About: I have taken care of pets since I was 5 years old. My entire life I have had at least one dog in my home that I was the primary care taker for and currently I am a proud dog mama of two large mutt babies, Luka and Bella. - They are my world! I have cared for dogs in every stage of life from brand new puppies that need a LOT of attention/training, traumatized/adopted dogs with behavioral challenges, and even senior dogs with rehabilitative needs, medicine or just making it as comfortable as possible through their last days. I pride myself on being a highly empathetic individual and animals seem to take to my energy effortlessly. I find so much joy in giving animals the love and care they deserve. I can go for short/long walks, 1-2 mile runs, reinforce training, dog park play dates and even fulfill basic grooming/feeding needs. About: Growing up my family was a cat family so I worked with cats since middle school always taking care of them as a child. Later in the years I would watch over my neighbors dogs and cats and I have been doing that for a little side in high school when the travel for vacation. So I’m a flight attendant and I fly for about three days a week and the the rest of the week I’m free. I can also make my own schedule so I’m very flexible on days and weekends. For my home it’s a gated community and I’m in house with two roommates and in our community there is a mini dog park. About: I love dogs, any shape and size. When I was young I would always get rescue dogs and keep them in my home until I could get someone to adopt. I own two dogs but I've always had dogs in my house for 21 plus years. I've also gone to the shelters to play with the dogs for fun with friends. I feel like I would be a great candidate, I like to walk them, I can dog sit, I'm really good at making sure they do their doggy business and my dogs are also very friendly to other dogs. I have dog sat before, I can run with your dog and I can also handle medications, my phone is always on me so there is no problem with communicating plus I can update you with pictures and videos. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
