About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and personalities — from energetic puppies to gentle seniors. Over the years, I’ve looked after family pets, neighbors’ companions, and my own furry friends, so I understand how important it is to keep pets safe, happy, and loved while their humans are away. Whether it’s going for long walks, making sure medications are given on time, or just spending quiet snuggle time, I provide the same care and attention I’d want for my own pets. Pet care is a natural part of my daily life. I structure my mornings and evenings around walks, feeding, and playtime, so adding your pet into my routine is seamless. I enjoy getting outside every day, which makes daily walks and exercise something I truly look forward to. During the week, I’m flexible and able to adjust my schedule to match your pet’s needs — whether that’s multiple potty breaks for a puppy, midday walks, or keeping a senior pet comfortable and on their medication schedule. On weekends, I have even more time for longer adventures, extra snuggles, and attention. Your pet’s routine becomes my routine, so they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you’re away. We have a large yard and lots of walking trails nearby to take your dogs on walks. My kids LOVE all dogs and like to help care for them, giving them lots of attention and exercise.

About: Hi there! I’m Destiny & have owned an array of furry friends over the years. I have never NOT had a pup and have owned many different breeds. Currently I own cattle dogs- an Aussie named Marley and Heeler/Collie mix named Sadie. They are 4, I trained them myself & they are extremely well behaved and socialized. I offer boarding, day care, dog walking, and can bathe your pup before returning them home to you. I can also pick up and drop off when needed. I can also house sit and pup sit if that is your need/comfortability as well. I am up for & encourage meet & greets before bookings if you would like to meet myself, the pups and/or see the house and our setup before hand! I work during the normal school year as a nursing instructor. I am off during the summer and am home FULL TIME to dedicate ALL of my time & attention to the fur babies! I promise your baby will be tuckered out, loved on and well fed (to your instructions of course!) Boarding at my home: safety is my top priority with animal to animal interaction and human to animal interaction. If pups need more alone time/privacy, they can be housed separately from my dogs at all times as we have multiple access points from our home to our fenced in yard and gate sectioning in our house. I do walks daily with them and am outside with them as well for the majority of the day. Our fenced in yard has a dog pool and I have BUCKETS of toys for them to play with! If your pup leans toward the spicier side & is more protective when it comes to their toys, food, or water please let me know and separation accommodations can be made, no problem. All breeds are different and each pup is different. I can also give medications topically, orally, injections etc. I can provide hourly updates through text, video call, phone calls, whatever you would like! At minimum I send a daily update. In your home: as a nurse, safety is always my top priority. I am also extremely clean and organized. I can maintain your daily routine with your pup so they don’t miss much while you are away. Again, meet and greets I encourage so you and especially your pup are comfortable meeting me and being in your home. I’ll be their make-shift auntie while you are away! Whatever update/care you want them to have, you got it- even FaceTime dates so you don’t have to miss them much.

About: I currently have 2 dogs and 2 long haired cats. Being a registered nurse I have a lot of experience giving medications to humans, but also animals. I have some grooming experience given my cats need for it. I have extensive reactivity training in dogs as one of ours has struggled since she was a puppy. I would love to make your fur-baby feel loved and cared for while you have the peace of mind while on vacation or work. I am currently a registered nurse, so my schedule is very open and I can shift things around as needed to help out! I do not work a straight routine, so have many open spaces. I would gladly watch your animals in your home so they continue to have the comfort of their natural area and no added stress of being somewhere they do not know. I will gladly follow whatever rules or schedule you set up!

About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I'm currently working a full time job, however I still have plenty of time to watch your fur babies!! If anything changes I will let you all know ASAP!! I have two very friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can crate your dog if needed, or I can separate my dogs from your dogs if needed. I also have toys for them to play with so they won't get bored.

About: My mom had rescue dogs and cats my entire childhood, and I always helped care for them as her oldest daughter. My mom adopted dogs big and small - as big as a golden retriever, and as little as a chihuahua, and often cared for multiple cats at a time. I grew up in California, where my family pets live with my parents - three dogs and two cats. My cat Momo moved to Eau Claire with me. My parents are planning to retire here, which will be a big move, especially with so many animals, so when the time comes, I’ll be helping move their pets. After living in Eau Claire for a month or so, I house and pet sat for my cousin while she was working on a project out of town for a few months. I bonded with her German Shepherd, Lobo, through long walks and runs, and fell in love with her tiny cat Duchess. Later that winter, while I was still doing the long-term pet sit for my cousin, one of her friend’s rescued a cat who had been abandoned. Due to her living situation, she couldn’t take it in immediately, so Lobo and Duchess had Zia as a guest living with us for a month or so. Beyond helping out my family, I have friends whose animals I help care for on occasion too. One friend reaches out when she needs to go out of town, and I will do check ups or come stay with her needy and sweet cat-named-Kitty. Another friend and I meet up to walk downtown with her cutie little dog Lotta. I record all my walks and runs on Strava, and enjoy posting photos and videos of my furry companions, so if I walk with your pup, I would be happy to share photos if you ask! Last summer, I looked after my co-worker’s chickens and garden for a 3-day weekend, so I’m open to learning how to care for other pets beyond cats and dogs too! I work part-time at the flower shop and my schedule varies week to week based on their need, but I have lots of free time between weekdays and the weekend - I always have a free Sunday. I can easily arrange my schedule to allow for plenty of time between walks, play time, or check ups with animals. I will be brand new to Rover and open to meeting pets’ needs and routines as their human typically would! Right now, beyond my cat Momo, the only other animals I care for are my cousin’s dog and cat when she’s traveling and needs me to fill in, and I care for them as she would - from feeding routines to play time, walks, and cleaning.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was about 8 years old with my own labs! This extended into caring for family, family friends and eventually neighbors and the occasional stranger’s dogs as I got older. Care has included walking, feeding, administering oral medication, bathing, and plenty of play and cuddle time. I’ve even worked in a doggy daycare previously! I’m comfortable around dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds. I am a current Master’s student commuting to UW-Stout Tuesdays-Thursdays, and work part time at a childcare facility on Mondays and Fridays. I would be available for a variety of afternoon or evening walks, potty breaks, or mealtimes! I would also be available on weekends for more in-depth care, stays and adventures. I live in an apartment that allows dogs, and am close to a variety of outdoor walking trails. Play time and cuddles are a free for all, but I tend to have specific areas for eating and sleeping for my dog. I am however comfortable with dogs on furniture, crating, or anything in between!

I am a physical education teacher that has the summers off and is looking to take care of your pet while you are ate work or on vacation. I enjoy getting your pet the exercise it needs and help them be comfortable around other people. I am a dog sitter/dog walker that puts safety as a priority when taking care of your pet. I always move a cross the street if I see another dog coming towards me if your pet is not good with other dogs. I always watch for cars when I am cross the street to keep your help safe.

About: They say to do what you love and make a career out of it. I’m just grateful my career gets to be with dogs. I currently work at a doggy daycare/boarding facility in the area, so I am certified with dog and cat behaviors and have seen the ups and downs of our fur babies, and I am still standing here happy to tell you all about their stay/session. I have also grown up with working farm dogs and have gone on to own a Great Pyrenees who isn’t quite a working dog but sure does “work” like one. Pet care for me starts at dawn lol My pups come for cuddles and a potty break first sight of my eyes opening. Most of the time this does align with my schedule in the 6 am timeframe. Our family does always thankfully have one person home at all times, so while kennels are still utilized in our home for various situations, your pups can expect to stay in a home environment while here :) While I personally do not have a yard, my family does own large pasture fields and hills that we will typically walk daily. These colder seasons do affect how often we go out due to the snow and unplowed hills. However in that safe weather we make it a main priority to keep active with our pups to maintain a healthy and long life for them. Safety is priority number one. Thankfully my family is pretty much set up for success here. We are knowledgeable for food, behavior, and play safety with dogs and cats. Signs and symptoms of common issues with dogs and cats, based off personal experiences, and possible fears of what ifs, urinary cat blockages and bloat, or bloody stools. And while I understand dog body language and know how to avoid those tense situations dogs can create, I am incredibly quick to say when we are going to the emergency vet, gosh forbid.

About: While I’m relatively new to Rover, I have been a pet owner for cumulatively over 5 years of both dogs and cats. I currently have a 1.5 year old dachshund girl named Sage, a 14 year old senior dachshund named Buddy, and a 1 year old German Shorthair Pointer named Fin. As a dog owner, I understand what it’s like to put your trust in someone else’s hands to take care of your fur baby. It’s a big deal, and I’d like to step in to ease those feelings and let you know your pet is in the hands of a genuine, gentle, patient, and kind pet sitter. I work remotely full time with a flex schedule, so I have a ton of flexibility throughout the day. I am fortunate to work for a non-profit that believes in a healthy work-life balance. I care for pets first and foremost with love and respect while maintaining a safe, clean, and fun environment for them.
