About: I grew up on a farm with horses, pigs, sheep, cows, a dog and a cat. I particpated at a young age taking care of them (feeding, brushing, removing manure). Throughout my life I have had personal pets as well as helped care for pets of family and friends. I currently work full-time remotely M-F 8:00am-5:00pm. I also have a 9 year old son. I am typically available weekday evenings after work and weekends. I have a runner that extends from the side entrance of my house to my detached garage with a partially fenced backyard. I live in a safe neighborhood and have great neighbors. Three of my neighbors on my street work for the police department.
About: I’ve always loved working with animals and have experience caring for dogs, cats, chickens, and even a couple of guinea pigs from as young as 10 years old. I love getting to know pets, their personality, and what makes them the most comfortable. I have a lot of experience in pet sitting, as well as pet photography, and I love adding photos to my collection while giving you nice photos of your pets. I work part-time, so I have plenty of time to hang with your pets. My schedule is a little all over the place, but I don't work anything more than a 6-hour shift, so your pet won't be waiting long. I have a large fenced-in backyard with many toys to help your pet feel comfortable. I also have two cats who love interacting with other animals but know when to stay away.

About: I've always had dogs or cats as pets. I currently have 2 dogs now. Dashy is 16 year old Dashhound who was severely neglected and abandoned at 13 and Beau now 8 is a Rat Terrier mix adopted as a puppy. Both boys are very friendly, happy, healthy and quite spoiled. I also have my Pet CPR & First Aid cert from Red Cross as well as some behavioral training. I work best senior, handicapped and terminally ill pets though the fee may change depending of medical need. I'm retired and I have full daily availability from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and some night time availability as well as overnights. Overnight rates are based on 1, 12 block of time. I have a fenced/blocked back yard, another fur baby and plenty of room for them to play. Grass, gazebo and lawn Charis for them! The inside is spacious, has AC and safe for dogs and dog friendly cats.

About: I worked for a boarding facility throughout high school and college. As an adult I volunteered with local shelters and fostered cats. When Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, I rushed down to start rescuing animals which I did for 2 months. It was a life changing event which led me to enroll in a veterinary technician program. I graduated with a degree in Colorado and continued working in the field of animal rescue. During my program I worked for a local shelter, doggy daycare and volunteered with the local Street Cat Coalition performing TNR. After Hurricane Harvey hit Houston, I went down to rescue animals and ended up working for Austin Pets Alive as a veterinary technician caring for over 300 cats and dogs. Since that time I have been fostering hospice cats. My last foster was a 20 year old with end stage kidney disease. I was able to care for her for 11 months. I have also fostered cancer and diabetic kitties and have 20 years experience working with Alaskan huskies. Although I am not working in the veterinary field, I have maintained my license with continuing education. Since relocating to Maine this summer I have decided to get my animal fix by joining Rover. I look forward to caring for your pets as if they were mine. I currently work full time with some flexibility to be able to work from home. I have weekends off which allows me to care for pets on the weekends as well. I have a fenced in backyard/deck area and access to open space and trails within walking distance of my home. Juliette is so much more than a five-star dog sitter. We have 5 dogs which is not a small thing to juggle! We’ve had Juliette sit for us probably 10x now, and every single time we leave knowing they are safe, happy, and genuinely loved. Our dogs absolutely adore her, and it’s just as obvious that she adores them. She is attentive, patient, dependable, and somehow manages 5 completely different personalities like it’s nothing. Honestly, our favorite review of Juliette comes from our dogs themselves: when we come home, they barely seem to notice we were gone. They are so happy and content that they don’t even give us the dramatic “YOU’RE HOME!” reaction we expect! That tells us everything. Jazlynne was a great sitter and my dog absolutely adored her! It was the longest we’d ever been apart from him and Jazlynne was so communicative and provided us with photos and updates multiple times a day. We thought with such a prolonged separation our dog would prefer to be in his home environment, so Jazlynne came over multiple times a day to spend time with him and take care of his needs. I trusted Jazlynne completely in our home and had no doubts our dog felt ten times more comfortable having her there instead of being dog sat somewhere else. We saw on the pet cam that one night the pooch was throwing up and generally acting sick. I reached out to Jazlynne and she immediately went over to check on him. Luckily he just had a little food bug but Jazlynne stayed with him and made sure he was feeling better. I’m incredibly grateful she was here to watch over him. I would gladly hire Jazlynne again for any service.

Lise was absolutely wonderful! Very communicative and gave our pup so much love and attention I think he is sad she’s gone. I would highly recommend her for any pet sitting. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
