About: I have grown up my whole life with animals, always a dog and a cat in our home. I go into any situation with an open mind and heart and I don’t let any sort of task daunt me. I walked a large huskey all throughout highschool and cared for my own pets with walks and other interactions. I find it very important to connect with animals on an emotional level and I try to do so with any animal I meet. I work in Sun Valley four days a week, but I am always open to discuss your pets’ needs and make adjustments if possible. If you are interested in me as a sitter, but wonder about what a schedule would look like, please reach out and I am more than happy to talk options! Additionally, I have a car so transportation is not an issue. With my own pets I am very loving and I try to spend quality time playing together or sitting together and relaxing. I plan to treat any pet I care for with the same mentality because it is important that pets trust the people who care for them and the best way to create trust is by establishing a caring bond.

About: I always ask if I can pet the dogs I see when I’m out! My soul dog is 14 years old and has been my best friend while growing up. I have watched dogs and cats throughout high school and college for neighbors and friends. I truly get excited when someone wants me to take care of their animals, I’ll take any time I can get with dogs or cats! All animals have their own personalities and routines, which is important to follow when watching them. I love to get all the details or fun facts about your pet to ensure I do the best possible job. I’m currently working at Sun Valley Co, but I have a set schedule (tue/wed/fri/sat) and am flexible. I am somewhat busy during the holidays, but would love to plan if you have any travel plans and need a sitter! A pet is a part of the family, so they should be treated with care and intention. I always have an eye on whichever animal I’m watching and love to play with them, go for long walks, and lots of sniffs. I’ll respect their boundaries but I love cuddles and will pet them till they’re content. I even treat my friends and family members pets with kindness and care when I’m around them. All of my friends say that I’m their pets favorite visitor! I usually am over the top when giving the animal attention and pets, and giving them love until they’re done.

About: Hey all!! I’ve been caring for my own animals;horses,dogs,cats,rabbits,etc for most of my life(30+yrs) I’ve also always been the friend whom everyone asks to care for their furry friend. I went to school to become a veterinary technician and have practiced in animal hospitals for a couple of years but now work seasonally as a wildlife biologist in the Mojave Desert. I love to be active with our pets, whether it’s a short or long walk or I can even take them out in the trails! If they want tons of love and affection, I’ll give it to them. If they are not so social, I can give them their space but still talk to them to let them know they are safe and still being loved, even when their family is not around. Love cats and completely understand them, ha ha! I work a few months in the spring and fall down in the L48 but while I’m home it’s nice to have part time work while also enjoying my outdoor lifestyle. I won’t be staying at homes because I have my 13yo cat who has recently bend diagnosed with kidney failure so am trying to be w her as much as possible. Allowing the animals to feel how they want about me or whatever it is we may or may not do. Most important to me is gaining the trust and confidence and going from there.

About: I was born and raised with ducks, chickens, goats, rabbits, horses, cats dogs and pretty much every other animal you could imagine, so I have lots of animal care experience as well as many house and pet sitting jobs over the years. I’ve recently cleared my schedule to be able to spend as much time as possible hiking, playing with and caring for your animals and households. I currently am not able to house your pets so it will have to be in your home. I do own a truck with a back seat or crate in the back whatever you prefer to get to trails or play in the river if transport is needed.

I worked a summer as a veterinary assistant, a year and a half as a doggy daycare/boarding attendant, and a year as an Animal Care Associate at a large animal shelter in Washington, so I have lots of experience with dogs! About: Dogs are the most special creatures and I love spending time with them. I have owned a dog previously and help take care of my friend's dogs while they are out of town or busy. I have also been working with avalanche search and rescue dogs as a ski patroller. I was a secondary handler to an avalanche dog and love spending time training with dogs. I am a very active person and would enjoy taking your dog outside and giving them exercise. I am a very friendly and outgoing person, easy to communicate with and am extremely flexible at this time! About: I have had the privilege of sharing my home with dogs and cats all my life. As such, I have cared for them throughout their lives, from puppies/kittens to seniors. My experience ranges from giving pills to a St. Bernard to taking a Terrior puppy out every two hours (into the night also) to go pee. I respect animals and know that I need to take care of them as if they were my own. I have two Border Collie mixes that are sweet and high energy. You will feel at ease while your pets are with me.
