Personalized care for your dog or cat - Hailey

Highly-rated overnight sitters - Hailey
“We left our two dogs with Amber for the weekend and they had the best time! They came home tired and happy! They had lots of room to play and hike with other dogs. Amber was great with our one dog that is a bit anxious too. We really appreciated the photo updates and will definitely be booking more weekend care with her!”

About: I have been around dogs all my life, and love them so much! My partner and I have 2 dogs (we previously had 3) and fostered several times before that. I love seeing dogs live their best life, playing, running, swimming, napping, whatever makes them happy! I have experience with a variety of adult dogs and puppies of various sizes and am situationally aware and patient of dogs with behavioral issues. I hope I can compliment your dogs' routine and add love, attention and fun to their day. I work Monday - Friday from roughly 8am - 3:30pm. I have flexibility in my work day meaning I can often stop by while I'm at work or work from home with certain days. I usually like to bring the dogs to work if they are people/dog friendly. I work in land management and often spend time in the field. If your dog has good recall and is good around people, they can come to work with me and run around in the woods for a fun adventure! I give any pet the best care and attention they deserve - lots of snuggles and playtime. Any treats or food I give pets I try to give with good quality. Keeping pets healthy is important to me! I also hope that although they will get plenty of exercise with me, that they get their rest and are comfortable when the day is done.

“Andrew went about and beyond with our sweet Lab, Kai. He asked lots of questions and made sure he had all that he needed to take great care of her. Being a Lab, she loves water so he also made sure she was able to play in the river. He kept her on a long lead, ensuring her safety and under his control. He sent us lots of updates, pictures, and videos, so we felt very comfortable knowing Kai was in good hands. We will definitely use his services again!”

About: I grew up with hound dogs and helped care for them from the time I was 7 years old. As an adult I have 2 dogs myself who I love to take out trail running and hiking. Whether your pet needs playtime, gentle care, or just someone to keep them company while you're away, I'm here to help. Your dog will be treated like family here. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you know exactly how they're doing. Feel free to message me with any questions, I’d love to meet you and your pet! I work 4 days a week. I’m free for drop-ins and walks before and after work, plus fully available for the weekend. I’m an active person and enjoy using my free time to care for and exercise dogs. Pets are allowed on furniture, its their home too! I live in a townhouse but can take them out for potty breaks on the bike path.

“Jori did a great job watching our Nellie. We brought home a very tired pup from all the playing with Jori's dog Samson and trail walking they did. We would love to use Jori again and would highly recommend her!”

About: I have taken care of dogs and other animals since I was a child. I have assisted dog groomers and worked at a doggy wash and store. Customers and clients have relied on me to bathe, walk, and look after their pets. Pet care fits well into my routine. I work from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, so I’m available before and after work for feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship. I usually have Fridays off, which gives me additional flexibility. On Sundays, I either work from home or go into work for only a couple of hours. Overall, my schedule is consistent and allows me plenty of time to provide reliable daily care and attention. In a clients home I would of course respect their space and environment. My only job would be to look after your pet and ensure all services are done with care and trust.
“David - thank you for taking care of Taggert. I really hate being away from my dog. The way you observed my dog and me and instinctively knew how to put us at ease is so much appreciated. From the photos, I could tell he was well cared for and having a good time. Just what I needed during the ski race. I'd write a longer review, but Taggert wants me to hustle over to the grocery and get him, "the good cookies", that you gave him! Thanks again - Senja & Taggert”

About: I have owned and trained mastiffs and German shepherds for the last 30 years and I’ve had pets my whole life. Dogs are my passion. They have taught me so much in my life and I love working with all breeds. I am available most days and evenings. I have a five-year-old German Shepherd who loves dogs and loves playing but before boarding I would love for the pets to meet. If you need to drop off your pets for a few hours or longer, she will be here, but if I’m walking your pet for drop ins, she will stay home. . I have a very dog friendly home. Dogs are allowed on the furniture on my bed and it’s just me and my puppy so I do have a crate if dogs feel more comfortable. She likes to sleep in there sometimes but I am a crate free home I live in Elkhorn have a nice walking path and will always have your dog on a leash. With a deep affection for our four-legged companions, I prioritize their well-being, offering a reliable and attentive service. Punctuality, trustworthiness, and a genuine love for animals define my approach. I am committed to ensuring your pets feel happy and secure in my care. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I grew up with two labs and giving them several walks a day was always a high priority so they could burn up all that energy!I understand the importance of a good walk and how it can also be tough to squeeze in sometimes on a busy day. So don’t spend the day feeling guilty if your schedule won’t allow time to give your dog a walk. I can help. We usually let our dogs off the leash so they could run and fetch, but if you would rather me keep them on a leash that is what I will do. I have lived in the area for a while so I know plenty of spots to take them, or if you have preferred routes I will do that. On 3 occasions over the past couple years I have stayed with my sister and her husbands two dogs (lab mixed with Aussie Shepard) for a week at a time. They have as strict of a walking routine/diet as you can imagine and I had no problems satisfying their needs. I also understand that when traveling you cannot always bring your pet with you and putting them in a doggie hotel is both expensive and not a good time for them. If you’d like them to remain in the comfort of your home I’m happy to spend time with them and make sure they are comforted through that period. I work mornings from 5:30-noonish 5 days a week. I am available from 1 until 8 or 9 for walks or check-in’s, feeding, cleaning up. I’m a very active person so can take your dog on long walks, a hike or just play in the yard if preferred. My parents who are often not in town have a large very nice condo in elkhorn that is pet friendly that is available for use. There is an upstairs deck available off the living room for them to go between for them to get some fresh air The yard is not fenced so downstairs I could not leave them to roam. But neighborhood is quiet with a great path for walking them, also have trails out into the desert I could take them if alright.

I also have experience caring for those furry friends who have special needs, such as: daily medication administration, deafness and blindness. I am currently employed, but have a very flexible schedule during the week M-F and even more flexible on the weekend days. I am available to take your pup out for a walk (or two!), keep them company, and/or over night cares if that’s what you are looking for! We have 1 small dog who is very friendly. Our current residence does not have a private yard, so we go out on multiple walks daily with our pup. We live in an area with great access to side walks and field area. As well as easy walking trails that we take our pup on frequently.

“Nicholas has been watching Dexter for a few weeks now, and is wonderful at just letting Dexter lead the day. He's reliable, consistent, and very intuitive with the D man. So grateful to have found him!!”

About: I have been trained in emergency response (Wildland Firefighter Certified) and will jump into action with a level head to ensure the safety of your pet should the need arise. I have cared for pets of all personalities! I used to WWOOF on farms across the states that had various animals (dogs, cats, sheep, chickens) and I would often look after the animals while the owners were away, which included cleaning up after them, feeding them, watering them, and making sure any risky situations (like window blind strings) were tucked away out of reach. I have cat sitted in college for a friend while she was away for a week. I also periodically volunteered at a cat cafe and an SPCA for 3 months. I work full-time, about 35 hours per week. Usually I wake up and go to gym before work. However, sometimes I feel like I have too much free time before work, so I'm looking to do some dog walking to fill in my free time before the gym! I'm available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7am-2pm because that's the time I have before my usual shift. I usually like to go camping on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but if you need me to do some dog walking or sitting on those days, let me know 3 days in advance and I can see what I'd be willing to take on! I can crate your dog if needed, play with them using toys, clean up messes, and ensure they're not getting into trouble. I'll also ask you if there is anything in your home that has been a risk to your pet's safety in the past, such as window blind strings, and ensure that they are tucked away out of reach. I can feed your pet and take it outside for poops.
About: I’ve grown up caring for all kinds of animals my entire life, but the furry kind are my favorite! I’ve been trusted to care not only for others for babes but also human babies, too. I’m very reliable, trustworthy and patient. I do also foster dogs and puppies of all breeds and with all kinds of different needs or “issues”. As an adult I have my own fur gang, one being a reactive pup with lots of big feelings. I’ve done lots of training with him which in turn has pushed me into learning a lot more about dogs from a behavioral/psychological position. I’ve decided to branch out into pet care on a more professional level because I myself have found it difficult to find someone to care for my fur babes as I expect. As I have high standards for their care, I have high standards for myself when caring for others. I will treat them with kindness, compassion, understanding and love. I will send updates with photos, if desired, and will be home with them more then i’m away. I will take them outside to play ball, tug or whatever their favorite game is and I will also snuggle them if they choose to. I will whole heartedly love and treat them as my own to ensure they’re happy, healthy and safe while you’re away! I am happy to assist with any home needs as well. Mail pickup, plant care, lite house cleaning etc. I am a very organized and clean person and guarantee to leave your home at minimum as clean as you left, if not cleaner. My husband and I are business owners, and I work remotely. My schedule is very flexible and I am able to stay with your fur babes as little or as much as desired. I take pride in following any directions, guidelines, or rules set in place by each family as every pet, family and home is different from the next.

During the weekdays, I work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, but I am still able to provide early morning care before work and evening walks after my shift. I am responsible and committed to ensuring that every pet receives adequate exercise, attention, and routine, even on the days that I work. Whether it’s a morning walk, an evening check-in, or weekend care, I am here to provide the best possible experience for your pet. I like to start with an introduction at your house, where I can meet both you and your dog in their familiar environment. This helps establish a sense of trust and comfort. During this visit, I also familiarize myself with the location of your dog’s items and routines, ensuring that I can provide the best and most attentive care. My goal is to make the experience as stress-free as possible for your pet.

Perfect for high energy dogs - Hailey
“K2 had a blast staying with Joy & Joe & Scout, their Golden Retriever. The yard was small and secure. K2 enjoyed meeting the chickens from across the fence, which was a new experience for him. He had some play time with Scout and came back super happy and tired. Joy took K2 on a walk and did some training and was a very attentive host. Highly recommended. We felt reassured K2 was in good hands.”

“Rebecca and her family were amazing! I messaged her the day before and she was available and super flexible. She was flexible day of with drop off timing and even kept Nellie late so we could stay out and go to dinner! She sent awesome photos and videos throughout the day and Nellie came home tired which is not an easy feat for our high energy girl! Thanks again Rebecca!”

As I was driving to drop her off I could just tell that my dog was going to have the best day with Nina with a spacious yard in a great neighborhood. I was right, my dog was returned to me walked and as happy as a clam! On top of the my dogs great experience, I had to make the booking a little last minute for early in morning, Nina was extremely accommodating and the whole experience was super smooth. Adventure-ready dog walkers - Hailey
About: I have grown up my whole life with animals, always a dog and a cat in our home. I go into any situation with an open mind and heart and I don’t let any sort of task daunt me. I walked a large huskey all throughout highschool and cared for my own pets with walks and other interactions. I find it very important to connect with animals on an emotional level and I try to do so with any animal I meet. I work in Hailey four days a week, but I am always open to discuss your pets’ needs and make adjustments if possible. If you are interested in me as a sitter, but wonder about what a schedule would look like, please reach out and I am more than happy to talk options! Additionally, I have a car so transportation is not an issue. With my own pets I am very loving and I try to spend quality time playing together or sitting together and relaxing. I plan to treat any pet I care for with the same mentality because it is important that pets trust the people who care for them and the best way to create trust is by establishing a caring bond.
About: Now serving Lincoln County residents as well as the Wood River Valley. Because of my love for animals, I have been the go to person to ask to care for other's animals. My experience ranges from giving pills to a St. Bernard to taking a Terrior puppy out every two hours (into the night also) to go pee. I respect animals and know that I need to take care of them as if they were my own. I have two Border Collie mixes that are sweet and high energy. You will feel at ease while your pets are with me. I thank you in advance for your consideration and hope that we will work together soon! I make it work. I love that I can be there for someone and care for their pets. I am willing to take on any pet and fit them into my life. My dogs are crate trained and that's where they sleep at night. Any visiting dogs can sleep where they like, whether it's on a bed, in a crate as well, or on the couch or floor. I make sure to keep my dogs' and others' dogs' food separate.

My dog is off leash trained, but I always have others pets on leash.
