About: I grew up on a farm and always had multiple animals my whole life and now that I live on my own nothing has changed and I still love them! I only work a couple days a week and they aren’t long hours so I am available for any scheduling you can throw at me! I can let your animal out in a fenced back yard or I can leash them and walk them so they can do their business. Or if they just need some exercise I can do longer walks, if they just need someone to hang out & feed them i’m available also. Any requests don’t be afraid to ask!

About: I've always been the family member my family could call on to take care of their dogs when they were out. I've walked/been walked by an energetic husky, I've looked after a blind/deaf elderly shih tzu, I've spent hours playing with a cuddly golden retriever, and now I want to help take care of your pets. My schedule is fairly free for weekday/weekend care, earlier in the morning would work better for me but if you need me to come over at the evening/night time, I'd be more than happy to do so. My drop-ins involve a quick to-do list to take care of the basics (any food bowl, water, or potty attention), followed by playtime until I can ensure your pet is happy and satisfied. If you'd like me to have some photos of your pet whether I'm doing in home care or taking them for a walk, let me know and if there's an opening, I'll gladly snap a few photos for you on my phone!

About: I have my own pets who I take care of everyday and have been surrounded by animals since I was little. I understand that pet care is very individualized and am adaptable. I am very flexible with anything that is needed schedule wise. I am available for overnight stays for any day of the week, but weekends would be preferable I will be aware of the pet at all times and will do my best to keep them in a confortable environment with a new person in their house.

My home is a calm, dog-friendly space, and I’m all about keeping tails wagging and owners worry-free! Ive grown up with pets and they were a big part of my daily life. Feeding, walking, grooming, and just spending time with them were all built into my routine. It taught me responsibility from a young age, and I really enjoyed the companionship. "When I cared for pets at home growing up—and when helping friends or neighbors—I always made sure their basic needs were met first: feeding, fresh water, regular potty breaks, and exercise. I paid close attention to their routines and any specific instructions, especially when helping in someone else's home. I understand how important it is to keep pets comfortable, safe, and loved, whether that’s sticking to their walk schedule, administering medication if needed, or just giving them plenty of playtime and affection. Cleanliness and communication are also big priorities for me when caring for pets in someone else's space.

About: I have been around animals my whole life, and I have done dog and cat sitting a few times over the years for neighbors or friends. I’ve had cats and dogs in my home since 2014, and I am very comfortable around both. I currently have a full time job; I work primarily in the mornings with evening shifts thrown in here and there. I don’t do much outside of that, so I am pretty available otherwise. I want to keep all pets feeling comfortable, following their routines/schedule, and keeping them company (within their boundaries). I no longer live with my cats and miss them greatly, so I will make sure they receive extra attention, pets, and playtime (within their boundaries).

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and started helping with their care at age 10. Though the last 12 years have truly deepened my experience and love for animal care. Currently, I share my home with four cats and a German Shepherd/Husky puppy! Over the years, I’ve had the honor of caring for pets with special needs, both my own and those of friends and loved ones. My puppy and I have completed two 6-week training courses with Canine Initiative – and yes, we still practice those skills daily (with varying levels of success depending on how many squirrels we’ve seen that day). One of my most meaningful experiences was caring for my border collie, Nina, after a serious injury. She needed help walking with a harness, regular cleaning, medications, vet visits, and lots of love. After 2.5 months of dedicated care, she was back on her feet, and we were lucky to share two more wonderful years together. I also cared for her through a late-in-life diabetes diagnosis, which included daily insulin and increased mobility support. I’ve administered medications to dogs including insulin, ear drops, and oral meds, and I’m especially mindful about keeping pets calm and comfortable during care routines. I’m always happy to learn your exact process — whether through an in-person tutorial or a video — to keep your dog’s stress to a minimum. I’m open to caring for dogs with medical or physical needs, with the understanding that for mobility support using a harness, I’m most experienced with dogs 45 lbs. or less. That said, I’m absolutely comfortable walking and caring for dogs over 50 lbs. as long as they are well-mannered on a leash. While I may not be the strongest person physically, I’m confident with larger dogs who don’t pull or lunge too much. If your pup is a gentle giant, we’ll get along just fine on walks! My youngest (age 12) and I work great together playing and giving positive attention to dogs. She has attended most of the dog training classes with me and shown an interest in attending more. If you would prefer myself only, I completely understand! Should your animal need urgent care and I am able to take them to the vet, we are very familiar and close with Morton Animal Hospital and Banfield Pet Hospital. I cannot recommend them enough! If more assistance is needed than the general care/dog walking, I will adjust the rate and will be happy to discuss this with you. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions! I am currently off for the summer and will have various appointments and activities to do with my children and animals. I am able to adjust my schedule at this time but will let you know if I have anything scheduled during the days needed. I understand sometimes extra or unexpected trips are needed to check on your pet. At this time, I am off for the summer and am able to provide care throughout the day for my own pets. Depending on your dogs activity level, I would prefer to care for your dog at your home due to my dogs young and energetic puppy self, as well as my four indoor cats. Should it work out with bringing your dog to my home and remaining outside with me, I do live on a busy street in town and do experience unsafe, fast driving cars at times (Idlewood). With that said, our yard is completely fenced in, though our back and front fence is 5 ft. in height. Larger, escape artist dogs may have the ability to hop the fence and if that is a concern, I would rather not risk bringing your dog to my home.

I'm open to watching your animals over night too (boarding can be scary). I'm a social worker and off for summer break. I have a lot of free time throughout the day which allows me to meet your dog or cats needs! I have a big yard but we have a underground fence. I will use a leash to let the dogs out. I have a 1 month old Black Lab that is full of energy along with a 1 year old cat who is very energetic. Both animals are good with people and other pets as well. I offer very low rates and I will never charge extra to watch a puppy as I have one of my own and I know how tough it can be to keep your doggo entertained! Worried your pup will be lonely? Don't be! Your dog will never be lonely as I'm home full time with my 6 month old puppy, Archie, who loves to play! Archie is fully vaccinated and wears his rabies tag everywhere we go. Archie is very friendly with other dogs and would love a friend to run with and play tug-of-war but my apartment is large enough to house other pets separate from my puppy if that is your preference. Does your dog need special treatment or medicine administered? I've got you covered! I'm a third year student doctor currently on virtual rotations (studying/working from home) due to coronavirus and I'd love to treat your dog (or other pet) to some treats! I may be in school to treat humans, but I'm comfortable administering medications and I have experience doing so for everything from ferrets to dogs to pigs. I have owned guinea pigs, ferrets, cats, and dogs so I am comfortable caring for a wide range of pets. Does your pet require a lot of exercise? You're in luck. Mine does too! I take my puppy to the community dog park everyday for at least an hour. In addition my apartment is right across from Lake Michigan and a walking trail that my dog and I frequent in the evenings. If your dog needs more exercise I have a dog park inside my apartment complex where I can take your pup to stretch his legs and play as often as you'd like. I have personal and professional dog sitting experience, medical training, tons of space, and will update you as often as you like with pictures and videos of your pup having a blast with Archie and I. About: Through out my life I've had several different furry friends (and fish!). I have worked with all kinds of animals from ones that love to run and play to ones that would prefer to lounge around all day! My fur baby, Dodge, is a mix of the two so im sure to cater to each side of him by providing different types of enrichment and trainings for each mood. I am currently a stay at home wife looking to make some pocket money while doing something I love! I'll have plenty of time to look after your lovely animal children! Most of the times, short term stays or quick check-ins work best for me, but I am open to talks regarding longer stays. I am a strong believer in spending as much time with pets as possible, so I plan to enact that with your fur babies as well. About: I’ve always been an animal lover since I was little. Throughout college I have done all sorts of pet/house sitting for friends, family, coworkers etc. I have house sat for a family friend that required feeding and watering horses, milking goats, reptile care, rabbit cleaning care, medicating cats/dogs if needed, you name it. I currently have a Corn Snake as well as a Crested Gecko. I have been a Veterinary Receptionist for over 3 and a half years now and have a beautiful 11 month old daughter I plan to share my love of animals with. Currently working a max of 30 hours at my day job as a Veterinary Receptionist but recently have been working less. Typically I have Sundays and Tuesdays off during the week but sometimes get another random week day off depending on how busy we are at the clinic. My shifts are usually from 10-4pm or 12:30-6:30pm. Your home is their home. I will cater to your pet based on what they like or need. If they just need someone to keep them company I’m there. I will treat your space with respect and follow any instructions given. My pets are family and are treated as such so the same would go for your kiddos.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats, reptiles, and fish from the ripe age of 10! I have had animals from the size of teacup yorkies to the size of Rottweilers so size doesn’t challenge me.
