About: As a lifelong animal lover, I’ve spent years surrounded by my own furry companions—dogs, cats, and even a rabbit (yes, I can confirm they’re all about the carrots). After my beloved pets crossed the rainbow bridge, I took a brief hiatus in my 40s to explore the world without four-legged sidekicks. But don’t worry, I still find plenty of time to hang out with and walk/watch/board animals for family and friends. I regularly visit my sister (who thankfully shares my love for pets) and her adorable pups, and as you’ll see in my photos, they clearly think I’m the fun uncle. My heart has always leaned towards larger breeds—I’ve had a Golden Retriever and a German Shepherd who were the best of friends. But I’ve come to appreciate the charm of smaller dogs just as much, and I can’t resist their adorable antics! I’m here to ensure your pets receive all the love and attention they deserve while you’re away. Trust me, they’ll be in good hands—just don’t be surprised if they start following me around like I’m their new best friend! As a self-employed web designer and photographer, I work from home with a flexible schedule that often calls for a break from my screen—perfect for some outdoor adventures with your furry friends! A proud Colorado native, I currently reside in central Longmont and know all the best spots for a tail-wagging good time. Whether it’s a stroll through a nearby park or a romp in a dog-friendly area, I’m ready to make every outing special. Plus, I have my own animal-friendly transportation options for those adventures that require a little extra travel. Your pets will be treated like family, and I can’t wait to explore Longmont with them! While I primarily offer walking services, I’m open to hosting well-behaved and trained pets on a case-by-case basis. My modern, comfortable apartment features a lovely patio where dogs love to lounge in the sun, all while enjoying a view of downtown Longmont and Roosevelt Park. I take home care seriously and have a wealth of experience watching clients' homes, having stayed in numerous Airbnbs during my travels—always receiving top ratings for my respect and care. Your pets will receive plenty of affection and attention, as I currently do not have any pets of my own, allowing me to focus entirely on their needs. I am currently working part-time and looking to supplement my income with pet sitting and dog walking. I enjoy spending time with dogs on long walks; it's a good way to become their favorite pet sitter! I also love cats and getting to know their unique personalities. About: I have been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember and grew up with at least 1-2 dogs since birth and at one time we had as many as 4 cats and 2 salamanders! It has been difficult moving to Flagstaff and having to leave my dogs back home with the rest of my family. Before I found rover I used to borrow my friends dogs for walks and hikes around town, so I am really grateful for this service! My grandmother used to breed dogs and compete them in shows, so I was lucky to have learned how to train dogs from her, and I would make sure to reinforce any rules you have for your dog, as well as roll on the floor and play with them! I love active dogs, and I am an avid trail runner, so your dogs will never be bored with me! Plus I like reading books and lounging in parks for those older pups out there. My roomates do not want to have dogs staying at our place in case of accidents, but I rarely spend time at home and I frequent dog friendly places, so I would usually be taking the dogs on outings with me. I am in between jobs at the moment, so my schedule is very flexible and I can be available to meet whatever needs your animals may have. I am unable to host animals where I live, so I will only be offering in-home, site visit or dog walking services for the animals.

I introduce dogs with an abundance of caution and always with dog psychology in mind to ensure a calm, safe, and respectful transition. Dog Walking My dog walks are never just a walk—they’re mini training sessions. I’m always reinforcing good behavior and working on basic skills. If your dog does well in public or needs to start that safe slow exposure, I’m happy to include park time, socialization, or light training like leash manners and car behavior. Just let me know what you’d like your pup to learn or practice—especially if you don’t have time to train it yourself—and I’ll let you know what’s realistic based on your dog’s breed, temperament, and trainability. I won’t waste your time or money trying to train a dog to do something it wasn’t built for or a job they don't want, it’s like asking a fish to climb a tree. I also offer hourly dog training for real-world situations like paddleboarding, biking, store manners, and other types of environmental training. Whether it’s making friends at the park, building confidence, or learning how to navigate the world, I tailor the time to your dog’s needs and your goals. I've worked with animals most of my life—including training horses and riding lessons for all types of individuals and needs. I bring the same patient, observant approach to every dog I work with.

About: I've lived around Furry Family members all of my Life. Animals seem to gravitate towards me and trust my presence. Licks and hugs are always welcomed. I work a day job, but can offer crated or uncrated care during the day while at work. I have two other dogs and they will LOVE having friends. I will play and love on your animals as I do my own. Walks and play are a must. I live in a neighborhood with walking trails along the river and a small nature preserve.
