for your convenience, but for the best interests of your dog. I’ve raised dogs all my life. Over time, my interests turned to breeding and showing. I presently have my own dogs, Stanley and Stella. 2 mini shar pei. These experiences have made me deeply aware of what a dog needs to be happy and healthy. Meet-and-greets are essential for obtaining all necessary information in advance of the sit and making sure everyone gets along well. You’re entrusting me with both your dog and your home, and I treat that responsibility with the utmost seriousness. I’ll be punctual, and will ask about everything I need to know during the sit. During the stay, I will maintain a daily diary of what your dog and I are up to, so that when you return, you’re assured we had a fantastic time. I have been showing and breeding for over 30 yrs. we had a thriving pet sitting/transport company for many years before retiring to Wisconsin. Don't trust your pets to just anyone. Trust in my experience!! I am able to administer meds either orally or via injection. I am safety conscious and care for your beloved pets! I provide drop in service and house sitting. Iprovide additional services like watering plants and bringing in mail at no additional charge. I pet sit for bogs, cats, birds and horse. Little friends also like gerbils or snakes !! About: Animals and pets of any kind have held a special place in my heart for most of my life. I have experience dog sitting animals 10- 80 lbs and have cared for as many as 3 at a time. I currently don't own any animals, but I would love to take care of yours! I am available for house/pet sitting & walking on weekdays and weekends. My availability is pretty open and can be tailored to fit your needs! I will care for your pet(s) in your home with the utmost respect and responsibility. Whatever your pet needs are, I will work with you to make sure we have a plan to keep your pet(s) comfortable and safe. I am comfortable following a routine or giving medications if needed.

About: My mom had rescue dogs and cats my entire childhood, and I always helped care for them as her oldest daughter. My mom adopted dogs big and small - as big as a golden retriever, and as little as a chihuahua, and often cared for multiple cats at a time. I grew up in California, where my family pets live with my parents - three dogs and two cats. My cat Momo moved to Eau Claire with me. My parents are planning to retire here, which will be a big move, especially with so many animals, so when the time comes, I’ll be helping move their pets. After living in Eau Claire for a month or so, I house and pet sat for my cousin while she was working on a project out of town for a few months. I bonded with her German Shepherd, Lobo, through long walks and runs, and fell in love with her tiny cat Duchess. Later that winter, while I was still doing the long-term pet sit for my cousin, one of her friend’s rescued a cat who had been abandoned. Due to her living situation, she couldn’t take it in immediately, so Lobo and Duchess had Zia as a guest living with us for a month or so. Beyond helping out my family, I have friends whose animals I help care for on occasion too. One friend reaches out when she needs to go out of town, and I will do check ups or come stay with her needy and sweet cat-named-Kitty. Another friend and I meet up to walk downtown with her cutie little dog Lotta. I record all my walks and runs on Strava, and enjoy posting photos and videos of my furry companions, so if I walk with your pup, I would be happy to share photos if you ask! Last summer, I looked after my co-worker’s chickens and garden for a 3-day weekend, so I’m open to learning how to care for other pets beyond cats and dogs too! I work part-time at the flower shop and my schedule varies week to week based on their need, but I have lots of free time between weekdays and the weekend - I always have a free Sunday. I can easily arrange my schedule to allow for plenty of time between walks, play time, or check ups with animals. I will be brand new to Rover and open to meeting pets’ needs and routines as their human typically would! Right now, beyond my cat Momo, the only other animals I care for are my cousin’s dog and cat when she’s traveling and needs me to fill in, and I care for them as she would - from feeding routines to play time, walks, and cleaning.

About: Whether it’s humans or animals I am a natural born caregiver. I’m a very proud cat owner of 2 little chunks named Lila & Milo. I also volunteer and foster cats with the Eau Claire Humane Society. Professionally I worked part time as a dog kennel attendant for 5 years where I handled all kinds of dog breeds. Young to old, small to XL. I am happy to say I’m trained in dog CPR! I also have experience administering medications to dogs (oral) and cats (oral and injectable). Caregiving comes very natural to me! I have 13 years of experience working as a certified nurse’s assistant. Happily taking care of the elderly in memory care settings and more recently as a hospice nurse’s assistant. I grew up on the island of Maui where my family had 2 dogs, over 15 cats, 7 hamsters, 3 guinea pigs, and numerous fish. I even had my own pet pig named Princess🥰 I’ve been an animal lover from the start! My dream is to open my own wildlife rehabilitation center someday. My schedule is extraordinarily flexible. I only work part time as a hospice aide. This means I have ample spare time to care for your pets! With notice, I can usually fit anything into my schedule. I prioritize hydration, especially in warm weather. I am knowledgeable and enjoy feeling prepared. I keep doggy bags, water bowls, toys, an extra leash, treats, etc in my vehicle so I always have access to those items just in case. I love taking dogs on walks or sitting outside to play with them (weather permitting). Should we happen to encounter an emergency situation, I do very well under pressure. I care for ALL animals like they are my own. They will be safe with me🙏🏻

About: They say to do what you love and make a career out of it. I’m just grateful my career gets to be with dogs. I currently work at a doggy daycare/boarding facility in the area, so I am certified with dog and cat behaviors and have seen the ups and downs of our fur babies, and I am still standing here happy to tell you all about their stay/session. I have also grown up with working farm dogs and have gone on to own a Great Pyrenees who isn’t quite a working dog but sure does “work” like one. Thank you for reading through my short history and I am super excited to update this with my accomplishments to come! Pet care for me starts at dawn lol My pups come for cuddles and a potty break first sight of my eyes opening. Most of the time this does align with my schedule in the 6 am timeframe. Our family does always thankfully have one person home at all times, so while kennels are still utilized in our home for various situations, your pups can expect to stay in a home environment while here :) While I personally do not have a yard, my family does own large pasture fields and hills that we will typically walk daily. These colder seasons do affect how often we go out due to the snow and unplowed hills. However in that safe weather we make it a main priority to keep active with our pups to maintain a healthy and long life for them. Safety is priority number one. Thankfully my family is pretty much set up for success here. We are knowledgeable for food, behavior, and play safety with dogs and cats. Signs and symptoms of common issues with dogs and cats, based off personal experiences, and possible fears of what ifs, urinary cat blockages and bloat, or bloody stools. And while I understand dog body language and know how to avoid those tense situations dogs can create, I am incredibly quick to say when we are going to the emergency vet, gosh forbid.

About: I have worked with dogs for 12 years. I have worked at a dog boarding and daycare facility. I am an inspiring dog trainer as well! I am available to take care of your pets most days. I have therapy Monday and Wednesday that takes about an hour. I am very flexible so I can work around that. I have a kid and dog friendly service dog. I have 3 crates, plus two tie outs and an unfenced yard. I am always out when my dog goes outside

About: As a second year medical student, I feel that I am a trustworthy and reliable sitter! I have taken care of pets of my family friends and have always had a good experience. I am currently on break so my schedule is pretty flexible, please let me know your availability and i will try to accommodate as best as i can! I would prefer to take care of the pets in the client’s home since I think that will make the pet more comfortable and feel more at ease.

About: I have taken in many animals of all kinds throughout the years , Persistent and accountable caretaker. It is important to me to make a difference to all walks of life. Currently I am staying home with my young children, I am available most days of the week! And am flexible to you and your pets wishes. I have a few aquarium animals, no dogs or cats, but I also care for some of the animals next door quite often. We have small children if your pet is tolerable of them and crating is optional per your request.
