He took the time to understand Rocky and Lucy's routines, their likes and dislikes, and their individual quirks. This level of detail and attention made me feel confident that my dogs were in the best hands. During my time away, Stephen kept me updated with regular messages and photos, which was a wonderful touch. It was so comforting to see my dogs happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. He even went above and beyond by taking them on extra walks and play sessions, which they absolutely loved. Stephen's care for Rocky and Lucy was nothing short of phenomenal. He treated them as if they were his own, and that's all a pet owner can ask for. I always return home to find two very happy dogs. I cannot recommend Stephen highly enough. His dedication, love for animals, and professionalism are second to none.
