“Heather was amazing ! My pups enjoyed their time with her and she communicated with me to make me feel better Sent me photos which I loved 🥰 she was awesome and would recommend ! Can’t wait to have her back again”

“She was absolutely wonderful with our slightly difficult dog and our cat loved her as well . We felt at ease on our trip knowing that our pets and home were well taken care of. I highly recommend and we will definitely be using Elaina again for any future house pet/ house sitting.”

“Simon was amazing: such a good communicator, great attention to detail, so caring. He updated us throughout the two day pet sitting with heart warming pictures and videos and stories of what our dog encountered on each walk. We’ll definitely ask Simon first the next sitting we need!”

“Molly gave Maude tons of attention and care during my trip. Molly is a great communicator who kept me up to date and sent pictures each day. I will definitely ask Molly to dog sit the next time I need coverage.”

“Hailey did us a huge favor and did a last minute sit for a few nights. She had great communication, send picture updates, and left the house in great condition. Thanks again Hailey!”

“Avery is an excellent pet sitter! She took care of our dog and cat while we were out of town for nearly 2 weeks. Her communication was great while we were gone. Pets well taken for and had all the snuggles they could want. She clearly loves animals and that made it easier for us to leave our pets in her care. She is professional and we will certainly hire her again in the future. Thank you Avery!!!”

“Naomi and Hannah were great to work with. They came to the house prior to pet sitting to meet the dogs (and fish) and get the lay of the land. They communicated through out the process. They sent us pictures of how everyone was doing while we were gone. The dogs looked happy and well cared for. The house, towels and sheets were clean when we got home. Which is great when you get home late after traveling all day. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.”

About: I grew up on a farm around all kinds of animals, so caring for them has always been second nature to me. I’ve loved and cared for many dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I genuinely enjoy making animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have a flexible schedule as I am in between jobs right now and have plenty of availability for pet care, walks, check-ins, and overnight stays. I try to keep pets as comfortable and relaxed as possible by sticking closely to their normal routines. Whether I’m caring for pets in their home or mine, I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, play, affection, and a calm environment. I also understand how important communication is, so I like to keep owners updated with photos and check-ins while they’re away.
“DEFINITELY A STAR SITTER!!! Kasandra was phenomenal! She came to my home and sat for my dog--and agreed to take on a friend's dog, in a late edition, after she had already agreed to sit for my dog. The dogs were well taken care of, walked, given lots of attention. By all indications (daily updates and photos), they both really enjoyed her. I will absolutely request Kasandra again! I just hope she's not so busy that she's booked.😁”

About: I am a recently retired school administrator of almost 30 years! I have 2 adorable labs of my own, I am on the board of a non-profit that breeds, trains and places therapy dogs in schools, and I have always wanted to retire and play with puppies! I am so excited to love on your dog like I do my own! My husband and I recently moved to South Hero. I am retired, so my schedule can be flexible to meet your pup's needs! I am looking to meet your pet's needs. I can do walks or visits during the day. I will follow your lead and carry out whatever requests you have. I will also keep you posted about the our time together, how it went and will send you pictures! My goal is to keep you and your fur baby happy and healthy!
“Hayley was great with our dogs1 She gave them so much attention and played ball with our Stella all the time. She provides regular updates and photos so you know your pets are being well taken care of.”

“Anna was fantastic with our dog and house. She was communicative, kind, funny, and she immediately recognized the things about our pup that makes her special. When we got home from our trip, everything was clean and organized, and the pets were as happy as can be. Even our cranky 18-year-old cat chose to spend lots of time snuggling Anna, so that's a pretty big endorsement!”

About: I have been working with animals for the last ten years. Started working in dog daycares and moved my way up to vet medicine where i now am a vet technician. I am patient and understanding to all pets personalities and ages. I am currently working 3 days a week on a specialty service at a veterinary hospital. My weekends are typically free and I would love to fill the time with your furry loved ones. Will be very respectful of your home and make giving your sweet boy or girl my devoted attention. Back yard fence in play is great but leash walks are also great!

About: Been taking care of animals since I was 8, grew up with a cat and then got 2 dogs and 2 cats. Adopted a puppy 2 years ago and have been helping raise her. I'm currently in school right now and just trying to make a little extra money. Can walk or feed in between classes or come over after classes for a bit. Growing up with dogs I am very comfortable walking a dog, and putting them in a create if needed. Also am ok playing outside with them.
“Alison took great care of my dog and my house. She sent pictures during my trip so I knew that my girl was well. Alison offered updates on her eating, digestion and sleeping. I was so thankful for the thoughtful care. I would highly recommend”

“Beatrice was so sweet with our 2 little pups. They took to her right away, and when we returned, they seemed to be very comfortable with her! We will certainly reach out to her on our next visit to Burlington. Thanks!”

About: My priorities are communication, caretaking and diligence when I take care of a pet. I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, I have taken care of many of my neighbors pets. I’m open to caring for pets in any home as long as I am given all the instruction one would need. Just starting out on Rover but have had many years of experience, I’m always happy to walk dogs at much as they need and hang out with cats :) My temporary job position came to an end so I am available for much of the month of May and into the summer months. I can walk dogs and check on animals many times during the day. Safety and trust are the most important when caretaking. At the moment I unfortunately cannot care for animals in my home. I am happy to care for any pets in your home and my availability is very open for Burlington Vermont area in the month of May and June!
“Cate was absolutely amazing!!!! My husband and I were so nervous leaving our puppy at home for the first time. Cate was so kind, responsible and caring our minds were put at ease as soon as Cate arrived. She communicated throughout the weekend with pictures, videos, clarifying questions and more! She also accommodated a change in plans that required her to be on call an extra day for walks. Our dog seemed to enjoy her time with Cate and we are looking forward to being able to use Cate again! We highly recommend her”

“I highly recommend Darian. She's reliable, willing to accommodate specific requests, and easy to communicate with. Our dog was very excited to see her again after the meet and greet. Everything was taken care of while we were gone, especially our dog.”
