About: Hello! I am a huge animal lover, who regrets not pursuing a degree in Veterinary Medicine. Animals have been my passion, love, and a needed presence for my entire life; in fact, my first word was kitty. As a child I researched animals of all kinds, and still do today. I love to train and play with dogs, snuggle with cats, ride horses, sing with the birds, make kissy faces at fish, etc. I often research natural pet care(& for humans!), training for all animals. I am educated in pet behavior and look for any signs of distress or change in your pets behavior, physical and mental health. I also enjoy making homemade organic, healthy treats for all pets. I've had many types of animals over the years and genuinely looking to enjoy time with your pets. I'm happy to just spend time, train (I am not a professional but do enjoy training) and walk or hike. I am a Mama to 5 cats & one Golden/Brittany mix (who are not currently in my home & in Maine as they transition here). I have owned two special needs cata that required medication, special requirements and sub-q fluids at home - I am happy to care for any special requirements. I also do a lot of pet photography and would be overjoyed to take your pets photos! I'm excited to meet and bond with your fur babies! I work typical M-F hours and off on the weekends (and summer!). About: Hi, my name is Anna and I grew up fostering dogs and helping them find their forever homes. For the past 4 years of college I have been a pet sitter and dog walker in my spare time. I am now post grad and at the moment I cannot have a pet myself, so I would adore some time with any furry friend. I love any dog, I have a bit of experience with cats from a family I babysat for that had 3 cats but I am definitely open to either cat or dog care. I am happy to take long walks with the dogs or meet any kind of exercise goals you may have for them, I am very active. Currently unemployed post graduating college so complete availability while I am getting some online certifications and thinking about my next steps and job hunting. I am an early riser so anything even in the early morning is great. Lots of pets and love is a requirement. With a new dog I do let them come to me and read there energy before doing anything that could make them uncomfortable. My goal is always to make a new dog as comfortable as possible and establish myself as a trustworthy member of their pack. Staying calm and open and letting the dog come to me, being aware of anything that could cause harm to the pup or cause distress, and just becoming someone they can trust and are excited to see. About: Just graduated with my PhD in Clinical Psychology and am completing my pediatric psychology post doc fellowship- so I have flexibility with advanced notice. I promise to treat your best friend as my very own. You will not find another individual as dedicated to providing love, support, care, exercise and fun. Very big promotor of positive reinforcement! I believe pets are family. I currently have a rescue pup from Aruba who does experience significant anxiety and reactivity in novel situations and feel comfortable working with dogs who experience similar challenges. Previous experience includes extended house sitting for a family on sabitical for 6 months. During this time period, Midget (a 30lb rescue) was my number 1 companion. She was able to experience a ton of new things. I grew up with 2 Lab Retrievers, and my parents now have a black lab boarder collie mix, Sophia, and have experience taking care of larger, as well as elderly dogs. I have also done long term drop in dog care for 2 puppies. I've always been an athlete so taking longer walks or running with your buddy will not be a problem. I love hiking and I am happy to take your dog on hikes if you would like. Reference contact information available per request. About: Animals are always taken good care of I love animals and have a lot of experience to care for an animal when I pet sit. I have free time we mostly do pet sitting I have the time and care when your animal is with me while your away . About: I once fostered a very cute polydatcyl cat named Cleo and enjoyed every moment of having a fur friend around. I did not mind at all the responsibilities involved in her care and wellbeing. It only lasted for a year but I am sure Cleo remembers/misses me as much as I miss her. I respect all forms of life and I aspire to gain trust and experience in my community. I currently have full time availability. I do have extensive professional background working in leadership roles so I am very responsible and have always prioritized humanity over production. I also enjoy cooking in my free time. While in a client's home, I am very observant of hazards and potential causes for problems. My time will be spent fully attentative to the unique care instructions left by the pets family and also will remain acutely aware of the pets wellbeing for the entire duration of my stay. I have foundational knowledge in cat and dog behavior as well as an understanding of appropriate first aid if ever needed.

About: I have been a dog owner for over 30 years. I have played with crazy puppies and I have cuddled with those in their old age. I have a very flexible schedule and I am comfortable with all breeds. I have a very open schedule. Morning, afternoons and early evening are available. About: I have owned dogs since I was born. I have 5 dogs in total, ranging from 13 pounds to 110 pounds. 3 of which are rescues and 2 are pure breads. I have always been hands on with them such as feeding, walking, playing and cuddling. I've experienced dogs of all ages, experienced very old dogs and also very young puppies. I'm ready, willing, and able to help out with what you need and want for your animals. I have over two decades of experience in caring for pets -- grew up with 2 yellow labs. When I went off to college, it was the first time I experienced having the whole bed to myself. No hogging doggies.!! Since my 20s, I've had cats. Lately, I have taken care of dogs mostly -- all sizes and shapes from small Jack Russells to large pit bulls. Some with special needs and special diets and some super healthy and wanting a zillion walks. I've even taken care of a bunny (named Valentino who did tricks). No doubt about it: pets are our children and please be assured if your pets are in my care they will be well taken care of and well loved. And your home and rules respected. A bit about me: I worked as an office manager for tech startups in the Bay Area but recently decided to have more of a work-life balance and decided to travel for the past two years and pet sit at the same time -- combining both my loves.
