About: I’m a responsible, loving, and attentive pet caretaker who treats every animal like my own. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or quiet cuddle time, I make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for. With experience and genuine love for animals, I’m committed to giving them the attention and affection they deserve while you're away. I also provide you with updates through texts with pictures! I am a stay at home mom with a furbaby of our own, and I have complete open availability for overnight stays and play dates! "We have a large fenced in backyard that offers plenty of space for play and relaxation, nestled in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac. Our friendly 2 yr old Golden Retriever, Lucy, loves to play fetch and welcomes new friends with a wagging tail. Pets are treated like family in our home-they're welcome on our oversized sectional. Fresh water is always available, along with treats (with your permission), and a variety of toys to keep them entertained and happy
“So glad Billy did well with you and thank you for the photo and update. Will definitely have you care for our little guy in the future and I appreciate the information you gave me when we picked him up, as to eating and his bowel movements. You are the best!”

“Craig has been fantastic with Bella! This was her second time in his doggy daycare, and she’s already so comfortable with him. I really appreciate how consistent he is with sending updates throughout the day, it’s so reassuring to know how she’s doing. Highly recommend!”
“Susan was extremely helpful with Cooper. He hasn’t been to any daycare in a while and he was a little unsure. She took special care with him and put him at ease in her home. Thank you, Susan!”

“Maria is the best! Our dog loves staying with her! She’s very flexible and she communicates so well and plus she sends tons of photos and videos! We will continue sending our dog to Maria every time we visit Orlando/Disney! Thank you Maria!”

“Brittany does such a great job with my pup! He loves going to her house for day care and boarding where he gets to run around with her 2 dogs. Brittany does well with sending me photos and letting me know how Kairo is throughout the day which eases my mom guilt when I have to leave him. Brittany is so kind and willing to help if you’re in a pinch! I would recommend her for sure!”

“Mariela was a wonderful doggy care. She kept my family and i updated with how Benji was doing as well as his walks and fed time. I will definitely like to book her again if possible. I’m out on vacation and Benji doesn’t like to stay alone for long periods of time. This was the best app!”

“Mary watched our puppy Evie and was great with her! Communication was easy with always quick response and multiple pics to let us know how our pup was doing. We would love to use Mary again for dog sitting!”

About: I have 30+ years of experience training, grooming, and providing a high standard of care in the animal world. I have trained birds for production, stage shows, and free flight. I have worked with parrots, birds of prey, and exotics. I have trained service dogs, K9 dogs, taught puppy classes, basic obedience classes, and dogs for film, production, and stage shows. I can cater to anything you need from walking difficult dogs, boarding difficult dogs, teaching and enriching the bond between animal and human, enriching the daily lives of your pet, and so much more! I have been working with bird behaviors in the home for the past several years and can help transform unwanted pet bird behaviors into a happy and healthy feathered family member! Tours by appointment. I own a small business called Feather and Fur Academy. I devote my entire week to my passion: enriching the daily lives of animals and strengthening the bond between pet and human with training, reinforcement, and enrichment. I live on a small 5 acre farm. We have been here since September 2023 and are still slowly setting up, but I have kennels available for boarding, plenty of land for training, a dog yard with a confidence course, pools and sprinklers for the water dogs, and an area in the back for bird flight training. We are still building and adding things as we grow.
About: I’ve had animals my entire life, and caring for them has always been a huge part of who I am. I’ve had pets with high-maintenance health needs, including conditions like megaesophagus and diabetes, so I’m comfortable following specific care routines and giving animals the extra attention they need. My own pets are fed with their health, nutrition, and weight in mind, using high-quality food. Growing up, I would watch pets for people in my neighborhood, and I’ve also worked with exotic animals at an animal sanctuary. I’ve taken in animals that needed homes and helped find them loving families—two cats just this year alone! I currently have a dog and three cats, all of whom were raised around other animals. My dog, Athena, even just got back from a trip to Italy in August! 😂 When she came to me, she was about to be returned to a shelter because she was considered “untrainable” and too high-energy. Now she knows all her basic commands and even knows how to turn off light switches. 😂 If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pets like family and care for them as much as you do, then I’m your girl! 🐾 I’m an active person, and I love making sure dogs get plenty of exercise, enrichment, and adventure! I take my own dog to the dog park every day and go on at least two walks a day for potty breaks and exercise. One of our favorite spots is Minneola Dog Park, which has everything from a beautiful forest trail for exploring, to an open field for running and plenty of space to play and swim in the lake! 🐾🌳 I’m currently attending school online, which means my schedule is very flexible and allows me to provide full-time care and plenty of attention to your pet throughout the day. Your pup won’t be left sitting around waiting for someone to come home—they’ll have plenty of company, exercise, and attention! ❤️ You decide how you want your dog cared for, and I’ll happily follow their routine. Crate-trained? No problem. Sleeps in the room with you? They can sleep in the room with me. Have a specific diet, medication, or other medical needs? I’ll make sure everything is followed exactly as you’ve requested. I also have a very friendly dog of my own who absolutely loves being around other dogs, so if your pup enjoys some company, she’ll be happy to have a new friend! 🐾

“Cynthia was amazing! This was my first time using rover and definitely had a great experience! My baby Leia is everything to us and she treated her like family. Took her on a lot of walks. And even tried to hand feed her because my baby wouldn’t eat when away from us. I also booked her very last minute and able to accommodate us. Cynthia was also very attentive with giving us updates throughout the day and would send us pictures of our baby. 10/10 experience with Cynthia”

About: Grew up with dogs and had my own dogs for 40 years. Can’t have a better friend than a dog. Love the company of a dog. Retired so when I’m available I’d love the company of a dog. Can dog sit daily or overnight. Have screened in back lanai so dog can relax outside through a doggie door. I live in a gated community. Many dogs live here. I would be able to walk the dog for both of us to get exercise.
“Luciana is awesome- she took great care of Pippa! Pippa and Luciana’s dog Pascal also got along nicely. Makes us feel comfortable leaving Pippa with a caring and patient individual. She sent updates and photos throughout the day (which we really appreciate). We are definitely going to book her again. Thank you Luciana!!”

“We couldn’t be happier with the care Milena received! From the very beginning, the communication was excellent, and we always felt informed and at ease. It was clear that Milena was treated with so much love, patience, and attention. Seeing how happy and comfortable she was says everything. Knowing she was in such caring hands gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We are beyond grateful and can confidently say that we have found Milena’s new nanny! 🐾🤍 Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our girl. We highly recommend you to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and loving to care for their pets. ✨🐩💕”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of September 2026, there are 1,514 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Green Pond. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Green Pond commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
