About: I've lived with and cared for dogs for my entire life; I love all animals, big, small, young, old and anywhere in between, the more animals the better! I have experience with dogs, cats, rats, hamsters, and fish and I get along with all of them. I am available for early mornings and late nights as well as weekends. I am also familiar with and unphased by the less glamorous sides of pet care, I don't mind cleaning up after puppy accidents, I have some experience grooming our shaggier four legged friends, and I know how to administer most puppy medications. I work from home so my availability is wide open for whatever you and your animals need. I am an extremely active person so there is no limit to much I will love and play with your pup, but I will also be patient and sensitive to nervous dog and cats. There is no puppy personality that I don't love. I can't wait to meet your dog! I work remote most days. I also have weekends and evenings available for more involved activities. When im not pet sitting i like to take my own dog for hiking/ camping adventures! A typical day starts with breakfast and a nice romp around the yard, or brisque walk around the neighborhood so your dog can go potty and get out some morning energy. I have a flexible schedule at work so i can take frequent breaks to play and attend to your critters needs. In the evenings, im free again and i like to spend time being active, whether its a long walk, a game of fetch, or even an adventure to the park

About: Hello! I am a huge animal lover, who regrets not pursuing a degree in Veterinary Medicine. Animals have been my passion, love, and a needed presence for my entire life; in fact, my first word was kitty. As a child I researched animals of all kinds, and still do today. I love to train and play with dogs, snuggle with cats, ride horses, sing with the birds, make kissy faces at fish, etc. I often research natural pet care(& for humans!), training for all animals. I am educated in pet behavior and look for any signs of distress or change in your pets behavior, physical and mental health. I also enjoy making homemade organic, healthy treats for all pets. I've had many types of animals over the years and genuinely looking to enjoy time with your pets. I'm happy to just spend time, train (I am not a professional but do enjoy training) and walk or hike. I am a Mama to 5 cats & one Golden/Brittany mix (who are not currently in my home & in Maine as they transition here). I have owned two special needs cata that required medication, special requirements and sub-q fluids at home - I am happy to care for any special requirements. I also do a lot of pet photography and would be overjoyed to take your pets photos! I'm excited to meet and bond with your fur babies! I work typical M-F hours and off on the weekends (and summer!). I will fully integrate their needs into my schedule and ensure their needs are met and they are happy, safe and healthy. I will treat your pets as my own while you are away. About: I have a senior yellow lab (almost 13 years old!) who has been in my life since he was 8 weeks old. As he gets older, more and more care is required for him. Along with that, I have worked with families of different dogs when dogsitting is needed. This care ranged from small to large dogs at all stages of life. I enjoy playing in the yard with them. As someone who has had a dog for so long, I know how people want their dog treated when they are away. I am offering love and care to your dogs while you are away, so they don’t feel lonely at all! I am looking for weekend dog sitting plans. I work a full time job during the week and will not be able to provide the care I hope to for your dogs on the weekdays. As mentioned, I know how much our dogs matter to us! I will do exactly what you request with your dog! Whether that is walks, playing, certain food techniques and more!

Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
