About: I am a biology major at Colorado State University and I love animals (especially dogs) with every fiber of my being. I have owned four dogs in my life. One medium sized terrier that I grew up with and considered my brother, two small maltese who are my cuddle and tv watching buddies, and a big labradoodle who was my swimming, running, and fetch buddy. In college I had to opportunity to foster a reactive dog. Throughout our time together we worked through some of her fears through desensitization training and lots of love, treats, toys, and patience. I also have over 600 hours of experience volunteering at a wolf/wolf dog sanctuary. I assist in the care of almost thirty wolves/wolfdogs, including working overnight to care for the animals. Responsibilities include general animal care: tending water, cleaning enclosures, preparing kibble and meat bowls. But my favorite part is aiding in animal enrichment through training, walks, and human interaction. Through these experiences I have learned how to understand canine behavior and how to respond to their language in a way that makes them most comfortable. I am a fourth year undergraduate student at CSU looking for a part time job to make money to help me through college and prepare for graduate school. I have an extremely flexible schedule and am happy to make time for you pet throughout my days! Unfortunately, I do not have the opportunity to welcome any pets in to my home because my landlord does not allow pets on our property.

About: I’ve had pets since I was a young child. Growing up with pets taught me how to be responsible with them. Feeding them properly, taking them on walks, and making sure they are living a comfortable life are all important things. I’ve had cats and dogs, big and small, young and old. I’m very comfortable with any size age and breed (that includes Pitts and Rottweilers, I’ve had both) I’m a digital nomad, meaning I work from my laptop wherever I am. This allows me to have a fully open schedule for pet/house sitting. I do love traveling as well so there will be times I’m unavailable in my home city. I will follow any and all rules/requests you have for your fur babies. At home, my dogs have their own comfy bed but sometimes sleep in my bed with me. I’m open to letting your pets sleep with me but that decision will only be made after meeting them. If you prefer them in a crate overnight I will do that as well. Daily walks will also be a thing if you don’t have a large yard for us to play in.

12. Erica P.

“We were in town on a vacation staying at a rental and needed someone to check on our two dogs while we were out during the day. Erica exceeded expectations spending time with them and making sure that they had a good mid-day break. We so appreciate not having to worry about them while we were out. When back in town, we will definitely book again.”

13. Caroline J.
“Caroline has a big heart for all animals, and is super attentive to their every need. She has a great attitude, and you can tell that she genuinely loves your fur baby like her own.”

14. Lauren A.

“We had recently moved to town and needed a cat sitter, we have an older (20 years) cat. Lauren was absolutely AMAZING! She was prompt in all of our communications. She let us know her schedule so we could leave town knowing our cat, Friday, was in good hands. She came 2x/day and gave Friday food and the attention he craves. Everything was as it should be upon our return. Most importantly, Friday was loved upon and cared for while we were away!❣️ We received daily pics/updates on how he was doing. Thank you Lauren!!”

15. AnnaLiese J.
“AnnaLiese is a super caring person, for animals and people alike. She is reliable and responsible. She has watched our furry friend on many occasions and he says she takes top notch care of him.”

16. David W.
“David watched my senior dog Lola for 3 nights while I went camping. He walked her 4 times a day, and let her sleep on the bed 🙃. He gave her meds as needed, and sent me cute photo updates of her in her favorite outfits. Lola is always happy to see David! David is a careful and responsible person and pet sitter, and I highly recommend him.”

17. Anthony L.
About: Growing up, my dogs were always my adventure buddies. They loved to romp around and explore the world with me, whether it was around the neighborhood, park, beach, or a local forest preserve. One thing I know well is that dogs love to explore almost as much as I do! I want to take your best friend on adventures that will bring them joy and, if we're lucky, tire them out! I trained many of my own dogs since they were puppies, and many of my friends and family would let me watch their pets as well. Growing up with dogs, I know well how and when to give them productive attention as to not encourage poor behavior. I'm not here to break your training habits, and if there is anything you'd like me to uphold in that regard, it would be my pleasure to do so. I'm usually free most Weekdays as well as some Saturdays. Starting November 2024 my schedule will open up a ton and these hours will likely change as my job switches to a more flexible role, so please reach out even if your request isn't within my normal days of availability! Hopefully we can make something work. Your comfort level is of the utmost importance, so whatever ground rules you lay within your own household will be respected by both me and your furry friend. I've had dogs that roam around the house freely, and ones that absolutely need to be created if I ever wasn't around. Like I said before, dogs love exploring! If I can get your pup active, I will as much as possible. If you'd rather we spend the day indoors, that is not a problem either. Regardless, your dog will get fruitful attention.

18. Brittany C.

“Brittany was great with the cats, they all had a good time. She also took good pictures and left good visit reports so I could know how things were going. I recommend her for your pets. Thank you”

19. AmberLynn K.
About: I have always had dogs in my household and pet sit for friends and family since I was a kid. I live in Estes Park with my partner and our very friendly pup. While we cannot host other dogs at this time, I would love to house sit, walk, run, play, or check in and spend some time with your pets while you are on vacation or at work. Available for Christmas, new years, and long-term weekly care. I am home the majority of the day time with a flexible schedule and do part time work out of the house on some evenings. I am happy to bring my dog along for hikes and playtime if you would like this for your dog/s and I am happy to come give your pets my undivided attention in their home, on walks, or in the park - Rocky really is amazing. I will dedicate plenty of time on every visit to ensure your dog has the company you are expecting to keep their stress levels low and get all the rest and care they need while you are away.

20. Kayla C.
“Kayla has always had a passion for animals since she was young. She goes in to her job everyday at Come Sit Stay Pet Resort with the intention of taking care of every pet that walks through those doors as her own. She also has personal experience in caring for her own dogs, cats, and even geckos and she will not disappoint in making sure your pets are happy and healthy.”
