“Angie was very easy to book with. She was quick to respond. The drop off was easy, partially bc my dog is pretty easy. She had two small dogs one was easy for my dog to figure out the other not so much but it wasn’t a problem. Angie is clearly a dog lover. She sent lots of pictures and messages while i was in Yosemite. It was nice ti get updates when reception let my phone receive them. Angie was very flexible and accommodating when i communicated i was going to be very late picking up my dog. She stayed up late for me and i happily offered to compensate for the extra time.”

The property was quite large and all well fenced, so I felt really comfortable leaving Piper to run and play to her heart’s content. Walks, exhausting activities and belly rubs INCLUDED! Text messages with video and photos of your dog and live webcam INCLUDED! Please contact me so we may schedule a meet and greet. I work full time from my home office, so your pup will enjoy lasting attention. I work a part-time gig that takes me away from home for a few hours per week. If pets are introduced into my home, I gently take lead and show the dogs how to be comfortable and adjust. If I am introduced into a pets' home, we allow a meet and greet specific to your dogs' needs. Then, we tour your home so that you may convey instructions.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15. I have grown up around dogs, cats, horses, and other farm animals. I have my degree in Veterinary Technician. I have a little bit of dog training experience. I have trained hunting dogs along side of my husband. I promise to care and love your little one as if they were my own. I will always be there with them. I will make sure they are safe. I am free Friday nights, Saturday and Sundays. I do work Monday - Friday. I have a very flexible work schedule. I do work for family. I can do drop offs Monday mornings on my way to work. I can do pick up Fridays when I’m off. I live on 4 acres of lovely mountain property. I do not have a fenced yard. I do have 2 outdoor 12X10 kennels set up. I would never let a dog go out potty without me on a leash. I spend about 30 minutes outside with my own dogs every 1.5 hours. I am outside most of the day unless it’s extremely hot or cold. I am with the animals 24/7. If your dogs likes to be outside I can put them in the kennels for extra outside time. If they like to be inside I can leave them inside while I take other dogs pee. I have a Furbo camera installed so I can view them at all times.

Allowed the dogs on her couch and dog bed. She took them for routine walks around her large property. She was kind and trustworthy. We used her for one night of dog sitting while we hiked half dome. There are limited to no other options in the area and dogs aren’t allowed on any Yosemite hikes. We were lucky to get her!”

About: Willing to take care of most any dogs of all shapes and sizes, while watching your home. I love all animals but am most fond of dogs :) Although I grew up with cats, I am not generally a cat person unless they are super chill/nice. My grandparents owned a pet store in Alameda when I was younger called "The Living Picture" and I had to feed/water all the animals, so I do have the experience, but I'd say more recently it's just been dogs and the occasional cat. Just let me know what you have, and I'll let you know my comfort level. :) I am willing to travel outside of my area (Dorrington/Big Trees) for pet sitting but would like to keep dog walking and drop-ins to my general area of Big Trees/Arnold/Murphys. If you do not live in those areas, then it would be a 1 hour minimum for all walking & drop-in services. I'm currently available full-time for pet/house sitting so I will be able to give both your beloved animal(s) and your home my full attention (as long as I'm not booked)! I will keep my calendar up to date so you can rely on what it says. While pet/house sitting I will walk and play with your fur-baby(s) as much as they like or can handle. I will also send photos to you on a daily basis! I am willing to do other things like pick up dog poop in your yard (if that is where they go), bring in mail, water plants, etc. My rates are set for everyday animals and not 'special needs', so if your doggie or cat needs special attention or has behavioral issues then my rate would go up and reflect the amount of extra care or attention your fur baby requires.

My Toby is always glad to see Rebekah and sometimes I think he's gong to leave me to be with her. She will take exceptional care of your pet and will send you pictures during their stay with her. “Jamie has been wonderful! Our dog was so happy at Jamie's house and with her dogs and her family that it was very hard to get her to leave! Jamie sent many pictures and I could see how happy our dog was, gave me such peace of mind while on our trip. She also texted me with any questions about feeding and treats. It is so much easier to enjoy our vacation when we know that our dog is safe and thoroughly enjoying her time away too! Jamie responded quickly to my texts, was extremely flexible with dates/times and also picked our dog up and dropped her off which saved me time and stress and car space! It was obvious that she truly cares and enjoys what she does. Jamie will be our sitter for all of our upcoming trips!”
