About: I am very experienced of Feeding, Giving medication and most of all giving love and attention to them. Especially while there loved ones are away! I am a senior retired from the post office and I am open to all hours. Would be great to get up and walk your pet. I do not have a fenced in area but plenty of woods where we can travel on a harness or leash so it would be secure
“Noah was so friendly and attentive to our cat Ava, and we are excited to have him take care of her in the future. He tries very hard to figure out fun ways to engage with her using her cat dancers/toys, and is very intuitive on how she’s feeling and how to interact with her during each visit. It was awesome to see her warm up to him within the first few visits :).”

About: I have been taking care of pets for family, neighbors and friends my whole life. I enjoy spending time with and getting to know the personalities of each cat that I meet! I work from home, allowing me to have a lot of flexibility throughout the day to meet a variety of scheduling needs without much hassle I have two cats of my own. My house is just as much their house, and I take great care to maintain their personal boundaries and try to give them as comfortable of a life as possible
“Thank you for taking great care of my dogs. Lauren went above and beyond taking care of our dogs and apartment. Our girls enjoyed their long walks and treats and were always so excited to see her when she arrived!”

About: I 🩷 dogs and cats! I started my own “critter sitter” job at 18. I’m patient and take my time with each one, whether that’s a walk, some playtime, or just hanging out. I want every pet (your babies) to feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. It’s important to me that you don’t worry! Let me know what works for you! I’m flexible and reliable! I’m available after 9 AM once I drop my daughter at school, and I can take pets for walks, playtime, or visits until 3 PM, plus evenings if needed. I make sure every dog and cat feels happy, safe, and cared for. I keep pets safe and happy in their own home or outside. Reliable, attentive, and caring, I make sure every visit or walk is stress-free.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and started helping care for them at a young age. My family always had dogs, so I’m very comfortable with feeding routines, walks, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe and happy. I’ve also dog sat for several clients through Rover, caring for dogs with different personalities and routines. I understand how important it is for pets to feel comfortable in their own home while their owners are away, and I’m always happy to send updates and photos so you know they’re doing well. I have flexible availability for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting during the week. On weekends I’m also available for boarding and longer stays in Groton, CT where there is a quiet yard and more space for dogs to relax and enjoy outdoor time. I focus on keeping pets comfortable and safe in their environment while following their normal routines. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions for feeding, walks, and medications if needed. I always make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, and a calm environment while their owners are away. When boarding with me on weekends, dogs have space to relax and access to a quiet yard for outdoor time.
“Justina was EXCELLENT. She was very communicative and prompt. She treated my cat very well and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. I will definitely be reaching out next time I am out of town!”

“Maureen visited with Chloe 3 times last week. She was very calm and confident from the beginning. We knew they would become friends quickly. One thing that Maureen did that was impressive was kneeling down to Chloe’s level when they first met. Chloe was barking as usual, but then stopped, sniffed , and turned around as if to say “you’re a friend”. We have made plans to have Maureen return on our next vacation.”

About: From my persnickety Chihuahua-Corgi mix to the loyal 100+ lb German Shepherd, I’ve been caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities since I can remember. Growing up in a home with multiple dogs, and regularly helping neighbors, friends, and family, taught me how to meet each dog’s individual needs. I have experience with feeding routines, daily walks, bathing, basic training reinforcement, and providing care to senior or anxious dogs. I’m currently enrolled in a university pre-veterinary program, and I approach every visit with safety, and genuine love. Treating your dog like one of my own. I’m currently in a bit of a transitional period and have plenty of time to care for your furry friend! Generally available on weekends and pretty flexible on weekdays. When I’m in someone else’s home I’m mindful that their pet depends on me to keep everything feeling normal. I stick closely to each pet’s routine (meals, walks, meds, playtime) so nothing feels confusing or stressful for them. I double-check doors and leashes, keep feeding areas and litter boxes tidy, and always make sure pets are safe before I leave. I also love sending photo updates so you can relax knowing your pet is doing well if you’d like. I know I would!

“Marissa took such good care of my cat! She was very responsive and provided regular updates that made me feel at ease while I was away. Super grateful that she spent time with my cat and took care of her!”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud owner of a big pit bull who wasn’t always the easiest pup—he used to be sneaky, stubborn, and full of energy. Through patience, consistent training, and lots of love, I’ve helped him become the well-behaved, happy dog he is today. I bring that same understanding, patience, and energy to every dog I care for—whether your furry friend is a tiny pup or a big, spirited companion. No dog is “too much” for me, and I love helping even the most mischievous pets feel safe, happy, and understood while you’re away. My schedule is very flexible, which makes it easy to provide consistent care for pets. I work in solar sales, so I have weeknights and full weekends off, and during the day I often have breaks between appointments, giving me time to stop by for walks, feedings, or playtime. This flexibility allows me to adjust to each pet’s needs and maintain a reliable routine for them. I provide a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for pets in my care. At my home, I have a big yard where dogs can run, play, and explore under supervision, and I live right next to a scenic trail that’s perfect for walks and exercise. I tailor care to each pet’s needs, whether it’s active playtime, gentle walks, or quiet companionship, making sure they feel happy, loved, and well-exercised while in my care.
