I have three cats back at home and experience watching small dogs, so I’m very comfortable caring for pets and making sure they’re happy and safe. I’m a student at UMaine and pet care fits well into my routine because I’m looking for flexible work. I’m able to plan my schedule around classes and make sure pets get consistent care, attention, and time throughout the day. I provide care for pets in their own homes, where they are most comfortable and familiar with their environment. I have experience caring for pets in their homes and always follow their routines, feeding schedules, and care instructions closely. About: I have been taking care of dogs for 2 years now, starting with helping out with my family. But now I have been pet sitting for friends and family, and around 9 months ago I started working at a dog daycare, helping them out there! I am a teacher, so come summer time I will have a large amount of availability to walk or pet sit! As of right now, I work M-F 7:45-2:45 but could arrange to let your dog out for a potty break around 11:30. I am very attentive and always make sure to keep your pet’s safety a number 1 priority. Monitoring them when in the house/on walks is a must and keeping in contact with you about any possible issues that may come up are always important.

About: I've always had two dogs in my household growing up, and now I am fortunate enough to have a pup of my own, Igor! He is a wonderful pup that I have had a positive training experience with, and I am always looking to improve his work. I have consistently handled medium and large sized dogs, as well as have experience with Cats and small animals such as guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, gerbils, turtles, snakes, and just about any other pet you can think of! Pets have definitely always been a huge part of my life and I can't imagine life without them! I was the owner of a lab mix, a mini dachshund, many Dalmatians, and multiple cats. I’m comfortable with any animal usually, you could call me Pocahontas. I have many years of experience with all aspects of training puppies, including some doggie sign language for commands. I have connections and great resources to parks/areas to play outside and walk.
