While the pup played a little to hard and hurt his sister, Savana cleaned her up well, lat us know about what was happening. So professional and kind about the situation. About: I am an experienced dog handler and temperament tester. I have worked in shelters for the past 8 years, and help run a dog rescue. I believe in, and practice a positive reinforcement training and reward system. I will provide a safe and fun and social experience for your dog. I love dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I am also well versed in the “crate and rotate” situation in the event there are animals in my home that don’t like each other. My schedule does vary and I do work weekends but animals are never left alone for more than 4 to 6 hours. Crate trained animals are required to stay in my home. I am happy to help with that sort of training.

About: Hello! I live in Sussex County, NJ, and have been walking dogs since January 2025 via the Wag app. I am available for drop ins, walks, and pet sitting during the day. Since I have 2 sassy beagle-mixes of my own, I can do overnight stays with some household coordination on my end. I’m currently working part time, so have a flexible schedule! I do my best to only accept bookings where I know I’ll make it not only on time, but a few minutes early. It’s important for me to know what access or limits your pet has in your home, so I like to over communicate with pet parents so I fully understand what makes your pet happy and safe.

In 2022 our sweet Siberian husky, Raiden unfortunately passed away at only 8 years old at the hands of a local kennel staff. After this happened, we reopened our Rover with hopes of dedicating ourselves as safe and loving companions for all pets while their humans are away! We hope nobody ever has to experience the shock and pain we felt after losing our dog at a boarding facility. We promise to be “opposite of a kennel”, meaning your dogs are never left alone or left in a kennel and made to feel like they are apart of our family during their stay with us. *A portion of all proceeds made from our Rover business will be donated to Husky House, a local husky rescue in honor of Raiden* Your pets will be treated like my own and get spoiled with lots of snuggles, long walks/runs and treats! About: With a large yard and work from home schedule I am able to give any pet the attention and care they require. I have had pets, mainly dogs for my entire life and enjoy spending my time with them. I have a corgi that needs a lot of attention since I am home all the time I am able to provide him with the best care. I give my dog daily walks, occasional treats, on time meals and a comfortable schedule that works for me and my dog. I make sure to give my dog plenty of attention, care and love which all dogs require. I also do not believe in putting dogs in cages or keeping them locked up in rooms or anywhere by themselves.

About: I currently own a cat, 2 dogs, and a reptile. Grew up with 3 dogs from 15 to 120lbs along with a cat, hamsters, 6 chinchillas, and at one point a rabbit. I have taken care of friends and families dogs and cats of all ages and sizes along with anything from fish to reptiles. Many of the things needed to be done was general check ins to walk, feed, play, overall mess cleanup of toys or accidents, cage cleaning, and night stays if needed. I have also volunteered at many shelters which consisted of dog walking, kennel cleanings, litter box scooping, and overall playtime. I'm used to bathing when needed and have a great amount of knowledge in many animals as I was also a manager for awhile at a pet store. I'm currently a stay at home mom who only works 2 set nights a week for 4.5 hours. I generally am up between 6am and 7am and don't go to bed until around 11pm. If I'm not home playing with my kids or pets I'm just tidying around the house or cleaning. I am almost always local to the area but if for any reason I'm not I always know ahead of time. After volunteering at shelters and having many animals of my own I have learned that patience is key. When meeting a new animal who may be anxious or scared, sitting quietly with them for awhile and allowing them to come to you on their own terms works the best. Forcing an animal to adjust to a human is not in anyway okay and only makes things harder for them to trust a human. Making sure an animal has a properly secured and adjusted harness or collar before going out is also a big thing I have always checked incase the animal is an escape artist. Before allowing a dog to go outside making sure gates are secured as you never know when one may be unlatched for any reason. When going on walks I am always aware of my surrounding for cars, people, other animals to keep all safe. If an animal is hypersensitive or reactive knowing ahead of time allows me to adjust accordingly.
