About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets ever since I was little, I’ve lived with at least one pet almost my whole life. Because of this, I am able to recognize body language in pets with relative ease, and how to react based on what signals they’re sending. Most of my experience comes from dogs, but I also have plenty of experience playing with and taking care of cats, bunnies, chickens, turtles, and more! I have lots of energy, patience, and love to give any little (or big) creatures that cross my path! My current work schedule is extremely flexible, and I’m working part time, so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pets any time throughout the entire week! I can frequently stop by since my job keeps me on the move and spend loads of time with them before and after my shifts! Both of my own dogs are trained with an invisible fence. I have a pretty big yard so they don’t need to go on walks super frequently, but I still like to take them out every once in a while. I feed the dogs twice a day (once in the morning and once at night), but I take it by a day by day basis as sometimes they have leftover food, etc. I usually spend at least an hour or so of my day specifically playing with my dogs, but I understand that your pets will most likely have different play wants/needs. I am always down to cuddle and give lots of pets and belly rubs, but I would never force your pets to if they aren’t interested.

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all kinds from rescues, seniors, puppies, and everything in between. I'd be a great fit if you're a detail-oriented or slightly worried/anxious pet parent who wants their routine followed to the letter, frequent updates, and someone who treats your home and family members with love and respect. Getting a routine right matters a lot to me. I ask lots of questions upfront and pay close attention to the small stuff: think feeding times, meds, favorite routes, comfort items, quirks, fears, or behaviors, because those details are what make a dog feel secure. I'd rather over-communicate than guess. I lived with and cared for a reactive dog for 13 years, so I know firsthand what it takes to help an anxious dog feel safe, and how to prevent conflict in the first place. All my dogs have been rescues, and I have a soft spot for dogs who need extra patience to warm up. I'm not a certified trainer, but I've spent years learning dog training, body language, and enrichment, and every interaction is rooted in positive reinforcement. I will require a meet and greet with your pet in advance of the first booking so they can become familiar with me, and so I can become familiar with their routine and needs. My schedule gives me plenty of flexibility to be present for your dog, whether that's extra walks, playtime, or just being around for company, and I'm happy to talk through what kind of availability works best for your pet! I work from home which allows me the flexibility to prioritize pet care in a way I wouldn’t be able to with a traditional office. This gives me the ability to keep anxious dogs company, breaks for play time, medication, cuddles or walks when they are needed, not when they can be fit in. I create a calm, secure environment where pets feel safe and comfortable. Whether in my home or theirs, I work on building trust by moving at each pet’s pace and honoring their boundaries. Safety is always my top priority, I supervise pets closely, follow all instructions carefully, and adapt to their unique needs. I keep spaces clean, hazard-free, and ensure pets have fresh water, proper food, and quiet resting spots. For reactive or anxious pets, I use gentle, low stress handling & positive reinforcement or redirecting to help them feel calm and supported. Every care plan is tailored specifically to your pet’s needs after we discuss what works best for them.

About: I have had and taken care of dogs since I was 6 years old. I’ve been around many types of dogs, even guinea pigs, fish, goats, chickens, cats, and more. I’d love to give your pets the care they need and want, and definitely spoil them with some loving and treats (with permission). My work schedule varies but I’m very good with time management and I’d love to fit you into my schedule! My classes start back up in August so after that, my schedule will be more limited. I have a very big fenced in yard. I play with my animals regularly, feed them, clean up after them. I’d love to do the same with your animals.

We asked Katrena to come meet our dogs a couple times, to make sure that they would be compatible with her, and her with them. She was very prompt and on time with both meetings prior to actually being hired. She was very attentive to our dogs, and took plenty of time to make sure they, and we were comfortable with leaving the dogs in her care. Not only did our dogs accept her, but they absolutely adored her. Her attention to detail was second to none. She was prompt each day, and made sure that the dogs were calm, before leaving, especially because of the fireworks for Independence Day. We were very comfortable knowing that our dogs were well taken care of, and that she was accepted as part of their pack. If you’re having any doubts about your pets companion in your absence, I assure you you won’t after leaving them in the care of Katrena. She treats them as her own, and she never seems to tire from giving belly rubs. We will be using her again, in the near future, and so happy that we decided to hire her for the care of our dogs.”

About: I have experience with cats, Dogs, birds, and even pet rats! I treat every animal as if it were my own and love on all with my whole heart. I work full time. My days vary and I have every other weekend off. However, I can make adjustments as needed to fit your schedule to the best of my ability. I own my own home. I do not have a fenced in yard but am open to taking to parks or whatnot. I do also have a gated front porch. Requests of pictures and/or videos are welcome. Pets would also have free roam of the whole house as well.

About: Hello! My name is Stephanie, but I also go by Steph. I have 4 years dog grooming experience and I also have 5 years experience working at an emergency vet facility in the Washington, PA area. I accept any and all dogs for walking and boarding at your home. I have experience as well with dogs who need daily medications and treatment. That does not scare me! I am very partial to English Bulldogs, Boxers, Frenchies, Mastiffs, and Huskies! All breeds I have, or have had experience with. I look forward to meeting your four legged family member and treating them with the all the care and love they deserve! I am currently waiting to start school in September and am available 24/7 or whenever needed. After that I will be working 40 hours a week and will he available in the evenings at that time. I have a HUGE fenced in yard of my own, and three crazy dogs I care for daily as well. I would offer to sit dogs in my home, but my English Bulldog is very territorial and protective. It's best to watch your furry loved one at your home.

About: I have grown up with pets as a child to the time I came to college. In my childhood and early teen years, my family has owned a cat. In my mid-teen years, my family decided to own a dog! I have also volunteered at an animal shelter while in high school! I work full-time as a caseworker worker and I am looking for a second means of income that I love. I love meeting new people and their pets! I am able to ensure they have food, water and have gone potty before I leave for work, check in with them while on my lunch break and enjoy their company after work! We let my dog roam around in the house most of the time, however if we will be gone for an extended period of time (day trips), we will put her in a crate with a blanket, food, water and a toy to play with along with the television on in the background.
