“I’m a bit of a worrier when it comes to boarding my fur babies, so I was nervous when a last minute trip came up and we couldn’t bring them with us. I found Jinree and reached out, she responded quickly, was kind, genuine, and immediately put me at ease. Our meet and greet went great, and I felt confident leaving our pups in her care. While we were away, Jinree went above and beyond. She sent regular updates with photos and videos, which helped ease my anxiety and made me smile every time. She wasn’t afraid to ask questions or clarify anything about their routine, which I really appreciated. She took them on walks, and car rides, gave them plenty of access to her beautiful fenced yard, and even heated up their meals, just like we do at home! Something I especially appreciated: during our trip, Jinree was asked to take in another dog, but when I mentioned I wasn’t comfortable with that, she immediately declined. She made it clear that our dogs were her priority, and that meant so much to me. When we came to pick them up, our dogs were so relaxed and content that they were barely excited to see us! Usually, our oldest pup gets emotional and cries when we return—but this time, she greeted us calmly, almost like she hadn’t even noticed we were gone. That spoke volumes about how safe, loved, and at home they felt in Jinree’s care. I will absolutely be using Jinree again for future pup care. She treated our dogs like family, and I’m so grateful we found her. Highly, highly recommend!”

We have a very sweet dog but he has his bad habits and he can be a little bit of a handful for some. Cheryl was more than accommodating. It's very clear she understands and loves dogs. We got updates every day and our dog was always playing, going for long walks, and she even spent time training him every day! Talk about going above and beyond.
