“Highly recommended! Our 5 month old puppy was so well cared for, and we could tell right away that she felt comfortable and happy. We really appreciated the daily updates and photos—it gave us peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. We couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover stay and will definitely be booking again.”

“Another successful weekend with Hailey. I think we keep this up, you will be Penny's new mama should something happen to hubs and I. She adores you and your farm, as do we! 🥰”

“Melissa was fantastic with my dog Scout! This was my first time using Rover and she gave me a great experience. Scout got along very well with her dogs and she sent me pictures of him every day. I will definitely use her again when I need a dog sitter!”

“Melanie is amazing! She went above and beyond to look after our fur baby. Very responsive, flexible, great communication, sends updates and pictures at least twice a day. Would 100% recommend her and definitely boarding our dog again when needed.”

“Deb and her family took wonderful care of our two older small dogs while we were away for over a week. It was a great experience! She made our dogs feel at home right away and was a great communicator. We definitely hope to book with her again in the future!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for Buttercup while we were away this weekend. She was kind, attentive, and truly treated her like her own. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Buttercup was in such loving and capable hands. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup, and that means everything to us. We’re so grateful and would absolutely trust her again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Merry and Tucker love Cato come to Kayla’s home. They out of the car and head directly for the front door. Merry even had a fury friend for the last visit. They played until exhausted. Great time for our high energy girl. Our old boy was able to get plenty of rest. Kayla always ensures Ricker gets her medication. Both come home happy, and relaxed!! Thank you again Kayla”

About: I have been around dogs of my own and others for my entire 38 years of life. I grew up with having at least 3 dogs at once, then when out on my own for the last 10+ years, have lived with and spoiled at least 2 dogs at a time. I currently have 2 fur kids of my own, who are very loved and spoiled. That same kind of care would translate to any dogs I care for. I'm currently working part time while studying, so I will have plenty of time for your pups! I work 3 varying days a week currently, from about 9am-5pm. A lot of time is spent at home with my own pups, and that would translate to yours. I have a good sized fenced in yard, and can provide a separate space, crating or whatever is needed between your and my dogs! I also keep the back part of my house separate.
“Peggy was awesome! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!! My cats were stressed with all the changes that were happening (we were moving) and they were safe and well cared for by Peggy in a time they needed a place to be during that transition. She is kind and caring!!”

“Always awesome! We love Lola and her family! They’ve watched our pups several times now and we just feel so happy knowing she’s taking great care of them! She regularly sends photos to keep us updated on their stay.❤️”

“Justin was phenomenal! Highly recommend! He even gave my boy a bath! He was home with him almost always. Someone was always with my pup. Very communicative. Prompt. Sends photos and videos. My pup had a great time!”

About: I’m that person that will stop mid conversation & point out when I see a cute dog in public. I’ve always loved dogs and have had so much experience over the years. You can trust i’ll treat your pet like my own ❤️ I only work a couple days a week, usually the weekend and they aren’t long hours so I am available for any scheduling you can throw at me! I can usually try to make your request fit into my day somehow. I’ve done things ranging from 5 min potty breaks, multiple daily visits, & long walks. Whatever you need I can make happen. Don’t be afraid to ask 😁
“If I could give her 6 stars I would (RECOMMEND) she will love your fur baby like it is her owns her and Luxe are a heavent sent combo so yes BOOK with Julianne my Gabe misses her already ❤️”

“Amber is the best sitter I’ve had for Beanie so far. I’ve rebooked with her multiple times, and every experience has been wonderful. The last time I dropped Beanie off, she was having some diarrhea issues, but Amber handled it so well. She checked with me before feeding her pumpkin, and it really helped Beanie feel better. Beanie absolutely loves spending time with Amber, which gives me so much peace of mind. Amber clearly understands dogs and knows how to care for them with both knowledge and compassion. Dog owners can truly relax and trust that their pets are in great hands with her.”

“As a first-time Rover user and a nervous dog mom, I was hesitant to leave Banjo with anyone, especially since we just adopted him from a shelter. However, Jenelle completely exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly thoughtful and even suggested a meet-and-greet before the stay to make sure Banjo would be comfortable. She showed such patience and care with him, especially since he’s a shy and nervous dog. Throughout our trip, Jenelle kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which really helped ease my worries. Banjo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly had the best time with Jenelle and her own dogs. I think he was a little upset that we were taking him home because he had so much fun!! We’re so grateful for her wonderful care and will absolutely be leaving Banjo with her for all our future trips. Highly recommend!!”

“I couldn't be happier with the care Luna received! Chris and Erika were attentive, loving, and kept me updated with photos. Luna came home happy and healthy! Highly recommend!”

“Jesse did once and twice daily drop in visits with my 4 month old puppy. At the end of the day, he was (relatively) calm for being alone at home much of the day, and she was able to give him provided meals. She do a great job checking in on him and he seems to really enjoy her company. 10/10 would book again”

“I know my cats are in good hands with Emily! Reliable and an exceptional sitter! Over the past couple years have used Emily several times and great service every time! Thanks!”

“Thank you so much Kelly! My husband and I had a worry free weekend away knowing our dogs were well taken care of with Kelly. She went above and beyond for our girls and seeing pictures and getting updates was amazing!”

“10 Stars hands down. Jennifer is a gem! She went above and beyond with her services and caring for our 2 Siamese. Our very shy girl quickly warmed up to Jennifer, and both cats absolutely adored her! We highly recommend Jennifer and will definitely be using her in the future!”

About: Through out my life I've had several different furry friends (and fish!). I have worked with all kinds of animals from ones that love to run and play to ones that would prefer to lounge around all day! I have several years of experience as a professional pet sitter, as well as having pets of my own. I can't wait to meet your babies! 😊❤️ I am currently a stay at home mom looking to make some pocket money while doing something I love! I'll have plenty of time to look after your lovely animal babies! Most of the times, short term stays or quick check-ins work best for me, but I am open to talks regarding longer stays. I am a strong believer in spending as much time with pets as possible, so I plan to enact that with your fur babies as well. I will send you pictures of your fur baby on walks or lounging on the couch with small updates.

About: Veterinary Technician and cat enthusiast, I would love to help provide enrichment for your purrfect pal while you're busy or away! Whether young or old, all cats deserve a little play time!

“I requested the drop in visits very last minute, but Aubry didn’t hesitate to help. My girls were happy and calm, giving me peace of mind during the extended part of my trip. She gives detailed updates of how the kitties are doing and great pictures too! I would absolutely recommend her for your pet sitting needs.”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’m comfortable with daily routines like feeding, walks, playtime, litter box cleanup, and administering basic medications when needed. I take the time to understand each pet’s unique needs and personality so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always prioritize their happiness, safety, and well-being. I work full time for USPS as a mail carrier. I have two days off each week. I’m always off Sundays. Once I’m off work usually around 5/6pm I’m free! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I maintain a clean, calm, and pet-friendly environment in my home, free of hazards and closely supervised at all times. I follow all care instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any special requirements. When caring for pets in their own home, I respect your space and your pet’s routine to help them feel secure and stress-free. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure and I provide regular updates so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away. I treat every pet with patience, kindness, and genuine care, and I understand the trust it takes to leave your pet—and your home—in someone else’s hands. My goal is to create a safe, loving, and dependable experience for both you and your pet.
About: I have been around animals my whole life, and I have done dog and cat sitting a few times over the years for neighbors or friends. I’ve had cats and dogs in my home since 2014, and I am very comfortable around both. I currently have a full time job; I work primarily in the mornings with evening shifts thrown in here and there. I don’t do much outside of that, so I am pretty available otherwise. I want to keep all pets feeling comfortable, following their routines/schedule, and keeping them company (within their boundaries). I no longer live with my cats and miss them greatly, so I will make sure they receive extra attention, pets, and playtime (within their boundaries).

“MacKenzie & Jacob own 4 cats (no dogs but they sometimes board them) and clearly love animals. My 2 sibling kittens were born feral on my farm and when Mama disappeared, I had to take them in. Did not intend to keep them but these kitties had different plans. I am in the process of training them to spend more time indoors, and interact with other humans and animals. How lucky that I found MacKenzie on Rover. My kitties had their own space (spare bedroom) where I set up their familiar bedding, litter box, food, scratch post, etc. I started with a 24 hour stay and will prob try a few more days before taking a longer trip later this year. MacKenzie sent me regular updates. One kitty was slightly braver, exploring her surrounding. They both allowed MacKenzie and Jacob to pet them (although they admit they were shaking, which is no surprise) and they ate (not much) and used the litter box, but barely left the bedroom. MacKenzie & Jacob put them in their carriers minutes before I arrived (the cats only slightly resisted they said) and brought them downstairs with all of their belongings & helped me load it all up. I am very much looking forward to having my kitties spend more time with these two wonderful cat sitters - even when I don’t need a sitter - bc I want them to get more human and kitty interaction and I believe MacKenzie and Jacob’s home is the ideal environment. They are lovely, kind-hearted sitters who will give my babies the love and patience they need to become less feral and become the 2 house cats I need them to be.”

I prefer to stay in your home if watching your animals for an extended period of time, but if you are not comfortable with that I certainly understand and am happy to visit your house throughout the day as needed to attend to your furry loved ones!

“A tired dog is a happy dog and snowy was sure tired last night. Brittney mentioned she made snowy run and this is what we always love to do with snowy. He is super energetic pup and loves to plat and be active. I would definitely want to rebook with her”

About: Finding the right sitter matters — especially when your dog needs more than just a walk and a bowl refill. That’s where I come in. I have over 15 years of hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. From energetic puppies to senior dogs and behaviorally challenging cases, I’ve cared for and handled dogs with a wide range of needs. My background includes extensive volunteer work at animal shelters, where I gained valuable experience reading canine body language, managing stress, and working safely with dogs that require extra patience and structure. In 2021, I earned my Certified Dog Trainer credential through Animal Behavior College, and I continue my education through Leerburg University, focusing on canine behavior, handling, and communication. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach — every dog is different, and I tailor my care to what helps your dog feel safe, calm, and confident. If you’ve been told your dog is “too difficult” or “too much” for most sitters, I encourage you to reach out. I have experience with reactive, anxious, high-drive, and medically complex dogs, including administering medications and injections when needed. My goal is not just to watch your dog, but to advocate for them while you’re away. For safety and individualized care, I only accept one family of dogs at a time. This allows me to focus fully on your dog’s routine, comfort, and well-being — no overcrowding, no chaos. I’d love to schedule a meet & greet so we can make sure it’s a great fit for everyone. You’ll leave knowing your dog is in capable, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring hands. Thanks for stopping by my profile — I look forward to meeting you and your best friend soon. I'm hoping to make canine boarding/training my new job. I still work full time in a hybrid remote role. I will only accept boarding reservations where I know I will be home. I prefer to exercise dogs by walking them, but will do anything to keep your friends on their own routine. Anything you can share with me about your dogs preferred routine will help me keep their schedule as normal as possible.
“Peggy is exactly the person you want taking care of your pets. She is patient, relaxed, and full of love! She has a dog of her own, Peanut, and offers to do an introduction before your booking to make sure all animals are comfortable. My days are somewhat unpredictable and Peggy was always accommodating and patient with my schedule. Maple would rush to her door each day in anticipation. We feel so lucky that Maple has been under such great care for the past 2 weeks!!”

“Khanh was very nice. She paid close attention to Casper and took good care of him. She kept me updated on his stay and took plenty of pictures to show me he was okay. I really appreciate her care.”

I have experience with daily walks, bathing, brushing, enrichment play, and maintaining consistent routines. I understand that every pet has a unique personality, and I adapt my care to meet their individual needs — whether they’re energetic, shy, young, or senior. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and dependable environment you can trust. I am a stay at home mom and my husband works from home Monday through Friday, allowing us to provide consistent supervision and care throughout the week. We also have a 10-month-old baby in our home, so we maintain a calm, structured environment. Pets staying with us should be comfortable around infants and gentle in nature. Your pet will receive regular potty breaks, attention, and companionship throughout the day. We have a fenced in yard for outdoor time. All outdoor time is fully supervised. We provide frequent potty breaks and maintain a calm, structured, pet-friendly home. Safety is our top priority, and we treat every pet like part of our family. We’re happy to provide updates and photos during their stay for your peace of mind. 🐾Booking & Care Details🐾 Boarding is based on 24-hour care beginning at your scheduled drop-off time. Rover automatically applies extended care charges for late pick-ups beyond that window, so accurate timing is important when booking. Holiday rates apply to major travel dates. Puppies and additional dogs are charged at adjusted rates due to the increased supervision required. For longer stays or work-travel bookings, I’m happy to discuss customized arrangements. 🐾 Meet & Greet Policy🐾 A meet and greet is required for all new clients prior to confirming a boarding stay. This ensures your dog is comfortable in our home environment and is a safe fit around children and other animals. Meet and greets allow us to review routines, temperament, and expectations so your pet’s stay is smooth and stress-free.

“First time leaving our dog for the day with a sitter. Not sure who was more anxious the dog or my wife and I! Karan was awesome. Put us at ease during drop off and keep us updated with lots of pictures and messages during the day. Super happy with our experience and highly recommend Karan and look forward to having them sit our dog again in the future.”

About: What sets me apart is that I genuinely treat pets as members of the family, not just animals I’m watching. I have experience caring for dogs with different personalities, including shy or nervous dogs who need extra patience to build trust. I’m attentive to details, follow routines closely, and understand how important consistency is for a pet’s comfort and well-being. Because I care for my own dogs daily, I’m comfortable recognizing changes in behavior, appetite, or energy levels and communicating concerns promptly. I provide plenty of attention, playtime, and affection while also respecting each pet’s individual needs and boundaries. My goal is for pets to feel safe, comfortable, and at home while their owners are away, and for owners to have peace of mind knowing their pets are receiving personalized care. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. I have two dogs, so I’m used to feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, monitoring behavior, and making sure they get plenty of attention throughout the day. I also stay on top of things like cleaning up after them, maintaining their routine, and watching for any signs that something might be off. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy, so fitting pet care into my day feels very natural. In my home, pets are treated like family. I maintain a consistent routine for feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, exercise, and playtime. I provide a safe, clean, and supervised environment where pets receive plenty of attention and affection throughout the day. I closely monitor their behavior, appetite, and energy levels and will follow any instructions regarding medications, dietary needs, or special care. My goal is to make pets feel comfortable, secure, and loved while they are in my care.
“Sara was amazing as always! We were installing new carpet and needed to get Lacey out of the house during the day, so she got to play with her buddy, JJ. Thank you for taking good care of our pup!”

About: I have been a dog lover since the day I was born! I have a BSc in Veterinary Technology, have been a US Army Veterinary Technician for 20 years working with Military and Law Enforcement working dogs and have a huge passion for canine enrichment and fitness 🐕❣️ I am a full time student pursuing my Master's in Clinical Care, but don't let that discourage you! I have excellent time management skills, and can very easily balance lifestyle and education. I am also still in the Reserves, meaning one weekend out of each month, I won't be available to hang out with your sweet fur-babies 😭 Otherwise, I am wide available! I do have 5 dogs of my own and a fully fenced yard. However, they are a solid pack and can be a little unpredictable when introducing new friends. Because of this, my main goal is to take your fur-babies on walks and get them some exercise and enrichment, rather than have them over for play time.

We've always had at least one dog in the house, along with a handful of other types of pets (cats, rats, guinea pigs, even a chinchilla) throughout the years. This has solidified my love for animals of all kinds, and makes me eager to care for and love your pets as if they are my own, if you choose to give me the opportunity to do so :) I am a teacher trying to keep myself busy for the summer! My schedule is wide open so feel free to message me with any requests! I care for pets in their own home by maintaining their normal routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, exercise, and any medications they may need. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I also make sure to keep owners updated with regular messages and photos for peace of mind! I also have reliable transportation which would allow me to be able to come to your home and care for your pet in their own environment!
About: I’ve had a dog ever since I was a baby and grew up visiting my grandpa’s farm in the country! My family also had cats, and I had four fish growing up! I love taking care of my family’s dog whether it be walking, exploring, or just cuddling and petting! I have had experience with all types of pets, from super energetic to ones that would sit on the couch all day long if they could! I have experience staying overnight for multiple days if needed with your pets, or dropping in a couple times a day as needed! I also love taking walks!
About: I have worked with lots of animals including: dogs, cats, horses, goats, and chickens. I also have experience of giving oral medications and subcutaneous injections. I'm available all day during the weeks, and after 3pm on the weekends to watch and care for your pet. I currently work part time during the day on the weekends. I can care for your animals in their home environment so they feel safe and comfortable and stress free, and recieve lots of love and care that they need!
About: I have cared for dogs for over 25 years. I started pet sitting at 10 years old. Your pet will be truly loved and cared for with me in my home. I only work during the school year. I am off over the summer. I am home and able to care for your pet 24/7. I can also come to your home and even stay overnight with your pets. I spend a lot of time with them, and give them many cuddles, and even allow your dogs to sleep with me, if that is what you do at your home. Your dog will truly be loved and cared for with me. I also am really well trained at giving dogs medications if needed. I am able to care for cats, but I am not able to care for them in my home. I am able to come to your home and care for your kittens, or cats. I can also administer medications to cats. I have experience with birds. If you have any type of bird living in your home, I can come to your home and care for them, feed them, give them fresh water. I work three hours a day. I work from 7am to 9:30am, then I am free the entire day. If I pick up extra shifts, it's only an hour and a half long. I will be available all day, and also available on the weekends anytime. We have a fenced in yard for our dog Emmy, and if your dog comes to stay, they will be safe in the backyard, and will also be monitored by me while they're in the backyard. There is always someone home, so your dogs will never be lonely. Emmy LOVES to cuddle, and will play with your pet and make them feel welcome. Any dog that comes to my home, I separate dogs for feeding time, so there are no boundary issues. Your dog will be very loved here, and very safe with us. We do allow dogs onto furniture, and they are allowed on our bed, since Emmy sleeps with us at night. If you allow that with your dog, they are welcome to sleep with us and allowed on our furniture. I will follow whatever instructions you may have for your dogs.
About: I’ve been an animal lover since I can remember! Growing up with cats and dogs, volunteering with rescue organizations, fostering, and pet sitting/walking for 20+ years (since I was a kid!) I’ve developed a skill set to care for beloved furry family members - from cats and puppies to large reactive dogs I’m here to help with your pet sitting/walk-in needs! I’m a graduate student and work part-time at a gym, so I have a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. Potty break in the middle of a week day? I can help! Need someone to check in on your dog over the weekend? I’ll walk and hang out with your pup between studying! I’m also centrally located just west of downtown Denver and am willing to travel in any direction to help with your furry friend! Given the other people and animals in my home, I prefer to take care of your pet at your home - where they’re most comfortable! I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life so I understand the care and caution needed when opening doors or walking your pet on a busy street. Additionally, I have two rescue dogs myself and have worked with rescue organizations so I understand the dog that can’t be approached by strangers or needs some of extra support navigating the world.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats and reptiles. I am a former vet assistant who want to continue working with animals as I have so much love to give. I am currently working full time but I live with multiple people who are willing to help me with boarding. I don’t work all day so I would love to take your pet for walk! I also can do drop ins on my days off which I have 3 days off a week. I also have a partner who is in this with me who loves animals as much. I do have a 8-6 job four days a week for anyone wanting house sitting. I also am able to board reptiles or do house visits for them also. I offer more items like nail trims, baths and anal glands for a low price! I have a privacy fenced in yard with some running space. We have a pool but dogs do not have a way into it. I have 4 dogs and 2 cats. The house stays clean and we are neat freaks and we have an up and downstairs in case of wether safety. I have practiced. Weather safety with my animals and continue to due so. My animals have ever shot you can think of and they are on flea and tick prevention and heartgard.

“Another successful weekend with Hailey. I think we keep this up, you will be Penny's new mama should something happen to hubs and I. She adores you and your farm, as do we! 🥰”

“Melanie is amazing! She went above and beyond to look after our fur baby. Very responsive, flexible, great communication, sends updates and pictures at least twice a day. Would 100% recommend her and definitely boarding our dog again when needed.”

“Jennifer was great!! She watched our 7 m/o Lab for the weekend and was very communicative and sent lots of pictures/videos. Would 100% recommend her to anyone and we will use her again if needed! Thank you Jennifer!!”

“From Sarah we got quick response, she sent pictures, she is very kind and did a great job taking care of Maggie. Maggie had a very good time with Sarah and her doggies. Definitely we would book with Sarah again.”

“Rae & David are wonderful dog sitters. They cared for our two dogs in early January 2023 and our dogs were so much happier with them than staying in our home with someone stopping by to care for them. They enjoyed the feel of home with people around, a fenced yard and playing with cute puppy, Winston. Very caring and thoughtful pet sitters. Loved getting the photos & updates. Definitely booking in the future. Thanks so much Rae & David.”

“Thanks again for another great visit! Journey loves staying with Bill, which makes for worry-free vacations. She is well taken care of and makes herself right at home. She gets plenty of walks, which she loves, and we know she gets plenty of snuggles. We are grateful!!”

“So, we all love our dogs. I personally think my dogs are the best dogs in the world, and worthy of the very best care, and someone who will allow them to feel loved when we need to leave them behind. The reality is that we never know exactly what is happening with our beloved pets when we entrust them to someone else. My fur-babies can’t tell me. So the best we can do is look for someone who we believe is trustworthy and caring. What do I believe? I believe that Amanda and her family are caring and honest. This family has a great capacity for love, and my dogs feel loved when they stay with them. Amanda and her husband have their hands full caring for 5 kids, work schedules, and volunteering in their community. But they also have the energy and organization skills to excel in handling their responsibilities. My dogs have 5 kids/teens to play with them, and that also makes them happy. Their new house currently only has a small enclosure in the back yard. But my furbabies were apparently taken out on a leash regularly. I believe them when they say that they will be enlarging the fenced area in the near future. I do not hesitate to recommend Amanda and her family. If your dogs need a family that takes the time to play, cares for them, and takes time to snuggle with them, I believe this family is your best bet.”
