Claire was patient and kind with our younger rescue dog, Quince, who can get stressed in new environments. Our senior dog, Duncan, seemed to do great. We appreciated the pictures of their day and were happy they were comfortable enough to settle in for a snooze. Their home seemed warm and inviting with plenty of comfy spaces to cuddle up. Claire had some good insight for future visits, and we hope to be able to have our boys in her care in the near future.

Ying is absolutely fantastic! He took great care of our dog, making sure he had lots of exercise and affection and treats! He sent lots of videos and pictures during the day so we knew he was in good hands. We are very picky about who we trust with our dog and Ying is top notch! We have already booked another day with him. Thank you, Ying!

Diane was really conscientious about introducing the dogs and how my senior girl would acclimate and I really appreciated that as Lucy is not used to day care. She was flexible about time, has a nice big back yard and a calm demeanor. We will stay again if back in the area!

About: I’ve always had a love for animals and believe every pet deserves the same care, attention, and affection they get at home. I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats, from energetic puppies who need lots of playtime to older pets who need a gentler touch. I’m active and love going on walks, but I also know how important cuddles, patience, and routines are for pets to feel secure. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime, or just keeping your furry friend company, I treat every pet as if they were my own I am a stay at home mom, so I can easily be with your pets all day! I am very active, so I love to take walks and do lots of potty breaks. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. In my home, I make sure the environment is clean, pet-friendly, and free from hazards. I keep a consistent routine with feeding, potty breaks, and playtime so pets feel comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I always respect their space and follow their instructions closely, from feeding schedules to favorite walking routes, to keep things as familiar as possible for their pet. I also send regular photo and text updates so pet parents have peace of mind knowing their furry loved one is happy and safe.

I was nervous like a parent dropping their kid off for the first day of kindergarten. My dog hasn't had much separation from me in her seven years and it was her first time at doggy daycare. She had a blast!!I got a bunch of pictures videos and status reports that made nervous dad feel wonderful. She was worn out and slept with a big contented smile on her face!

Jen and Josh are wonderful to work with - dog lovers, very knowledgeable about dogs and dog behavior. They have an excellent set-up for a fun, safe "day camp" for dogs with different natures - active, chill, aloof, garrulous! Our little tugger is a playing machine, and initially presents as intense, so I wasn't sure if he'd fit in. Before taking us on, Jen and Josh met with us in person at their location, and on day 1, I felt that they were observing him carefully, based on Jen's updates. When visit #2 rolled around, as soon as we got to the front entrance where Jen was waiting, I became non-existent and the tugger embarked on a great day! I'm truly grateful to have found this setting- the tugger benefits greatly from the socializing and activity, and it happens in a secure place with attentive and caring humans!

This was my first time leaving my pup with someone new, so naturally I was a little nervous—but they totally put my mind at ease! They were super attentive with my little spoiled brat (and I say that with love 😄). He was always wagging his butt and happy to go back, which says it all. I really appreciated how they noticed he was picky with food—he wouldn’t eat there, but they still checked in and made sure I knew. He had plenty of playtime and always came home happy and tired, which is a win in my book! I didn’t want him going on walks because of his reactivity to cars, and they totally respected that—he got plenty of backyard play instead. Bonus points for being flexible with my chaotic work schedule. Highly recommend! 🐾

About: Hi there! My journey in professional animal care began early, shadowing my mother in her animal behavior and care business. I gained hands-on experience with a wide range of species—including dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, cattle, goats, and rabbits—which shaped my understanding of how to meet animals where they are: emotionally, behaviorally, and physically. While I am not a licensed dog trainer, I’ve spent much of my life developing a thoughtful, intuitive approach to animal care. My professional background includes extensive training in wildlife handling and care techniques. During college, I volunteered at the Cascades Raptor Center in Eugene, assisting with the daily care and rehabilitation of birds of prey. Over the years, I’ve also provided pet care for friends and family, building trust through reliability, compassion, and a deep respect for each animal’s unique needs. Now, I’m excited to offer my experience and dedication to the local community. I’m Fear Free Certified for dogs, and while I’m not certified for cats or other animals, I apply many of the same principles across species: 🧘‍♀️ Creating low-stress environments 🐾 Respecting boundaries and body language 🛏️ Offering comfort, routine, and enrichment 🐕‍🦺 Using gentle handling and positive reinforcement In 2024, I worked with shelter animals at Greenhill Humane Society, where I received extensive behavioral training and advanced to independently care for dogs and support enrichment for cats. That experience helped me develop a deep understanding of animal behavior, stress signals, and how to build trust with pets from all backgrounds. What I offer: 🐶🐱 Drop-in visits, walks, feeding, litter care & medication support 🧶 Enrichment activities tailored to your pet’s personality 📸 Daily updates with photos and notes 🐾 Experience with seniors, shy pets, and those with special needs Whether your pet is playful, reserved, or somewhere in between, I bring calm energy, reliable care, and a genuine love for animals to every visit. Thank you for considering me — as someone who has also used Rover for my own pets, I know it can be daunting to find the perfect fit for your furbabies. Pet care is a natural part of my daily rhythm. I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. Whether it’s a midday walk, a drop-in visit, or extended overnight care, I’m able to adjust my schedule to meet your pet’s needs without the constraints of a traditional 9–5 job. Because I’m home-based, I can offer: 🐕 Timely potty breaks and walks 🐈 Calm, low-stress drop-ins for cats and small pets 🐾 Flexible scheduling for last-minute requests Whether your pet needs a quick check-in or more involved care, I’m able to integrate it seamlessly into my day, ensuring they get the attention and comfort they deserve. I currently do not offer in-home boarding, but I provide personalized care in your pet’s own home, where they feel most comfortable and secure. Whether it's a quick drop-in, a longer visit, or multiple check-ins throughout the day, I tailor each session to your pet’s routine and emotional needs. Because I work from home, my schedule is flexible—I can accommodate midday visits, early mornings, or evening care depending on your pet’s habits. I focus on creating a calm, low-stress experience by respecting their space, reading their body language, and offering enrichment that suits their personality. Your pet gets: 🐾 Familiar surroundings and routines 🧘‍♀️ Low-stress care with gentle handling 🐕 Walks, playtime, feeding & medication support 📸 Updates so you stay connected I treat every visit as a chance to build trust and make your pet’s day better. Whether they’re playful, shy, or need extra patience, I’m here to meet them where they are.

I couldn't ask for a better sitter for my dog Juniper. She felt right at home in Jamie's house and with her family. They gave her lots of attention throughout the day and even took her to hang out with the neighbors' dogs. Jamie sent me updates and lots of pictures throughout the day and that really helped to ease my anxiety while at work. 10/10 would recommend to everyone for dog sitting and I will definitely be bringing Juniper back to Jamie in the future!!!

Sabrina took such great care of my boy Everett for daycare…I could tell from the photos that he was having a fun yet still relaxed time, especially when she snapped a shot of him napping fully splayed out on his back on the floor! He only does that when he feels totally safe and happy, so that was great to see. He also comes home tired but in a very calm/content way…I will be bringing him back for sure! Thank you!
