She went above and beyond in buying a new harness for Mia when it needed to be replaced. I could tell from dropoff that Mia would be at ease in Shakiyla's warm, comfortable home. I highly recommend Shakiyla and will definitely reach out the next time my family goes out of town.
Have booked Khari twice now, once to drop in on my cat while I was out of town, and more recently to take care of my dog while I ran out of town for a wedding. I admittedly waited until the last minute to book, but Khari was very flexible/accommodating with my request, and made time for me to bring my dog over before his stay to check out the surroundings. Without my asking for them, Khari provided photos/videos and updates about my pets that let me know they’re being well cared for in my absence. And Zeus the husky is a very handsome/friendly guy — definitely would recommend to anyone who needs a sitter/walker!
