About: Hi, I’m Maya! I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life—dogs, cats, and even horses—and caring for them has always been second nature to me. I started pet sitting for neighbors and family friends around age 15, and since then, I’ve gained years of hands-on experience with pets of all sizes, ages, and personalities. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your furry family members. I’ve helped raise playful puppies, provided comfort to senior pets, and everything in between. Whether your pet needs energetic playtime, relaxing walks, or just a cuddle buddy while you’re away, I’m here to help. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and right at home. I take pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about animals. I’d love to meet you and your pet, let’s set up a meet and greet soon! I am currently home from college for the summer and have a flexible schedule to fit your needs! I’d love to work around your busy schedule! I have a fenced-in yard and an extremely playful, friendly English Cream Golden Retriever who is two years old and loves playdates! I also have two cats of my own. Pets in my care get plenty of exercise, attention, and affection in a safe, loving environment. I treat every pet like family and make sure they feel right at home. I’ve also had the privilege of caring for a three-legged dog in the past, which taught me how to adapt to special needs and provide compassionate, attentive care for pets of all abilities.

“Jordana is one of the best! She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable as we left our Stella for the weekend. She sent photos and videos. Kept in contact with me throughout her walks. 100% recommend and I can’t wait to book her again in the future.”

“Very great with pets! Good energy and talks to them so sweetly! Will definitely recommend and use again.”

“Cassandra was incredible. We used her 2x a day for a week, and she was extremely reliable, always early, and always left pics & reports! She was awesome and we will certainly look to her first if we ever use Rover again. Can’t recommend Cassandra enough!”

About: Hi! My name is Joelle and I live and work in Wilmington, DE. My partner and I currently have three cats and a beagle/corgi mix! I’ve been pet-sitting dogs and cats for family, friends, neighbors and Rover clients for over 14 years and can’t imagine doing anything else with my free time! I am able to care for and have previous experience with up to 6 animals at a time. I'm currently offering drop-in care and dog walking services, with very limited availability for house sitting. References are available for anyone that is interested and I’d be happy to discuss making adjustments to the services/schedules I have listed if they don't match you or your pet’s specific needs. I work full-time and have a pretty flexible hybrid schedule. Most of my weeks are 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home and these days can be moved around as needed - especially to accommodate house sitting requests! While my work from home days change from week to week, I usually try to work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. For Mondays-Wednesdays when I am in the office I typically have the following availability (with some flexibility): Before 8:00am 12:00-1:00pm After 4:00pm If you feel like I would be a good fit for you and your pets but aren't sure if the schedules would line up well, please reach out! I am happy to switch my in-the-office days with work-from-home days if needed :) My goal while your pet is in my care is to create a relaxing and stress-free environment for them. I prefer to care for animals in their own home so that they are in an environment they are familiar with while also being surrounded by their favorite toys/things. I’m also big on routine and positive reinforcement! In my opinion, following the same routine as normal helps reduce stress on your pet while you’re away and I’m more than happy to recreate those routines for them.

“Alana was fantastic. She helped us out on short notice around the holidays and she was amazing with our dog and cat. She was super friendly and accommodating, and our pets took to her right away. We definitely recommend her.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for many years and trained our beautiful lab from six months old by attending regular sessions which I really enjoyed. I am used to administering medications if needed and would love to look after your fur baby! I’m a stay at home Mom of two so while the children are at school mon- fri I am available & also available on weekends! I look forward to feeding, playing and giving your fur baby lots of fuss as well as walks. I am happy to help with crate training too if needed.

About: Animals have always been a central part of my life, as I grew up in a pet-loving household where we cared for everything from hamsters and turtles to multiple dogs, guinea pigs, ferrets, and even fish. I’ve also volunteered both formally and informally with local SPCA chapters and animal shelters from a young age, helping to walk, feed, and care for dogs of a variety of breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have hands on experience with dogs who need extra attention and medical care. I've raised two dogs from puppyhood—my current dog, Sophia, and a pit bull my family had previously—and have done everything from potty training to leash work and daily routines. Sophia is diabetic and blind, so I’m no stranger to giving insulin shots, monitoring glucose levels, and understanding how to be patient and calm with pets who have special needs or anxiety. Whether it's caring for seniors, puppies, or pets with health conditions, I always aim to treat them like family because that’s exactly what they are. I am currently on break from school at the University of Delaware, so my schedule is pretty flexible. Preferably, I am available after 10:00 AM and before 8:00 PM. When I care for pets through walks or drop-in visits, I approach each home and animal with respect, patience, and awareness. I know every pet has their own personality, boundaries, and needs, so I'll never assume anything upon first meeting. I take time to observe their behavior, let them come to me at their own pace, and make sure we’re both comfortable before jumping getting close and personal. This also helps me gauge what kind of interaction they’re ready for and to prioritize safety—for your pet and for myself—by staying alert to their body language, keeping a calm energy, and never rushing trust. I will follow any specific instructions you give closely, especially if your pet has particular sensitivities or routines. I also take practical steps on walks, like avoiding overly stimulating routes or unknown dogs, and I’m always careful with things like leashing, doors, or feeding to avoid stress or accidents.

About: I provide reliable, loving care for pets of all ages and needs, from drop-in’s, walks, or overnight stays. With experience, I understand that each pet is unique and deserves personalized attention. You can trust your pet will feel safe, happy, and well-cared for while you’re away. I am available all day Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday- and for overnight stays if needed. I am also free during the evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Happy to provide whatever services you need for your pet at home, whether that be bathroom breaks, walks, feeding, administering medication or staying overnight with your furry friend.

About: I’ve been a volunteer at the ASPCA for the past 4 years now, been a pet-sitter for the past 2 years, and I’ve also been my community’s go-to dog walker whenever they need me! I have significant experience caring for puppies and kittens, as my family and I have fostered over 50 dogs and 35 kittens. Not only puppies, but senior dogs who needed to be loved exclusively before they reached the end of their life. Animals mean the absolute world to me and have always been such a huge part of my life, so making sure each pet is loved, protected, and cared for is my top priority. I am rising sophomore at Villanova University, majoring in Forensic Psychology. My schedule for the summer is very open and flexible, so I’ll be able to provide any kind of service you need as well as any last minute gigs! I’m also hoping to continue during the weekends when I’m back in college! I usually prefer to care for pets at the clients home, due to the significant amount of new foster dogs we have at home, that may not always be dog-friendly. But, I can provide whatever service you need such as, dog-walking, day-sitting, overnight sitting, or check-ups to take them outside or feed them, if the family will be out of the house for a while. Your pets will be treated like family to me and I will always care for them as if they were my own.

About: I have two dogs currently about 8-9 years old. I have had a senior dog in previous years. Looking to help out and make some furry friends! I am a teacher on summer break. I have 2 dogs of my own but have plenty of flexibility in my schedule till the end of August. I can come in and walk, feed, and play with your animals. Whatever instructions left I’d be happy to comply with what’s needed for your furry friend!

“Amanda was great with my pet Flash. He had a great time. Amanda was prompt, efficient and communicated well for all the sessions. I would highly recommend Amanda and will definitely use her services again.”

About: I’ve lived with pets all my life - dogs, cats, and horses - so having multiple animals to take care of at a time has become second nature to me. Looking after both young and senior dogs and cats, concurrently, has especially enriched my knowledge of pet care. Additionally, both of my parents are veterinarians which I feel has broadened my experience caring for pets with unique medical needs. I hope to be able to provide your pet(s) with this loving and detailed oriented care! I just graduated from the University of Michigan, and am home for the Summer before continuing my education in the Fall, so I have lots of availability to look after your beloved pet(s)! I’m looking to provide care Monday-Friday’s, and have availability from early mornings all the way through the evening. At home, I currently live with two dogs (mini dachshund and an English pointer) and a cat. I feel confident caring for your pet at my home if that aligns with your comfortability, or I can provide care directly at your home! I am very experienced in the day-to-day responsibilities of owning a pet taking them out for walks, playing with them, feeding them, getting them in/out of a crate as needed, cleaning up after them both inside and outside, and of course cuddling them!

“Great service from Andy! Prompt, and good at communicating with us regarding our pets! Pays extra attention to details for our 17 yr old dog that is often a bit needy! We highly recommend Andy for pet services!!”
