“I was planning on taking Lily (4y old labradoodle) into Yosemite on my driving trip, then decided at the last minute to board her. She’s never been boarded before so I was concerned - but connected with Angie through Rover. Angie is clearly a caring dog lover, and I felt very comfortable in leaving Lily there for three nights. All went well. Lily had the run of Angie’s house, slept on a couch, and Angie kept me updated with photos. I have no hesitation in recommending Angie.”

About: I’ve raised puppies, kittens, baby birds, chickens and various other animals, I’ve also had experience working on a dog farm and groomed various types of breeds. I’m available for part-time work and am flexible when it comes to scheduling. I am open to working Monday-Sun as long as it’s planned at least a week in advance. I have a fenced large yard with two separate deck areas, I am open to bringing the pets over and housing them or going to a clients house and pet sitting, walking or even bathing if needed in a comfortable and familiar place for the pet.

“I know my dog had an amazing time. She looked happy and relaxed when I picked her up. My baby Roxie did well her dog and think they may have horsed around quite a bit since when we got home she just napped like she does after having park time. We got pictures and updates of Roxie and we could tell she was tended to and being loved as well. We were late to pick her up due to flight delays and eventually cancelations. Sylvia was easy to coordinate with for the extra unexpected day. Also, my dog was bitten by a dog the day before we dropped her off and she had meds and special instructions to which I know she kept a good eye on her as the wound/bite had healed and was looking good even 2days after the incident. I would totally recommend her as she is attentive and caring. Roxie is our baby girl and she can be timid but with Sylvia my doggie felt right at home!! That is priceless to know while we were so far away from our little girl.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats of various breeds my whole life. My family and neighbors have relied on me to walk as well as feed and water their pets. I have a dog (Duke) and cat (Domino) of my own and am overall well experienced. I have plenty of time to take care of and hangout with your dog(s) and or cat(s)! My availability on the calendar is always updated! I love animals and can’t wait to meet yours! I have a dog who I love more than anything. I make sure he is well exercised, loved, cared for, and kept well groomed and I will make sure to do the same for yours!

About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I was relied on to take care of them with feeding them, walking, bathing them and training them. Etc. I’m currently not working but I am a stay at home mom , So I’m able to have time to play with pets and make sure to do anything necessary to help out, I’m able to house sit, boarding, and foster. We do have a small male dog in the house that we can keep separate from the dogs/cats. I always check fence gates before letting a dog outside. Always lock the doors, and make sure I don't step outside without the key incase I get locked out. Providing pets with food and fresh water. Administering medication to pets according to the instructions provided by pet owners. Cleaning out litter boxes and crates. We do prefer the animal to have a crate we can put them in or we can provide one too.

“Chevy was so spoiled!! Kinny took him hiking 7 miles with a lot of swim time in the lake! He’s very happy & tired, which is perfect since we spent the day hiking & are completely exhausted too!! Super quick to respond & very accommodating allowing us to drop him off early! Highly recommend!! Thank you Kinny!!!”
