“Alyssa has been taking care of our now 85lbs BIG BOY since Jan 2024 (when Bishop, our pitbull, was only 3 months old) Throughout the year, she has proven to be reliable, punctual, respectful, and understanding. Most importantly, Bishop loves seeing her and going on walks with her! Not only does she takes Bishop out for walks, but she take notice of things that could be of concern and address it for his safety, such as walking him on grass during the hot summer. She goes above and beyond and we couldn’t ask for a better walker! We appreciate all that she do!”
About: Owned and taken care of dogs and cats since I was young. Can’t remember a time without having pets! Currently own two crazy pups and two pretty kitties, and can’t wait to meet yours. Have experience with senior dogs, puppies, and everything in between. I am a full time firefighter/EMT, so I only work two 24hr shifts a week, and the rest of the time I get to play with yours, and my own animals! Love to hike or be outdoors with as many pets as possible! If they’re happy, I’m happy! I will follow all rules set for your pet, and be sure to keep their safety at the top of the list! About: Let me bring your dog on an adventure - my dog walks start at $20 but I do hikes on a sliding scale. I have group play experience, I can bring your dog to a dog park without any fear that your dog will get into any sort of trouble. As a dog walker, you can expect me to arrive and provide a full 30 minute walk to your pet. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
