One small note is that my dog was barking at her cat during the stay, and there didn't really seem to be a way to keep them separated. He does well with my cat, but I guess not necessarily new cats! So just something to keep in mind that if your dog really does need to be separated from a cat, it's not the right space.”

They were responsive during the booking process and continued with consistent communication throughout Vega's stay. The level of care and attention being paid to Vega was immediately obvious due to the updates and observations we received each night. Our dog has a bit of anxiety, especially during longer stays away, and David was on-point about noticing changes in her behavior and asking questions when necessary. Barring a scheduling conflict there's no other family we'd even consider having Vega stay with.”

About: I have had pets my whole life. My pup is like a fur baby to me and I’d treat yours like my own. I enjoy going on long walks throughout the day and lots of love in between. Cats are a new love to me and enjoy spending time with them. I currently have 3 and I’ve learned alot about the behavior and best quality’s of each. I will be home full time. Currently working from home doing various tasks. So your pet would not be left alone for long periods of time. Fur friends are allowed on anything they can fit on if allowed by you. I do have a dog she is about almost 8 and fixed. Newest addition is a 5 month old

My favorite thing is walking pups on the dog-friendly beach near my house. I’m recently retired so I have plenty of time to look after your furry family members! I can work with your needs to keep your pet safe and happy when you can’t be there. I live in a quiet neighborhood that is safe for walking. We have a large yard and access to a dog-friendly beach. Inside, there plenty of room to roam or relax, and I never object to snuggles on the couch.

About: after spending 6 years caring for my special needs wheaten terrier i feel confident that i can handle anything. My son Willy, 1 year old chihuahua, terrier mix is a real charmer. mr congeniality never gives up fighting for your attention and affection. i currently work part-time, about 5 hours out of the house daily, Willy spends the days with our friend and dog walker, the fairydogma, jennifer. socialization is important with any dog at any age. in addition to take morning walks around the neighborhood and evening walks around the island, sometimes beach, sometimes boulevard or dogpark and if it raining, home goods :) Safety is the name of the game, especially with a little guy that can fit under any fence. i have a zip line in the backyard and not leave dogs u anattended. i usually have one tv on dogtv, music playkng and we take lots of car rides.

Kathy did a great job caring for my two dogs, one of whom has behavioral issues, the other being a cool cucumber but it was his first boarding experience. She kept me posted on their activities and provided them with a great environment where they could chill and, more importantly, play.
Myleigh was so great with Cooper! Cooper is a 13-year old black lab mix who can get anxious sometimes. When I brought him to her, he barely even noticed me, totally engaged in greeting her and went along so willingly into her house, never even glancing back at me :-) She has that kind of energy. She sent me pictures, one of him curled up with her cat and he looked so happy just hanging out with the cat! I was surprised because he's never been around cats but he loves attention and cuddling (it even made me think about getting a cat lol!) Seeing that pic melted my heart and I wasn't nervous about him at all after that, which made the overnight so much better. I highly recommend Myleigh to watch your furbabies and will definitely reach out to Myleigh in the future!
