About: My parents had a dog when I was born. I grew up with animals as family pets and as I transitioned into an adult, I've always had 1 ot 2 of my own, as well as fostering them over the years. I've adopted all my pets as puppies and cared for them until the end, giving me experience training and owning puppies as well of caring for seniors and those with health concerns until the heart breaking end. I have 1 dog now who is 6 that loves to go for walks, play at the park and snuggle on the couch. I'm an adult with her own home, fenced yard and plenty of love to give I work Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. I am available weekends, Friday through Sunday and could potentially check in and feed Monday through Thursday. I have a home in Bellevue with a fenced yard, located between 2 dog friendly parks and plenty of trails. I have 1 dog, 6 years old that likes to run, play and chase other dogs. He is a 35 pound Australian Shepard.

He was very thorough, communicated well and i had 100% trust in him taking care of my cat (and would feel same with a dog) while i was out of town for a couple weeks. Really appreciated knowing there was nothing to be concerned with. Will defininately contact Justin again next time i need some help. Thanks, Justin!”

13. Mckinna A.
About: I have extensive experience watching dogs/cats and everything that includes. I have pet/house sat for long periods of time as well as have experience boarding pets at my house. I grew up with Mastiffs and Rhodesian Ridgebacks and am very used to large breeds and their needs. I also owned a Great Dane that passed away 2 years ago (due to old age). I live in a 2 bedroom apartment that is walking distance to the dog beach. I have ample experience caring for and watching dogs and cats, but also have great knowledge on other common pets as well (fish, ferrets, snakes, hamsters, guinea pigs, and lizards). I love animals and strive to provide the best care for any pet I meet. I am very active and love going for dog walks whenever I can. Within my own routine I go on 2 walks a day (6 miles). I am happy to accommodate whatever your animal’s walking needs may be! I am used to having an escape artist of a dog and am very careful with opening the front door. As I have had several pets I am very used to and great at communicating with vets. I have a very close family friend who is an extremely experienced vet (15 years) who is available by phone 24/7 for pet recommendations. She is usually my first call and based on her recommendation I will take my pets into a local vet if needed or follow her advice. This has been a relief as emergencies or accidents with pets can happen unexpectedly. I am extremely punctual, trustworthy, and kind. I hope to meet your furry friend soon! I work from home so I am at home majority of the time, other than the occasional errand. I am an early riser and typically get up between 6-7. I normally go for my first walk of the day at this time and then come back home to work. At about 5-6 is when I take my second walk of the day. With any of my own pets and pets I have watched I normally will take them on a morning walk and an afternoon walk with potty breaks throughout the day. For most of the animals they are on a two times a day feed schedule but I can accommodate something different.
14. Kim M.
“Our Snuggles was attacked 2 days before we were scheduled to leave on vacation. Given Kims vast pet knowledge and her care and compassion for all animals, we knew we were leaving our pet in the most capable hands possible. We can't thank Kim enough for giving us peace of mind while we were away.”

About: I have a yellow lab of my own that is almost 2 years old. We love to walk, hike, go to the river and the park. She would love a buddy to be able to run around and play with from time to time. I work from home most of the time and have the flexibility to spend time with the dogs and get them some exercise. I have a lot of experience with taking care of friends and families dogs as well. I work from home M, W, F and have plenty of time to get the pups out and about! I don't work weekends and love to get out and be active. I have a fenced backyard and Zoya (my pup) will show them the ropes. We have a lot of toys and a crate if needed.
16. Stephanie & Scott M.
“Stephanie and Scott did a great job taking care of our babies, Elvis and Pumpkin. They worked hard to coax Elvis out of hiding and Pumpkin was, I’m sure, very demanding. He also has health issues and they were able to give him his medicine. I am so pleased to have found competent cat sitters. They will be taking care of the boys again at the end of the month.”
17. Veronica F.
“Veronica is extremely reliable and gets along great with our elder dogs, one large and one small. She's a natural dog person and has years of experience taking care of animals in all kinds of situations!”
18. Janis B.
“Spending time in Sun Valley/Ketchum and looking for a caring, responsible sitter/walker? Janis was fantastic with our Sheltie during our visit! Highly recommend!”

About: I am a lifelong lover of animals and enjoy their company more than anything else in the world. I have owned pets since I was 6 years old, and their well-being and quality of life are essential to me. I take the same approach with your pets- I promise to love them as much as I love my own! I spend at least an hour, usually longer, doing something fun outdoors with pets. When pet sitting in your home, I will provide basic "house sitting" duties, such as watering plants and collecting mail. If you desire other services, such as a deep house cleaning, I'd be happy to discuss those with you as well. As a former employee of Mountain Humane and Hound Around Town LLC, I know how varying pet personalities and special needs can be, and I am willing to adapt to different circumstances and provide the best care possible for your pets. I am currently enrolled in an online canine massage course, and would love to do some practice on your pets, if you preferred. I have a ton of experience caring for geriatric pets, and also hold a lot of knowledge in regards to holistic pet care approaches. I look forward to answering any questions you may have and potentially meeting your pups! Note: I love cats and offer cat sitting as well as dog sitting! I’m happy to stay at your house or visit your kitty while you’re away. My schedule varies weekly, but I typically walk a dog or small group of them, or provide other miscellaneous pet care duties, around 2-3 days per week. I love to bring your pups along if the arrangement is agreeable, but if not, I am never away from your pets for longer than around three hours. I am a certified professional through a nonprofit organization named the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. This required me to take an extensive course to learn detailed information regarding the care of different types of animals. I will care for any creature except snakes! I am reliable and give your pets the same care and attention and love I have always given my own.
20. Jenny H.
“Jenny is kind and patient with animals. Our dog Levi has a nervous temperament and she is always patient with him. She makes sure he gets a sufficient amount of exercise each day (which helps him to be less anxious) by taking him for walks and runs. She would make a great addition to the Rover team because she has a lot of experience with taking care of dogs. She is also hardworking and responsible.”
