Jia is fantastic!! It’s safe to say we were anxious dog parents and Jia was so wonderful to send us videos and photos throughout the day. Our dog, Lulu, loves Jia. I love Julianna and her family, more importantly, Coco loves them. She's excited when she arrives and she's well taken care of. I never have to worry when she's with Julianna. She even allowed me to extend her stay at the last minute. I appreciate her and it givese peace of mind knowing she's part of their family while there.
I have a high anxiety standard poodle rescue and Alexis did an amazing job making my pup comfy and cozy during his 3 days of boarding.He played with him, gave him space when he needed it, and communicated with me when he had questions. He sent over lots of photos and most importantly, gave him his daily meds on time and made sure he was eating (he doesn’t like to eat when I’m away and loses weight quickly because of it so it’s important for us to have someone watch him eat). Will definitely book Alexis again and highly recommend!
